I was super skeptical when my wife announced that we were changing away from my beloved ultra soft toilet paper to something made from bamboo. I was especially concerned about the perceived roughness and thinness of Bamboo toilet paper (sorry if that's TMI). Suffice to say, I've been very happy with the move and most of my fears have been assuaged. Bluntly, it isn't quite as soft as the old stuff, but Who Gives a Crap makes up for it in another ways - sustainability, company mission, convenience, to name a few - but it is soft enough, and I'm glad we made the move.

I love that this bum-wiping choice is helping to save so many trees. Traditional TP is so wasteful. WGAP is soft enough for me to be a repeat customer and does the job well. I also love the packaging and their customer care is EXCELLENT -- they promptly sent me a giant replacement box after my shipment got stolen from my mailroom (who steals TP?!). I also love that they use their profits to help build toilets in communities in that don't have access to them.

Although not being a direct buyer of the product myself (only due to not currently being the primary grocery shopper of my household), I have used their products during stays at boutiques, other households and studios. I am informed about the purpose of their brand and mission - I think it's very effective and innovative for the company to have produced these items for consumer use. Given the opportunity to decide my own shopping for a household, I would be a subscriber of their products.

I really loved this product. My husband is a cottonelle ultra soft or die kinda man and so he complained constantly that this wasn't good enough for him. However, if I lived alone, I would definitely be purchasing.

Tried a bunch of bamboo TP D2C brands during the lockdown. This is the one that friends recommended to me. I enjoyed it, probably the most cheeky of them all.

Toilet paper (the premium version) comes in cute packaging and is soft but not too soft to the point where it rips/shreds easily. Tissues are fine, not the softest but not uncomfortable either. Paper towels are on the thinner side. Easy subscription management.

If you are looking for a funny gift for the friend who is full of hot air/$$it, this is a great gift! The paper is not very soft and thinner - almost like what you would find in the airport bathrooms. Not sure if it's safe for septic use.

I really wanted to use this product because I liked the packaging, sustainability, and name, but unfortunately the inside cardboard made them too small to actually use on our toilette paper dispenser. I also realized that, as cute as the packaging was, the way I store my toilette paper doesn't actually allow me to enjoy this added feature, so then it's just toilet paper and in terms of quality it's fine, I just prefer a softer ply.

LOVE everything about this company! The recycled toilet paper is fantastic, the price is good, there’s options for auto deliver just like with Amazon and there is no plastic!! Couldn’t be happier and will never use other tp again

Not my favorite product, but it works out pretty well and is really durable. I've gotten used to the feel of stuff like Charmin and Cottonelle, and this isn't quite that nice, but I do like that the product tries to be better for the environment.

Been getting my TP, tissues, and paper towels from here since 2019. No TP shortage for us in 2020. We even use the TP wrappers as gift wrap! The bamboo is the softest.

I genuinely prefer this to the paper we used to use. So comfy on the bum, and lasts AGES. We’ve moved on to their kitchen towel too because it’s exactly the same and great for the environment. Huge fan of this stuff, AND I don’t have to lug an awkwardly shaped packet of loo roll home anymore!

My family has been using Who Gives a Crap TP for years! We just order a large box at the beginning of the year and it lasts us for around a year! Love the sustainability mission and the fun packaging. I think that there are some people out there who worry about the sturdiness of products made from recycled products, but let me tell you, it is very strong but gentle at the same time. Will continue to purchase for years to come!

at work one day i was in the restroom and saw a basket of toilet paper rolls ... upon closer inspection i saw that they were individually wrapped and they had animals on the wrapping... koalas, elephants, sloths, monkeys, etc... the animals was a limited edition. tho i know they have different themes at different times. the company is so sweet and cool and helpful too! a friend of mine had just moved into a new house - she loves sloths. i contacted the company and asked if i could purchase a few sloth rolls and she emailed me back saying she wasn't sure she had any left... however, a week or two later i got a package in the post and in it was 2 rolls of sloths toilet roll. so kind. the paper quality is really nice. i certainly can't afford a delivery of toilet paper each month, but i think it may be bamboo which is environmentally friendly.

Great brand ethos. Sustainable packaging aka no plastic! love the fact the rolls are wrapped to protect if you need to take one on the go (i.e camping). The only room for improvement is they could be a little softer!

Not very soft or absorbent, the shipping is quick and convenient though and the wrappers are cute

Love the packaging and the brand name and would buy again just for that and eco friendly purposes. The truth is, the actual toilet paper is very thin and quite rough, which deters me.
