Good flavor, the Zhong Sauce was the winner in my household between the 2. Used it on my meals when I wanted to add another layer of flavor. Mostly on my eggs, veggies, ramen and rice. I do wish the Chili Crisp had more of a crisp to it, the ratio felt off. The Zhong Sauce and Chili Crisp are not super spicy but have a nice kick to it. 

Very tasty! I've mixed this on so many things, including ice cream. The only thing I don't like is that it tends to leak out of the cap and am often cleaning up the oil. Love the product though.

I tried the Sichuan Chili Crisp and it was tasty! I will admit it's a little salty, but it adds to the flavor. I ate it with tofu and it was great.

I purchased a little set from FBJ a while back - it came with 2 sauces and a jar of their spice mix. I have used them so much and love the flavor ! the mission and branding is great as well as the owner and their story! highly recommend :) I want to buy a large size of the spice blend asap!

I tasted this in store and it was way too spicy for me. I will say, I am someone sensitive to spice. It might be a great product for people who love spicy stuff

Fly by Jing sauces pack a ton of flavor, but they're a bit overpriced compared to my usual Chinese grocery store faves. Sure they're good, but I'm not convinced they're worth the extra $$ for what you get.  

I have been putting this sauce on everything!  Scrambled eggs, fried rice, eggrolls, dumplings, noodles, sushi…whatever you can think of I’ve tried it with Jing. It says that it’s spicy, but I found it to be more of a tingling sensation and not too much heat because I only use a small amount. It adds a little zing with the oil and some texture and crunch with the chili flakes. I just with there was a little less oil in the jar and more of the crunchy bits. 

I purchased the Fly by Jing Starter pack for my son's birthday.  He LOVES hot and spicy flavors and food.  Each of the sauces looks and smells delicious.  It is clear that they use excellent and fresh ingredients.  My son made several noodle dishes using the various sauces in the starter kit.  He loved them and has purchased additional Fly by Jin products.  If you don't LOVE spice, these are probably much too hot for you.  Definitely too hot for me!

We use the chili crisp for everything, eggs, pasta and rice!! A lot of other product have too much oil and less crisp but Jing has a perfect combo in the jar 

Was not a fan. Didn’t hate it. Was expecting something exceptional.

I’ve tried their sichuan chili crisp but it was not my taste of what to expect for a crisp sauce. It didn’t really have a strong spice taste. 

Great chili crisp product that is versatile and can be added to a variety of different products - I have used it on noodles, eggs, dumplings, and as a dipping sauce for spring rolls. I woul ddefinitely recommend.

Don't do it. There are so many better options that are cleaner, simpler, cheaper, and better. I was influenced to try the Fly by Jing Chili Crisp and it was just....expensive chili crisp. Please do yourself a favor and stick to any jar imported from Asia, or just make your own. This was way too mid for the cost/size. The 2 stars is due to the jar lasting a while, but I wish I didn't buy it in the first place.
