  • The carea cream might be my favorite. It it goes far enough with each pump but not to the point where it feels like it's watery. I can tell in noticeable difference in the morning that my skin is still soft from it. The buffing bar is great for heels, especially. I find that it's a bit hard to get all the way around my pointier elbow, but for a rounder shape like a heel it is ideal. I probably would prefer loofah to my elbows than the bar. I really can't tell that the smoothing solution is doing anything. The bottle is a little bit leaky as well. Of all the products, that would be the one that I would not repurchase The theraplush is so lux. I love how it looks on my nightstand and it would be a great gift. I can tell that my hands are less dry after using it for about 2 weeks now every night. I appreciate that there is no intense smell to any of the products. Packaging was great and it seems like it's made with quite high quality ingredients

  • I recently bought the soft services x dedcool collab and was a little bit underwhelmed at the size of the container for how much it cost. The container with the cream also wasn’t super full. The hand cream smells nice, is thick and moisturizing, and the scent stays on my hands for a long time, but in my opinion you are paying a lot of the packaging as well. I do think this would make a really nice gift, however I probably would not buy for myself again unless it was on sale.

  • I like the packaging soft service ships in and I love the look of the theraplush dispenser on my nightstand. Sadly the actual formula of the hand cream is unpleasant. The scent isn’t nice and the cream itself is super sticky and seems to stay sticky for hours. The cream may be hydrating and the retinol may help prevent hand aging overtime; however at $36 for 1.7oz I think there are much better options. The product is not travel friendly either. The lid has some magnets in it but they are not strong enough to hold it on during travel. Aesthetically it’s great but from a practical standpoint it’s nothing special.

  • Soft Services has quickly become one of those brands I just trust (and I think this is why you should too). I started with the Theraplush Overnight Repair Treatment and have gone through both the original formula and the new Hold version. I love everything about it. It goes on thick but somehow never feels heavy, just really hydrating and comforting. My hands feels softer after using. The packaging is *chefs kiss*. It literally doesn’t even look like it holds medicated hand lotion! I keep one at my desk and another at my bedside because it has basically become a staple in my routine. Then there are the buffing bars, which honestly blew me away. I picked up Green Banana first and still can’t believe how spot on the scent is. It smells exactly like a green banana in the best way. The newest one, Affogato L’Orange, I think, is even better. It’s this wild mix of chocolate orange and espresso that makes me want to use it just for the scent alone (and I really hope others will give it a shot too). Beyond smelling amazing, the formula is wonderful. It exfoliates without ever leaving me scratched or irritated, just smooth skin that feels cared for. I have tried other buffing bars that literally hurt to use (like have left LITERAL scratches!! I want to name names but I’m being nice!), so this feels like a luxury. Overall, I adore everything I’ve tried from Soft Services. The quality, the attention to detail, the packaging… it all feels luxe but not pretentious, and it actually works. I’ve already gifted products to friends because it is the kind of brand you want to share with people. I am excited to see what else they release because so far it feels like they can’t miss.

  • Soft Services is a really cool brand. It's products are both innovated & results-driven, as well as luxurious & desirable. In my opinion that's a rare accomplishment. And Soft Services is relatively affordable compared to other brands in this bracket. The packaging was really luxe — it came wrapped like a present, with a really beautiful sturdy box inside. The jar itself looks just like the photos. The material is plastic, not really special but it is sturdy. (The cats have knocked it off the bedside table twice, and there are no scratches!) The cream itself is very smooth, easy to spread and apply. It dries down to a waxy, slightly sticky texture. This doesn't bother me. It's meant as a last-step-before-bed to trap moisture and seal it in. It's not meant to be a quick absorbing formula. But if this will bother you, be aware. In the morning my hands do not feel sticky at all. I got the "unscented" version, but we all know even unscented has a smell. It smells vaguely skin-like, waxy and lactonic. I think it's cozy. I've only been using it for a couple weeks, so I can't speak on the efficacy, but applying it nightly has become an enjoyable ritual. this would be a really lovely gift for someone, especially if you stock them up with some refills in advance. Note to Soft Services: I would like to see more flexibility to choose which color and which scent you want (right now, if you want the unscented cream, you're forced to get the yellow container, and the reverse).

  • The Body Buffing Bar is amazing; it helps with KP and generally makes skin feel much smoother. I also really love the Theraplush - it's the perfect bedside lotion to help with dry skin and has improved the look of my hands. 8/28/25 update: The original Body Buffing Bar is great and very neutral in scent - a little rough on skin, but very effective. The NEW L'Orange Affogato Buffing Bar smells truly amazing though, and it doesn't feel as abrasive! If your skin isn't sensitive to scent, that's the one to get.

  • Love Theraplush HOLD. It has definitely helped my cuticles. I think for the price, the refill should have more but I've already repurchased! can't be without it!

  • I have used both the exfoliating bar and the retinol hand cream (they have specific names but🤷‍♀️) both are lovely and work amazingly well. The bar leaves my skin so soft. Make sure to only use a few times a week though our you’ll lose your epidermis! The cream is a work of art but the packaging and the texture. This is something that you won’t necessarily notice immediate results, but it’s a pleasure to use.

  • I have their body wash and it kinda smells like alcohol but the hand cream is everything. I bought it for my mom for a gift and she loves it. The packaging is so cute and she keeps it on her nightstand.
