I’m in love with the zhong sauce. I put it on everything: noodles, pizza, dumplings, eggs, scallion pancakes, all drastically changed by the addition of this sweet and spicy sauce.

Good stuff. Transforms most foods into a flavorful Schezwan-tasting dish.

I started out with buying the OG chili crisp ~two years ago and have converted at least three people into fans. As someone who’s usually not a fan of intense heat/peppers in my food, fly by Jing chili crisp converted me with the inclusion of sichuan peppers so the heat lands and spreads in a way that’s much more enjoyable for my palette. I’ve repurchased every time I’ve run out since and it became the perfect extra touch to everything I make (including vanilla ice cream! I promise you it’s worth it). My only reason for rating them 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the new metal (?) lids. There are probably design and sustainability benefits to the new lid but as someone with poor dexterity, I’ve found them extremely hard to open. I’ve already gotten two friends to attempt and have been unsuccessful. They’re still an amazing condiment with such unique and creative branding, but if you see that metal lid, I hope you’ve done some arm workouts.

This chili crisps is up there with Trader Joe's! I enjoyed it on some ramen noodles, and it added the perfect amount of heat and flavor. I could see this also tasting yummy in a stir fry. The packaging is eye-catching and i think the jar is a decent size.

My husband loves Fly by Jing. He puts it on absolutely everything. Ice cream, beans, grilled cheese. Everythinggggg. We buy probably at least two jars a month!

Really great flavor -- use it to spice up food I make that ends up a little bland. Great on eggs, rice, veggies, etc.

I just finished off my first jar of Fly by Jing Sichuan chili crisp! The actual chilis, garlic bits, and shallots are absolutely delicious; they add excellent flavor and texture to a wide range of dishes. However, I found the oil itself to be surprisingly bland. To improve this product, I would increase the crisp-to-oil ratio!

Love the Sichaun Chili Crisp that I got to try! It adds the perfect amount of heat and flavor to everything I add it to - eggs, spring rolls, egg rolls, toast, etc. This is a kitchen staple and great to have on hand. Plus, the brand packaging feels super cool.

What I love about these products is that they are so authentic to the founders culture and life yet still Innovative and modern for every day. The chili crisp is one of the most robust and flavor that I have tried I personally prefer the zhong sauce which I think is very slept on and also enjoy the mala spice mix for anything from proteins to salads to popcorn. The uniqueness of the products from packaging and flavors also make for a great gift

bought at my local grocer on a whim. It can be put on ANYTHING. It made the most amazing wings!

I love the sweetness of the Zhong sauce combined with the spice. It tastes great with gyoza and other Asian foods. I wish it were a little less expensive however.

Overall, we enjoyed the flavors as they all have a bit of a kick. The texture is smoother than other brands we have tried, not quite a crunch but delicious nonetheless.

It is a little sweet and not spicy enough. I bought sichua chili crisp and didn’t taste any of the sichua flavor. This product is more expensive than other chili crisp on the market.

This is not for the faint of heart! The flavor is so good but is incredibly spicy.

I’ve been using Fly by Jing’s products for several years. It’s by far my favorite spicy crunch topping, especially when added to Asian food. Sometimes I will just drizzle the oil on rice for a more mild flavor, while other times I want more of the crunch so I’ll grab a big scoop. Or adds a nice salty/umami flavor and can perk up an otherwise bland dish.

My family is obsessed with chili crisp so you know I was absolutely stoked to find this product at Costco. I used to to fry rice as well as a topping for soup dumplings and found it to be a great ratio of crispiness and yummy oil. It was also not super spicy, which I liked because that meant I could put more on each bite, and use it to cook without fear of my kids not being able to partake. To be completely honest, my favorite brand is still Trader Joe’s chili onion crunch, but if you get this at Costco it’s a great deal!

My favourite chilli crisp! Very nice, savoury flavour, with decent spice.
