  • Love their basics, my go to. Have also tried a few of their more ‘dressy’ options and love those as well. The flowy tiered skirt is perfect for summer. All their bags are great.

  • Uniqlo used to produce stylish and good quality clothing. In recent years the quality has slipped and clothing looks worn after just a few wearings. I purchased a sweater in December and the neck band separated from the body of the sweater after only a few wearings. Uniqlo - best to return to your traditional fabrics and workmanship.

  • I am so upset by the treatment I received in the Oxford store. I was returning a jumper I had bought my husband for Christmas. The jumper was unworn, in perfect condition and we had the receipt as you can clearly see from the attached photos. Despite this, I was refused an exchange as I had removed the price (due to it being a Christmas present). This is a rule I have NEVER come across before-. We were ready to exchange the jumper for goods in excess of the receipt amount and were therefore ready to spend more in the shop. I am now left with a £70 jumper I don't want and will never shop there again.

  • Horrible customer service and policy!!!!!!!!! Ordered a coat. When delivered I try on for fit. It was the right size so I took the tags off. The next day I put it on and in the mirror I noticed a seeing defect that made an indent in the zipper area making the coat not smooth all the way down. I texted customer support. I got Wendel and went back and forth with him and he said he had to escalate my compliant and would get a response within a few days. But the same day, I received an email from Wendel stating that they regret that can’t do anything about. I responded again to ask them to do the right thing. Again, “we regret….” BS. Mind you, the coat was unworn and still NEW! So I made a complaint with my bank. They sided with me and refund the full transaction. There are too many REPUTABLE, CARING companies that actually care about their customers. They will never get my money again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop with them. Do a deep dive on the web to see their reviews. And notice that there are no Google reviews. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out why!

  • Generally nice basics. I tend to find the fit a little "generic" in that its all a bit loose and boxy and not really designed for an athletic physique but overall pretty reliable quality

  • I buy my clothing from this brand all the time.

  • Uniqlo always has cute graphic shirts and hoodies. The material is also soft.

  • I love their tshirts as they fit so nicely. I only wish they were not so expensive.

  • Uniqlo has become one of my go-to brands for stylish, affordable, and comfortable clothing! I love how versatile their pieces are, whether I’m looking for basics or something a little more unique. The quality is always on point, and the fabrics feel so soft and durable. Their selection of outerwear and layering pieces is especially impressive, making it easy to mix and match for any occasion. Uniqlo truly delivers great value, and I always feel good about the pieces I get from them!

  • I love the ultra light weight down jackets. I live in Los Angeles so I don't have much occasion to wear a heavy coat, but I can wear this all year round. It's great for travel because you can put it in its bag and use it as a travel pillow or on chilly planes and takes up very little space. I have bought many basic items from the store over the years and have been happy with all of them. Clothes, underwear, heat tech, cool tech, it's all very solid and the clothing is very thick and sturdy and holds up well over time and the prices are very affordable. Its fast fashion prices but much better quality.

  • I absolutely love Uniqlo! I’ve been shopping there for years, and I can always count on their clothes for quality and style. The fabric feels great, and the pieces hold up well over time, even after multiple washes. One of my favorite items has to be their thermals—they're incredibly comfortable and perfect for layering during colder months. The variety of colors and styles available means I can always find something that fits my wardrobe. Overall, Uniqlo consistently delivers great quality and value, making it a go-to brand for my clothing needs!

  • Uniqlo consistently pops out with super high-quality clothing. Personally I’ve bought many tank tops from them to get ready for the heat of summer and they just looks so good on me and provide a refreshing look

  • One of my favorite brands! Great quality products for an affordable price. The online returns process is a bit of a hassle, takes a while and there is a fee, but if you have a store nearby it's much simpler.

  • Great quality finds at okay prices. US retail prices are higher than international locations but quality is better than Zara and other fast fashion retailers.

  • Very affordable clothing, yet not disposable. Their tshirts have very cool designs, specially the collaborations. The puff jackets are an essential for traveling, they keep you warm and pack very nicely in the small bag

  • Fast Fashion pretending they're not. My partner gifted me a 150 euro Uniqlo voucher. I put together an order totaling 152.80, with the remainder to be paid via my bank card. Unfortunately, multiple attempt to complete this transaction over the past few months have failed, with Uniqlo customer service frustratingly offering little to no assistance. They initially attributed the issue to my bank. After contacting my bank, they assured me that there were no issues on their end. I was informed the only reason the bank would stop a payment so small is if I was being scammed. After reiterating this to Uniqlo and asking if I was being scammed on 3 separate incidents, my query about being scammed has never been answered. What frustrated me most was the lack of effective communication from Uniqlo regarding the situation. Despite asking multiple times if there was a security concern or scam-related issue causing the payment failures, I received no clear response or reassurance from them. On the other hand I now have a 150 euro voucher that is unusable, and an annoyed partner who wasted 150 euro. I asked Uniqlo customer service the process for my partner to request a refund, and again Uniqlo are being unresponsive, they will reply to the part of my email they want to and ignore all other queries. Thankfully we are Irish and have made a complaint to the CCPC (The Competition & Consumer Protection Commissions), who I am confident will get my partner his money refunded. On another note, I have ignorantly made many an instore purchase with Uniqlo previously. I started buying from Uniqlo after I saw the man who created the company being interviewed and talk about their company ethics and how they are not fast fashion. I was duped, its all BS! I have recently discovered Uniqlo is owned by the same company who owns H&M, called Fast Retailing Company Limited. So technically the bank is right, I have been scammed all along, just not the way they meant! In summary, I have completely lost my confidence in Uniqlo. And you can be sure I am telling everyone.

  • I've tried ordering from them but the products never arrive and getting a refund is a long and painful process. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

  • Never buy from Uniqlo SA

I bought an item from Uniqlo SA but never received it. After a number of emails it became apparent that I will not get my item or any reembursement. I was also never able to track my parcel with the tracking number provided. It is a scam.

  • I have been purchasing Uniglo products for a few years. I recently purchased a new Sweatshirt Hoodie and Sweat Pants and I LOVE them. Super soft and comfortable at a reasonable price. I'm 6-4 and they fit a tall guy like me. I'm going to purchase other colors of both items as I like them so much

  • I’ve been wearing their HeatTech and AIRism leggings and undershirts for a long time. I also have several dresses from them, and I think I would prefer the sleeves on short-sleeve items to be a little longer. This used to be my default store for clothing when the first stores opened in NYC,
