Their products do exactly ZERO of the things they claim to do. Actually, my sleep rating has PLUMMETED through my watch tracking (see attachment). Customer service is rude, condescending, indifferent and incompetent. The owner must have his bro take emails and this guy has like a 10th grade education and 80 IQ. Good luck getting any service as a customer

This product has created a morning person out of me, which I didn't think could happen. It makes me look forward to going to bed because I love how it tastes so much, then I fall asleep so much faster than when I don't use it. Just feel great overall when using this for sleep.

I have been a big fan of Beam for a while now. I recently tried their Dream Capsules (the extra strength version), and found them to be equally as efficacious as their Dream Powder. I always recommend them when friends struggle with sleep!

WHERE HAS DREAM BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! Honestly I had such a hard time sleeping- I'd be up all night getting stressed out about how tired I was going to be the next day. My friend told me about Dream and it's delicious and it's not bad for you and it has amazing ingredients. I fall asleep within 15 minutes of drinking it- i just do a little reading in bed and I fall asleep with the book on my chest. 10/10 would recommend.

Decided to give this Beam sleep aide a try. My daughter and I both have sleep issues and are always willing to try a natural route. We both gave this several months and felt nothing. We could get the same effect with warm chocolate milk. Unfortunately it was a thumbs down. Please be aware this is very expensive and truly is not worth the money. It got one star because of the cute packaging.

* Do not waste your $$ on BEAM. Mediocre product, completely overpriced. May help you feel drowsy, doesn’t help you stay asleep at all. Many other products on market with same ingredients or better with lower price points. It’s ridiculously sweet & chalky. I never signed up (intentionally at least) for a subscription and I bought product at 50% off. They notified me an order was shipping- full price $136.00!! There is no phone number to contact them. I went back and forth with customer service before a shipping label was even created requesting they DO NOT ship the product. They dragged their feet all day and then said it had shipped and it’s non returnable. The most disappointing customer service I have ever encountered. Do not waste your time on a company deliberately scamming customers. BEWARE

I love your products, but your policies are severely disappointing. Two months ago, I contacted customer service to cancel my order because I had lost my job. They kindly canceled that order, but I assumed they would also cancel my recurring subscription — they did not. I wasn’t reminded that I still had a subscription or asked if I wanted it to continue. I received no notice before the next order processed. Instead, I was blindsided by an email saying I had been charged. The order was placed at midnight; I contacted you at 7 a.m. that same morning. Still, my order wasn’t canceled, and I was only given a small discount. At the time of my original cancellation, I clearly explained that I had lost my job and was dealing with serious health issues (a brain tumor). That should have been an obvious sign to pause my subscription or at least confirm before processing another charge. Your products are excellent — I noticed health benefits while taking them. I could have been a lifelong customer. But instead of empathy during one of the most difficult times of my life, I was charged over $100. Out of principle, I will now take my business elsewhere, and I am sharing my experience with others. A little kindness would have earned my loyalty forever.

HUGE fan of Beam! Was connected to their founder via Twitter and he sent me some free product to try as I mentioned that I love their packaging. He sent over their original Dream Powder (cocoa flavor) and it's absolutely delicious. Perfect treat before bed; tastes like a not-too-sweet hot chocolate, if you make with milk or a milk alternative. Doesn't need additional sweetener at all. Out of all the items he sent over, that was my favorite! Other products are great too. Great flavor and high quality. Packaging and unboxing experience is a delight, too!

Beam is a decent CBD/hemp brand. I had a chance to try them in April 2020 as they offered me a healthcare provider discount which was very generous. They market their products for the active, athletic type. By far, my favorite product of theirs is their Dream (sleep cocoa mix) - add it to dairy alternative or milk and it works like magic. If money is not an issue, then I would for sure recommend the Dream cocoa mix. The other positive customer service and support of healthcare providers.

I tried Beam in December of 2019--a sublingual and a capsule at different times. Didn't get much out of either. Their Austin pop-up was quite nice, and I appreciated their community efforts.

I’ve used the beam dream brownie batter flavor for about a month. I do think the product helps me fall asleep faster, but the flavor tastes like fake sugar. I wish they had a sample pack to try flavors before purchasing. I don’t want to buy a 30-day supply of a flavor I won’t use. Beam is not cheap.

Didn't like the taste, waaayy too bitter. Also, the CBD didn't give me the desired effect. I have chronic insomnia and at the $90 dollar price tag, I expected better.

I used Beam as my go-to CBD when they first launched. It was a great starter CBD and straightforward about their ingredients and sourcing. It's pretty a pretty high price-point (like most CBD) but reliable. I've since found other brands I like more, like a dissolvable tablet rather than digested pills or oil.

Hm. It's alright... I use it sometimes when I want a "sweet treat" before bed and want to combine it with melatonin. I will say, though, the flavors are pretty hit or miss. I personally loved the Brownie Batter flavor the most. But one time, I ordered the hazelnut cream and it didn't taste like hazelnut to me at all...

I've tried the Beam dream powder (cinnamon cocoa flavor), focus capsules, and the fixer. While I liked the taste of the dream powder (with milk) and the overall idea, I felt slow in the mornings and there wasn't a noticeable improvement in my sleep quality based on my sleep score over the course of several weeks. The fixer was probably the most impactful product of the three as I didn't necessarily feel differently with the focus capsules as compared to other similar products for focus. If you're curious about the products, I would try them and see if they work for you, although they can be a bit pricey.

I was really looking forward to trying this however, I was extremely disappointed with the product. The first issue is it tastes horrible. Nothing like "hot chocolate" like they say it will. I was willing to still give it a go since I spent $95. Sadly, it kept me up all night. I got the worse sleep I have in years from this product. On top of that, they do not care at all about customer satisfaction. They could have maybe saved face a little if they cared about customer service at all. They offered zero help and pretty much told me I am out of luck. I feel like $95 was stolen from me.

I sleep my best using the Dream powder - my deep sleep increases by a very noticeable amount on my sleep tracker and I feel so well-rested the day after using it. I’ve had most of the different flavors and for the most part they’ve done a really good job. My favorite has always been the white chocolate peppermint which was limited edition.

I’ve been using beam Dream Powder occasionally for about 4 months now. My whoop data shows pretty substantial evidence that when I have beam my RHR decreases (6.9%) and HRV increases (15.5%). This data doesn’t differentiate other factors that may contribute to my recovery statistics and what is truly caused by beam. It definitely knocks me out, but I usually don’t have a hard time falling asleep. As far as how my sleep quality is impacted, I don’t feel the difference even though the numbers are telling me there’s a difference.

The products have a mushroom taste. It’s not appealing at all. They have no money back guarantee and you are just out the money if you don’t like the taste. Neither I or my husband enjoyed it at all. I would not recommend this product. It is not cheap and with no money back if you don’t like it you are just out your money.

I love the product but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS! DO NOT BUY FROM BEAM WEBSITE. I purchased one bag of Beam Dream and truly loved the product as an alternative to other types of sleep aids. I quickly signed up for a subscription to get auto shipments every 30 days for a discounted price. I saw on the site that one order per my subscription was created and then realized they had created another shipment at full price. I immediately contacted customer support before either order was shipped to stop the regularly priced shipment. They did not respond. I sent another email. They did not respond. For 2 days I emailed, and they did not respond. By the 3rd day the shipment went out. Then they responded that they cannot change or refund any order "once it has shipped." So, I was charged for my subscription shipment AND the additional shipment at full price. My subscription was a $46 charge and the additional shipment, not ordered by me and not authorized by me, was a $73 charge in my bank account. BEAM has refused to even acknowledge my complaint about the additional shipment and unauthorized charge. And as of this morning, they decided to finally respond to my emails stating...."We're sorry to see you go. We have cancelled your subscription." DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM BEAM!
