Banza earns strong reviews as a high‑protein, gluten‑free swap that often tastes and chews close to traditional pasta and even delivers standout frozen pizzas, while many note it can overcook quickly, turn mushy or sticky, and some cuts feel fragile. Reviews of Banza praise the satisfying, protein‑dense pasta, kid‑friendly appeal, and tasty mac & cheese (notably White Cheddar), but flag inconsistent texture across shapes, occasional bitter/chickpea aftertaste, and spaghetti/linguine that clump or stay too firm.

I love this brand. Sometimes the product does not come out consistently but it’s a great taste.

Ok WOW to these pizzas! I was honestly not expecting to like these so much, I find Banza pastas to have a distinctly bean-y flavor and am not a fan of the texture (always feel like the noodles fall apart if you cook them one second too long, but if you try for "al dente" they're still rock hard in the middle). These tasted great (like nostalgic, old school frozen pizza/almost luncheables-like), loved how crispy the crust got, and appreciate that they have nutritional value, unlike other frozen pizzas. Will be looking for these the next time I go grocery shopping!

Banza's pasta is a solid way to add more protein to macaroni night. No need to break out the meatballs. God bless.
Great flavor and texture with this pizza crust! I was worried it would be gritty, but it was nice and fluffy with a crispy bottom. Definitely recommend for all the GF peeps.

not my personal fav. the texture really threw me off even though it tasted good! my roommate LOVES this brand though!
Love Banza!!! Not identical to pasta but it's very very close and i LOVE the amt of protein i am getting compared to empty carbs in regular pasta. I use Banza for everything from pasta salad, to warm pasta dishes, bolognese to pesto, etc. Also love their pizzas and risottos! The more protein the better and the taste is awesome.
Unfortunately it seems like UPS lost my package so I was unable to taste it. But Banza's customer service was good Even thought they couldn't really do anything about the shipping, they gave me a full refund and are also sending me some Banza coupons to use at grocery stores.

Super yummy pasta and pizza. I regularly use a variety of Banza products because I have a toddler that is on a carb only diet. I know if he at least gets some Banza pasta or pizza he is getting some protein. I feel that the pasta keeps me full for a long time and has a great bite texture.

I am writing this review as I am eating a bowl of banza pasta. It is so good. I love that it tastes like regular pasta, it is easy to cook, and the texture is perfect!

While their products aren’t as healthy as I would like, I do think their Mac and cheese is definitely a guilty pleasure.
Love the taste and amount of protein.
For a nutritious wheat pasta alternative, Banza is pretty insane. While it may not be a 100% duplicate of regular wheat pasta, i actually find it way better than whole wheat pasta. I’m also not a huge fan of beans, and I find this way more palatable than beans. I purchase this product often despite not being gluten-free. Lots of fun shapes, including cascatelli. The orange packaging makes it stand out in stores.
LOVE all pasta products from this brand. 100% recommend
I am a huge fan of Banza pizza. It doesn’t taste like cauliflower. Even my husband who hates “healthy” pizza and pasta likes this. My favorite is the mac and cheese. It really tastes like Kraft but is healthy. It is an easy switch to be healthier without giving up a lot.
Having made my household fully GF after my son’s celiac diagnosis, this was a great option. It is quite tasty and holds up better than the rice based pastas out there. While it is more expensive than Barilla GF pasta, it does have a higher protein content. My son was not a complete fan, but I thought it tasted great.
I personally don't love the flavor or texture of Banza products but I eat gluten and was just looking for a higher protein option. I think anyone who is gluten free would enjoy Banza more than someone who regularly eats foods with gluten.

I LOVE Banza's noddles! I've never tried their pizza, but their noodles 100% totally taste like "regular" pasta, but it's better for you! I haven't bought regular/wheat based pasta since discovering this brand. 10/10, highly recommend!
Great products, varied portfolio, clean label and ingredients. Taste and texture are on point!
I love that Banza is high protein and gluten free. It tastes great as well but not something I choose to have regularly due to chickpeas bothering me. Great product though!
I love the Banza pastas and I can’t wait to try their new innovations! The taste is great.
