Chewy honestly has just as fast shipping as Amazon does without having to pay for a membership! It also mostly has lower prices then most pet stores and they added a new chat to vet feature that’s free for members (which cost nothing but to sign up) and we all know how much we hate to go to the vet, spend a $100 for just one health question!!

This company cares about your pet's well being. Even sent flowers to me when my pet passed away and refunded me for my unused bag of food that was auto delivered.

I have used Chew for many years now. They certainly got me through the pandemic. Now that they've added equine products and feeds, I use them for all my horses' needs as well. My dogs definitely depend on Chewy as I live in a rural area where the top quality foods aren't available. Customer service is great and always helpful. Couldn't manage without my Chew deliveries.

Phenomenal service, prices, and variety of products. If your feline needs medication or supplements regularly like ours did, Chewy is a god send.

Incredibly convenient and with a wide range of products. The prices are comparable to regular retail. The delivery and autoship process is smooth. But, if like me, you are also a Costco shopper, the prices are a bit higher on Chewy.com.

chewy is a big corporation, yes, but they have a lot of heart. It's convenient to use and when my dog passed away they sent me a card. Even my own vet still sends me reminders to have his vaccines done and my vet was in the room when he died... so .... yay chewy and boo to the pet healthcare system.

Chewy is my favorite place to order pet supplies from. They always have everything a need and a great selection of products to choose from. Shipping is super fast so I never have to wait too long for what I need. They always have sales or promotions so the prices are very reasonable.

i like chewy. it's an amazon company. i don't like that to get free shipping, one must spend 49$. other than that, they're pretty good.

My dogs get SO excited when their Chewy Box arrives! The subscription service makes life so much easier, no more hauling heavy bags of food and treats, they just show up on the porch every six weeks. Super fast and reliable delivery, and the dogs get a personalized birthday card on their birthdays!
