Reviews mention

  • Buttery-soft fabric comfort
  • Inclusive shade range
  • Flattering sculpt bodysuits
  • Versatile lounge essentials
  • Inconsistent sizing fit
  • Thin, snag-prone materials
  • Rolling-waist shapewear
  • Seam durability issues

SKIMS delivers exceptionally soft, flattering basics and shapewear according to many reviews, but the brand is inconsistent: SKIMS wins praise for buttery “Fits Everybody” intimates, supportive sculpt bodysuits, inclusive shades/sizes, and ultra‑comfortable loungewear, while numerous reviews report unreliable sizing, rolling shapewear, thin or snag‑prone fabrics, seam failures, and poor customer support. Overall, SKIMS is good when you find the right fabric and fit, but buyers should expect trial‑and‑error and variable durability.

  • I was nervous to give Skims a try since I am a curvy gal, but this shape wear brand is everything I was hoping for. It brings the confidence I need to wear whatever I want. High Price, but so worth it.

  • Great clothes but soooo expensive! Honestly if you have the money, you can buy some pieces but don't spend all your money, you can find dupes on Amazon!

  • I am not disliking it because the ownership of this brand. My dislike is a direct result of this brand's poor quality. I appreciate the sizing inclusivity though even at its price point I can't say they offer good value.

  • Oh, SKIMS, you an enchanting blend of comfort and controversy! Let's dive right into the ups and downs of this beloved shapewear. First things first, SKIMS knows how to deliver on the comfort front. Their products feel like a warm, cozy hug for your body. You'll strut around feeling like the Beyoncé of body shaping. It's like you've found the secret to unlocking a world of confidence. But here's where things get interesting. Some SKIMS pieces have a teeny tiny "crotch complication." Yes, there's a small area that can be a little uncomfortable. It's like they designed it for the kinkiest yoga poses imaginable. Who knew shapewear could aspire to be the next Cirque du Soleil? Despite this minor issue, overall, SKIMS showcases great quality. Their pieces are durable and withstand the test of time (and squats) like true champions. They won't let you down, no matter how much you stretch, bend, or shimmy.

  • I'll be honest - I really didn't want to like Skims. But, from the moment I received my first order last year, I've been a loyal customer. Skims seems to have been made with every body in mind - all shapes and sizes represented in clothes that don't make me feel startlingly uncomfortable.

  • Bought some basics for a photoshoot - the product is great and the quality felt really good too. I didn't leave five stars, purely because there's no sustainability focus which for a brand this big and relatively new, there's no excuse really.

  • Love the bras, shirts, and loungewear I've bought! Great for staples at a good price. I wish they offered more colors beyond neutrals that weren't that limited and always sold out.

  • Amo la variedad de colores y tamaños, aparte la calidad de sus productos es espectacular, de verdad compraría los bodys en todos los colores.

  • I kinda hate to admit how much I love the skims bralettes I bought, but I do. I have only worn a few styles, the "fits everybody" scoop & crossover bralettes, and I just got the maternity/nursing bra as well (this one I haven't tried the functionality yet, but I like that it is more normal-looking and less bulky than most pumping/nursing bras on the market). The scoop and crossover bralettes from skims are so comfortable, and I definitely plan on getting more.

  • I LOVE my skims seamless sculpting bra. It's comfy and supportive and great for shirts that don't work with a typical bra. I enjoy wearing bras that don't have underwire but still support a 32D and that's exactly what these are.

  • Huge range of colors, styles and sizes! Quality seems okay for the price, but not spectacular. Sizing ran a little different than other bras I own and required exchanges. Return process was easy. Overall, happy enough with my purchases but wouldn’t rush to buy more.

  • Cool and hot in nude tones instead of insane colors. I can't personally wear it but I've seen it on and I would give it a thumbs up. It is just nice when underwear isn't exclusively in the dumbest colorways you've ever imagined.

  • I have two soft bralettes from Skims and they're perfect - incredibly comfortable, have stood up to multiple washes, great for traveling.

  • I have no idea why it's rated so low. I love there bras! Probably the most comfortable, sleek, and can I just say the color palettes are freakin amazing.

  • I’m speaking to the cozy line in this review. They definitely live up to their name, the Sherpa-like material is super cosy! Somehow I don’t find myself overheating in these which is a huge plus. However, washing is so painful that it makes me want to never wear these clothes again. After washing the clothes on delicate, you’re supposed to line dry. In theory that’s easy, but this line takes so long to dry! Even after wringing it out multiple times, the pants were still wet after almost a week of drip drying over a banister. Eventually I had to wear them wet! So yes, they are super comfy, but never wash them

  • I usually don't buy into celebrity/influencer-created products as most of them are a cash grab, but the skims bralettes? SO good I bought 10! Super comfy yet supportive and worth every penny — the stretch is incredible and the strapless bralettes are great too. I'm a DD and struggle to find bras where they'll fit me without the straps being too large/falling down, but I wear a medium in skims. If you're looking for a sign to try these, DO ITTTT

  • Everyday wear ok. Fitting is a concern. A bit flimsy after few wash. Customer support not responsive. Not buying again.

  • Had to use Skims on a fashion shoot for a hair brand. We needed a product to fit the skin tone types and Skims was a perfect match. The girls loved it.

  • The pieces I did get from Skims look amazing on and make me feel really confident - it emphasized my figure nicely. The cotton underwear is also super comfy and looks great. Pretty easy returns -- although I never love having to pay for a return because the sizing was weird.

    Feedback

Their bra sizes are all wrong for anyone with DD+ cups. I used their sizing calculator and the bra that I received was definitely not my size. They likely just need to work with more people with bigger boobs.

  • I have a few different skim products and I really like all of them. They sculpt the body in the right places. They can be tight be sure to grab the correct size. Overall a well made product.

    Feedback

It can be hard to find the right size for the sculpting items. A pair of the cotton underwear I have has not went well in the laundry. After a few washes the elastic went on them and they started sagging in the butt.
