Bought a number of items over time: rugs: chairs, shelf. Very clean lines and well made. Sort of west you go to when you’ve outgrown all the ikea.

I find great, unique pieces for my home here! I also love picking out housewarming gifts here, I can always find something lovely. All of the items I have purchased have been excellent quality and long lasting.

Excellent quality products - a cut above CB2, with a beautiful aesthetic. Everything I have bought here has lasted through the years - from blankets to throw pillows, from stemware to furniture - and has always garnered plenty of compliments.

Great retail stores and selection online. We have a number of West Elm pieces - so far our furniture and rugs, etc. are holding up well.

West Elm is a 'go to' for me. They have an amazing selection of home goods and the store always makes me feel happy. The service people are fantastic. And, the prices are very reasonable. They also run awesome sales.

West Elm started out for me as a go-to for furnishing my apartment (circa 2015) and now is a no-go for me. The quality has declined DRAMATICALLY over the past few years and they haven't seemed to keep up with trends in color for interior design at all. Overall, definitely wouldn't purchase from them again unless they changed a whole lot.

once i realized that quality and money do indeed go hand in hand i started purchasing things from west elm. almost everything in my kitchen is from there and every single piece was well worth the money. high quality, long lasting and looks so pretty. can’t go wrong

Have purchased a few things from West Elm - a Sectional Couch & Bench; placemats, duvet covers, throw pillows, and a few other items in the past. Prior to the Pandemic, West Elm had a colour pallet that wasn't muted or neutral. Since the shift in colour pallets, I haven't purchased anything from them. There was an instance where Personalized pillow cases were ordered and the glue was visible, letters crooked, resulting in their return despite the Manager stating Personalized items couldn't be returned - it took the Interior Designer to say that the product was unacceptable. (West Elm no long offers the service). The sectional (which, due to the fabric and colour ordered, took 3 - 5 months for delivery) had white-glove delivery that exceeded our expectations.

I was just talking about West Elm with a friend. I've always loved their streamlined and minimalist look. Had a few things from them in the early 2000s but feel like I've aged out of the brand a bit. Still, pretty and high-quality goods for the people!

The products are very high quality and with a very nice design. The stores always give you good ideas.

I have a west elm couch and I love it! Their products are expensive, but I have had great experiences with all their products so far. If you are looking for an investment piece this is a great brand

In general, I love the aesthetic. However, this brand – in my experience – is best for decorative objects and linens rather than furniture pieces.

The Henry Sleeper Sofa (in the twin size) has been one of my best home purchases. It's the perfect size for smaller living rooms. It's great for hosting guests and the pull out is actually pretty comfortable even without using a pillow topper on the twin mattress.

Gorgeous, high-quality furniture at generally excellent prices. A godsend for fans of midcentury modern. I mean, you can find amazing pieces at IKEA prices most of the time, and especially during their many sales. Furniture aside, they also have beautiful, tasteful home décor objects and gifts, like bookends and paperweights and home office storage, and even, more recently, plants! My local store had huge live fiddle-leaf figs a few weeks ago, with beautiful pots included.

Ordering online with West Elm, I have had more bad experiences than good ones. From lost packages, major delays, damaged products, and more. But with that aside, their products are usually of great quality and they have great customer service. I highly recommend them for investment furniture pieces but when ordering online, just keep in mind it may be a bit of a headache.

West Elm is always the website I check first. It's the right combination of good looking and accessible without feeling cheap.

Very high quality products that are wonderful but the service can be lacking, especially when it comes to deliveries and the delivery companies they partner with. Bummer!

West Elm is a great place to buy furniture. Their pieces are high quality and if you get delivery service, expect it to be great. Their delivery service is smooth and quick with no fuss. I appreciate how easy West Elm made a dresser delivery for me! While I think there could be more affordability, I do think there are some items that have value. I am specifically interested in ordering a sofa one day!
