I bought a pillow from Casper and it was too thick for me, but their in-store team was very friendly and it was easy to return.

I have a Casper mattress and a large body pillow. Both are great, no complaints.

These are great, better than average mattresses without the weird mattress store shopping experience.

We have had Casper pillows for a few years and just recently bought a mattress for our spare bedroom. We love the pillows. I particularly like that you can wash the outer layer of the pillow. The mattress is nice and firm and while I've only tested it out for a short period of time, we are thinking of purchasing one for our main bedroom.

Overpriced and overrated.

Shopping for a mattress has never been easier. The unboxing experience was fun and easy (read: did not take hours). We had a Queen size in our apartment and upgraded to a King when we moved into our home. Now the guest room has a Casper too!

My sleep has improved significantly since I bought the pillows. Would definitely recommend.

My review is not of the product itself, but a of the communication from their customer care team. After ordering a Casper Hybrid and bed frame for my elderly parents online, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they could not offer me an estimated shipping window. After multiple chats, phone calls I was continually told conflicting information from their care team and shipping partner, RXO. Due to the lack of transparency and communication, ultimately, I had to cancel my order. Instead, I purchased a less expensive model direct from a retail store, and had to find a new frame. The most deplorable part of this experience is that when I requested a refund, the person on the other end confirmed they would issue a refund and then quickly closed the chat before sending confirmation. This happened twice with two different care team members. Finally, I requested a confirmation email which did not include an order number or refund amount. A month later, my account was still not refunded. When I inquired again they “forgot” to issue the money. Not only was the experience careless but felt intentionally deceitful. I’ll never purchase from Casper again. Leaving three stars because their nightlights are really cool. Highly recommend those.

My husband and I bought a Casper Mattress about 3 years ago. It's comfortable, but it gets very hot at night. When I go to sleep I'm normally chilly, so I put on all the covers. Then a few hours later I wake up sweating and the mattress feels hot. By the time we figured this out it was too late to return it. I would not buy a Casper Mattress again.

I like my Casper but tbh - I don't have much to compare it to. It replaced my very old spring mattress, so maybe at that point, anything would have been better. Even though I like it, my next mattress will be an "organic" mattress.

I only bought their memory foam pillow, so I cannot comment on the mattresses themselves, but the pillows are great! Worth it for what I paid for it, but I did get them on sale on black friday.

Don't have their mattress, but I SWEAR by their pillows. They're so perfect in every way, and I'm a picky pillow person. Everyone has their own preferences on pillows, but I feel like this one is the perfect in-between of everything you'd want. It's weighty, super fluffy but not too thick, and also not too thin. I recommend it to everyone. I also LOVE the ability to wash this pillow, it has a zipper where you can take the outside layer off and throw it in the wash.

High quality, ordering, shipping, and unboxing was easy and fun. Was very comfortable to sleep on and had no regrets.

I have a lot of sleep problems - pillow pickiness is one. I got the casper pillow from Target and WOW was it a disappointment. It was so uncomfortable and thin, I tried picking one out that fit my sleep style too but it did not work. I tried giving it a chance but I still missed their return window, and I regret it so much. I think if you just want a name brand pillow this works, but this really sucked as someone that needed a high quality pillow.

Casper is the best, affordable mattress brand on the market!

I’m obsessed with my Casper pillow. I can’t comment on the mattresses but I’ve used the sheets, which are very nice and the standard pillow which is Amazing! I’m very particular about pillows due to chronic migraines. It’s absolutely the perfect, most adjustable pillow.

I purchased a basic Casper mattress from Target 4 years ago and I LOVE it! It is the perfect firmness to softness ratio for me. I love that the gray fabric on the outside is soft, it’s just a little thing I rarely experience, but I love it. I have 3 Casper pillows as well. They are washable and have maintained their integrity for 4 years as well. My husband had purchased a Casper mattress before he met me and he got it directly from Casper. It is fancier than my Target version, but we do not like it as much because it is way firmer. It is still good though and our guests like it.

About a year ago I was researching mattress options. I didn't really know enough about what I wanted or needed so I ended up with a pretty basic mattress. Then on a trip, I slept on a Casper mattress and I realized what I was missing. So I immediately got one and suddenly all my back issues and sleeping interruptions were gone. It really is the comfiest bed option I've found.
