The brand is fun with Carl the flamingo and there are a ton of styles and colors to choose from. I've worn the BFGs, OGs, and Mach G's in a variety of lens types. I wear them for different activities -- daily wear, running, cycling, working out, and tried their bluelight lenses for work. They are comfortable, lightweight, and the price point makes it easy to stash a few pairs in convenient places. I've also had multiple pairs for 3+ years.

I've tried the Beam dream powder (cinnamon cocoa flavor), focus capsules, and the fixer. While I liked the taste of the dream powder (with milk) and the overall idea, I felt slow in the mornings and there wasn't a noticeable improvement in my sleep quality based on my sleep score over the course of several weeks. The fixer was probably the most impactful product of the three as I didn't necessarily feel differently with the focus capsules as compared to other similar products for focus. If you're curious about the products, I would try them and see if they work for you, although they can be a bit pricey.

Love the subscription but I don't go through blades as fast as the maximum subscription length. The colors are cute and the accessories are great (cover, magnetic holder). Razor works well and I've never had an issue with the handle. I tried the dry shampoo as well, which I like because it's a powder vs. aerosol and worked well for my dark hair.

I already loved Patagonia products before diving into their story, but their philosophy and mission made me love them more. If you haven't listed to Yvon Chouinard on the How I Built This podcast, I would highly recommend. Really quality products, love that they encourage sustainability and reuse/recycle and help make that accessible for more people, and appreciate that they're always innovating/improving. All of my Patagonia gear (vest, jacket, backpack) have held up for years and years.

I have the Therabody mini because I was looking for something to travel with or something more portable and I love it. If you have limited shoulder flexibility, you may need a buddy to help with your mid-back since there's no extended handle. While more compact, it still packs a powerful punch with three settings and is comfortable to hold.

    Peloton

It seems Peloton was originally known for the bike, but they've expanded not only their hardware (tread, rower), but they have a variety of classes with different types of instructors. If you're looking for quality, convenience, and variety, just the Peloton app subscription alone could be worth it for you. There are instructors for everyone, each with their own style, and you can fit classes into any schedule as they're as short as 10 minutes. They also have programs designed by instructors to get you going whether it's running, boxing, strength, meditation, yoga, and more. Once you find some instructors and classes you like, it's fun to use the "stack" function to build your workout for the day. If music motivates you, they have a ton of really awesome music partnerships.

I love Stasher bags for food, organization, travel, and more--you can even make popcorn in them. The size variety and functionality (e.g., stand-up bags and bowls) is great. The only thing is they can be a bit hard to close/open as opposed to other reusable storage bags, but they seem to be the most sturdy. Love that they're microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe plus all the fun colors.

Love this brand of coconut water. The taste is consistent and closest (to me) to what a fresh coconut tastes like. Definitely refreshing ice cold after a long training session. So happy to find this at our local Costco.

I typically order their noodles (all flavors) and chili crunch (extra hot). I was excited to see that they partnered with Asha as I already love that brand. The sesame oil and soy sauces are also great. Additionally, they have recipes on their website and a community where consumers can share how they're zhushing up Momofuku products. They're great for a quick meal and it's easy to elevate with things you have on hand. I've gifted so many packages of noodles, chili crunch, and seasoning!

I first came across these socks at REI. I've only bought the no-show women's socks in S, but they're a great fit and don't slide around. I've also purchased from a brick and motor and it's fun to see the different designs and styles they offer. They also make great gifts since they have themed socks. Looking forward to trying other products.
