I really really wanted to love a mattress in a box. They sent us the wrong size mattress cover which wasn’t a big deal and the customer service was really quick at resolving the issue. They also sent us extra pillows as a sorry for the inconvenience which I really thought was great I also went to the show room and that experience was incredible. I just didn’t love the mattress. It was lumpy non-supportive my husband thought that too. Some nice accidents this was actually really love the pillows they sent us. And also I bought their night lights and they’re amazing!

I got my Casper mattress at Costco. It’s pretty good, nice to sleep on.

We are really enjoying our Casper mattress (ordered from Costco). It was a great price and on a great sale. It arrived in great condition and was super easy to set-up - I did it by myself and I'm a pretty small woman. Pretty crazy a mattress can fit in a box - it was actually really cool to watch it unfold and shape-up. It is also very comfortable - we have had multiple guests sleep on it who have enjoyed it too. I'd say a great bang for your buck and they also have great sales throughout the year, so if you can wait until one of those, you'll get even more out of your purchase.

Best purchase from 2021. Our sleep is so much better since we got the original in king size.

The Casper king mattress is the best thing I have ever purchased - I don't know how I ever used anything else before. Plenty of room for me, my boyfriend, and our puppy, Walter!

Casper mattresses are surprisingly comfortable! I visited some friends for a long weekend and slept so well. I will definitely consider buying a Casper mattress myself when it is time to replace my current mattress.

My roommate has a Casper mattress. She invited us for a movie night and within 5 minutes of sitting on the bed I found myself fighting sleep and losing the battle. Firm but not hard. Felt well supported while falling over and not like I was sinking into the bed or sliding off. Will be purchasing a Casper when it's time get a new mattress.

I purchased Casper's new Hyperlite Cooling Sheets made from Tencel technology after seeing a TikTok saying they are the most luxurious and cool sheets around. And while yes, these sheets are cool, they are as thin as tissue paper. I definitely don't get a luxury feel when I sleep in them and I'm not sure they're as high quality as they advertise.

We got our first Casper mattress in 2020 and it's been a game changer for the way we sleep. We have the Nova Hybrid which has a pillowy top layer that helps keep us cool, and firmer foam throughout. I honestly can't see us going back to any other brand!

If you like a softer foam mattress and don’t need a ton of back support I do like this mattress and have had mine for just about 7 years. Moved it to the guest room when i discovered Emma mattress makes a more supportive model.

Let me start by saying I’ve only purchased the Standard pillows from Casper. It was my first purchase at this price point and I was really exited to see the difference! The packaging the pillows came in were so cute and I even used them for storing plastic bags in my kitchen cabinet (love a reusable moment). When it came to the pillows though the faults in the construction started showing after about 3 months when in their first wash (that I followed instructions for) the filling in the first layer started spraying into clumps. I still use these pillows today 1+ year later and try to fluff them up best I can. They are still comfy but not like they were initially.

The concept is cool and I like how I can return in 90? days if I didn't like it. Was my first pricey DTC purchase so didn't know what to expect. Unboxing was cool and very easy

I love my Casper! What I most love however is the in-store experience -- at least in NYC, the stores have little "houses" inside that have the different types of mattresses, so you can lay down and test them out and not feel like you are laying down in the middle of a showroom. Gives you a nice chance to get comfortable and roll around and compare the mattresses so it really feels like you're thoughtfully shopping, versus ugh-let's-just-buy-one-and-get-out-of-here shopping. I've had my Casper for about 3 years now and it still feels great. Would definitely re-purchase!

we got our mattress in 2016 and it's still holding up. it's now our guest room mattress and people regularly comment about how much they loved the bed and how well they slept. so far so good!
