Uniqlo earns largely positive reviews and proves a reliable source for well-made basics that perform—HEATTECH and AIRism consistently keep wearers comfortable, and ultra light down holds up over years of travel. Reviews also flag weaknesses: inconsistent sizing, occasional quality dips (e.g., denim, cashmere, down tearing), and frustrating return policies for online orders, making in‑store try‑ons preferable.

I love Uniqlo for their range of basics at resonable prices. I particularly love their collab ranges with JW Anderson. Classic pieces sometime with a playful twist. Their range of thermals are also top!

I love this bag! It has a simple but sleek design that I really like, and I can fit a lot of stuff which is very surprising for how small it is. You can also adjust the strap to your preference which is very nice as well!

I ended up buying a few of the Uniqlo women’s T-shirts—and then immediately went back for more. They’re that good. The fabric is super lightweight and breathable, but still feels high-quality and holds its shape really well. The fit is what really sold me though—it’s flattering without being too tight or too boxy, which is harder to find than it should be. They’re also incredibly versatile. I can throw one on with jeans for something casual or tuck it into trousers with a blazer and it still looks polished. It’s basically become a staple in my everyday wardrobe. After multiple washes, they still look great—no shrinking, no weird stretching, and the colors stay true. For the price, the quality is honestly impressive. If you’re looking for an easy, go-to T-shirt you can wear on repeat, this is

Uniqlo excels at making quality, comfortable basics at an affordable price. I found my favorite white mini tee there ($15) that I wear weekly. In the photo for this review, I'm wearing their satin maxi skirt which is perfection. I looked high and low for a satin skirt that: didn't wrinkle, had a comfortable elastic waist, and wasn't too expensive. This checks all the boxes. I also got a pair of exercise shorts- again, I had some very specific details I was looking for, and finally was able to find them here. I've found that some of their more interesting, statement pieces miss the mark- either in the material or design. And as other reviewers note, their return process makes me unlikely to purchase. I find that I have the best outcomes when I shop in one of their stores.

Good quality basics. I've bought multiple items from them over the years, and find they hold up well. I have a jacket I bought probably 5 years ago and wear constantly, and it's still in great shape. Their puffers in particular are great - fold up really small for travel and are very warm. I do think their heattech gear is overrated. I would rather spend more and have pure merino underlayers.

Uniqlo is one of those workhorse brands that don’t let you down. You pay for what you get and it will perform as promised. I think they really excel in their everyday basics like 100% cotton shirts.

Uniqlo has the best basics. I love their 100% cotton and 100% linen items. I keep rebuying their white t-shirts for my whole family. They also do some great collabs. Keen to try their baby and kid items next!

Uniqlo is fast fashion at its core, however their pieces are high quality and timeless. Buying with intention and not overconsumption is key. I have been searching for a pair of sweatpants with very specific requirements for years, and I finally found them at Uniqlo! The wide leg sweats are incredibly comfortable and flattering. I’ve found their sweaters to be really soft as well, and overall the pieces seem to be well made. I love that they have a lot of solid colors with no prints. I also am in love with their chunky scarves! I bought a red one last year, this year I got a purple too. It has held up very nicely with lots of use.

Uniqlo is such a sleeper hit! You wouldn't necessarily expect them to have fashionable pieces since they're known for their basics but they have some really beautiful pieces at a great price, and their clothing holds up really well. I love the silhouettes of their clothes.

Love their basics, my go to. Have also tried a few of their more ‘dressy’ options and love those as well. The flowy tiered skirt is perfect for summer. All their bags are great.

Uniqlo clothing is very cheap but they are fashionable. I like the variety and style. I have a store next to me and go to it frequently. They have all sorts of clothes there. I go there all the time. s

I’ve been wearing their HeatTech and AIRism leggings and undershirts for a long time. I also have several dresses from them, and I think I would prefer the sleeves on short-sleeve items to be a little longer. This used to be my default store for clothing when the first stores opened in NYC,

I have been purchasing Uniglo products for a few years. I recently purchased a new Sweatshirt Hoodie and Sweat Pants and I LOVE them. Super soft and comfortable at a reasonable price. I'm 6-4 and they fit a tall guy like me. I'm going to purchase other colors of both items as I like them so much

It seems that Uniqlo always has something for everyone. I liked that their clothing products are not only practical but have great quality and can last for so long. I also really liked their collaborations with other brands.

My go-to brand for basics, BUT they also do some really fun collaborations. I snagged an incredible limited edition puffer from their Marimekko collab. I've had it for 3 winters now and it still feels brand new.

Uniqlo is such a cool store. I went in the store to purchase a white tee as I had heard the quality and price point were amazing. I left with more than just the white tee and have to say the quality is great for the price.

Absolutely delighted with my recent Uniqlo experience! The quality of the clothing is remarkably high, especially considering the prices. I was particularly impressed by their cashmere collection - so luxurious yet surprisingly affordable. Definitely a five-star experience - highly recommend for anyone looking for quality wear without breaking the bank!

I absolutely LOVE Uniqlo!! Every time I’m in NYC you better believe im heading to Uniqlo! Their fabric is just so comfortable and so beautiful and I can’t say enough good things about them! My favorite items I own from Uniqlo are a jacket and vest in such beautiful colors and these comfy casual grey cotton blend sweats that i love to just pad around the house in. I 100% recommend just keep in mind they do run small.

I’m yet to buy any proper clothes from Uniqlo, but this mini shoulder bag has been a staple in my wardrobe and very useful to me especially when I’m traveling. I got it almost two years ago and it’s still in excellent condition. I intend to shop more here and hopefully find some beautiful pants and shirts for my daily uniform.

Uniqlo has been one of my go-to clothing stores since I discovered it in 2015. I would say 50% of my closet is from Uniqlo. From work to play, I buy a variety of clothes from Uniqlo that fits my lifestyle. I have bought the same shirt/pants/leggings/sweaters in all colors because it fits me perfectly. I also love how they are always innovating their products to cater to their customers every year. My favorite products have to be their work shirts, joggers, and their jackets. My husband and I recently stocked up on HEATTECH items before visiting Yosemite this year (January 2023). It kept us toasty and warm throughout our trip (which was intense because we ended up getting evacuated from the Park due to the amount of snow the park was getting!).

I have noticed that quality has gone down on some items but it's not a deal breaker because I only experienced this with one or two items which I ended up returning (which was a seamless process). If you're in between sizes (like me!), I recommend buying both sizes and trying them out because some items have their own sizing and can be tricky to find the right fit.
