Banza reviews suggest that the brand is a popular choice for those seeking a healthier pasta alternative. Many users praise its high protein content and gluten-free nature, making it suitable for health-conscious individuals or those with dietary restrictions. However, some reviewers note that the texture can become mushy if overcooked, and the taste might not match traditional pasta. Overall, Banza offers a nutritious option but may not satisfy everyone looking for the classic pasta experience.

  • I was pleasantly surprised by this product line. When I tried the pasta and pizza for the first time, I was skeptical. However, I found they had excellent taste quality. I honestly would not have known they were made from chickpeas if I were served them. I greatly appreciate the health aspect.

  • Banza almost makes perfect gluten-free pasta. The pea protein flavor does come through and the pasta sadly gets mushy easily when being boiled on the stove. I wanted to like this product but I do think alternatives are better in every way.

  • I like the brand overall and love their innovation over the years into new product categories. I also think they’ve definitely improved the pasta texture. I recently tried the cheddar Mac and cheese and really liked it! For chickpea pasta it has a great texture and taste. The ingredients and macros are good too. It didn’t stay creamy for long though, I think I prefer other brands for healthier mac and cheese but I’ll definitely be trying some of their other products soon!

  • I have been eating banza pasta for a few years. I am gluten free and also try to make sure I incorporate protein into all my meals. My favorite ways to use are to make a cheese sauce and add it to the pasta noodles and I make a pizza at least once a week.
