S’well earns strong reviews for performance and style: bottles and drinkware reliably keep beverages icy-cold or piping hot for hours, don’t leak, fit cup holders and backpacks, and come in distinctive colors, marbles, and collaborations. Reviews also flag drawbacks—narrow mouths and caps that are difficult to clean, easy denting and exterior chipping/scratching, occasional metallic taste or odor, and dated designs versus newer competitors—making it excellent for temperature retention but less compelling for durability and ergonomics.

It keeps your water cold but I am not a fan of the metal taste
I have a swell water bottle and it honestly keeps my water so cold all day. Would highly recommend to those who have a hard time drink room temp water
I was pleasantly surprised with how well my s’well bottle works. During the summer, I’d have water and ice in my bottle and it would hold up throughout the day. The 9-ounce bottle is perfect for small bags and backpacks.
Feedback
The only setback is that the print on my s’well bottle started to come off. However, that doesn’t affect its functionality and it still works great.
Annoying to wash but other than that a great product

They are great for keeping water cold but hard to clean and not ideal to open/close during a workout.
I fell from our balcony the first day and dented the opening so it can’t close. I was so disappointed how fragile this thing is! Plus you can’t get ice in there easily. Love the designs and prints but didnt replace.

The point is buying a forever bottle and to be honest if it dents and you can’t close it that easily then it just becomes even more landfill. I really wanted to love this! Also it was kind of pricey for what it was.

I've bought multiple water bottles as gifts - people love them and they work well.
I'm a huge fan of swell. The only thing I don't like is that my kids keep losing them. I'm off plastic water bottles. I only keep Swell containers in my house, and if someone asks for a bottle of water, I give them the Swell. I purchase when they are having their specials!
Love this brand and still consider it one of the "originals" in the reusable / cool category.

The original water bottle could use a handle!
Keeps water hot (or cold) but the bottle dents quite easily and the coating with the pattern can scratch off if you're not careful. Also, the bottle is quite heavy for on the go.
i love my swell thermos! i can make an iced latte to bring around with me and halfway through the day (i’m a slow drinker) the ice is still there and the drink is still cold. i’m not a huge hot coffee drinker bc i hate burning my mouth but the few times i’ve used it for that i’ve literally waited 40 days and 40 nights before it cooled down enough for me to drink. so it def does the job !
They have cute bottles. It’s basically just what you would expect with a metal water bottle.
I have a S'well water bottle. I've had it for maybe five years now so it's been around. It leaks now. You can't put it in the dishwasher so I've always found it annoying to clean.
I liked this bottle at first, very effective at keeping things cold/hot, but it is too difficult to clean. As I had it for a longer amount of time it started to smell despite however much I washed it.

Redesign the cap to make it easier to clean.

I have several size water bottles. They don’t leak and keep things cold as described

Lovely water bottles. Received one as a present. They do dent and break very easily though, which is unfortunate. If it weren't for that, I'd consider it a luxurious brand. Maybe I haven't tried the right product(s) from them yet?
Love my little thermos bottle! No heavy metal taste when drinking like some metal bottles and it keeps water cold or hot for a crazy amount of time. The bottles are also very durable, mines taken a trumble more times than I’d care to admit, and the dings are minimal.
Right now the craze is large oversized drinking cups, however I really enjoy the realistic bottles that swell has to offer. I can easily stick them in my side pocket of my backpack when I am hiking and it keeps my water very cool even if I'm on a long hike in 90f weather. The bottle doesn't sweat at all which is really nice and stays colder longer than other water bottles.
The swell original bottle is a bit difficult to fill with ice and can be slippery/cumbersome to hold. I would recommend trying a different bottle style
Swell water bottles are a perfect blend of style and functionality. The sleek, minimalist design is eye-catching, and the variety of colors and patterns add a touch of personal flair. Beyond aesthetics, the double-wall stainless steel construction ensures that your beverage stays at the desired temperature for hours – be it icy cold or piping hot. The durability of the bottle is commendable, with a resistant exterior that can handle the bumps of daily life. The wide mouth allows for easy filling and cleaning, and the cap design prevents leaks. Swell bottles are not just a fashion statement; they're a reliable companion for those who want to stay hydrated in style. A worthwhile investment for both the fashion-conscious and practical-minded alike.
