  • Seed has definitely improved my regularity and digestive health. It's great to be able to use the subscription model for something used daily. I also appreciate that they don't send a new bottle every month. It's also easy to update your subscription on their website.

It's expensive and while I think it's worth it to pay for convenience, I think health and wellness products should be affordable.

  • I've first heard about Seed from a food instagram that I follow and trust fully. I often experience bloating and not so regular bowl movements. I also used to travel a lot and that would take a toll on my body eating all kind of different foods. I've been on taking Seed every morning now almost a year now and I cannot go a day without it. I do not go on any vacation without it. You will notice the biggest difference when you miss a day.

  • Started Seed over a year ago and it really helped regulate me! I take it with me on vacation and helped me adjust to the food in different countries faster than my travel companions. I love that they recently added the quarterly payment system and shipping is always reliable and fast.

  • I was skeptical about forking up that much money for a probiotic, but I love it! I definitely have less stomach issues than on my mass-marketed probiotic from Amazon. I also love all of the educational materials they provide once you're a customer. Glad to know what it's ACTUALLY doing for me. Subscription is easy to manage, which is always a plus!

It's pricey, but I understand why!

  • A load of research and development has gone into the design of the Seed product and it really shows! It feels like a very evidence and science based product and is a nice innovative take on probiotics . Your first order comes with a lovely glass jar and glass travel jar which is very handy and all the packaging is compostable.

I stopped subscribing because they changed payment system and couldn't seem to update my details without me creating a new account. After a few months of emails back and forth trying to resolve the issue I just gave up and moved on unfortunately...but I loved the product. I'm based in the UK as well so I'd like to see fulfilment from the UK rather than all orders coming from the US.

  • Cool unboxing experience. Didn't feel a difference but the whole brand makes you want to feel something so badly haha.

    Feedback

    Price is high.

  • A well-packaged product with scientific research behind it, brand communication is very interesting. Personally, I haven't noticed any major changes while taking the seed.

  • Their packaging is beautiful and I like how they send sleeves every month to reduce waste instead of sending a full new package. I have incorporated Seed into my daily routine and found it to be great for my skin.

    Really hard to unsubscribe.

  • In my opinion, Seed is the best probiotic for most people at a decent price point. They have great marketing, cute packaging, and really try to teach their customers more about the probiotics they're taking and the bigger world of microbes. I have been taking Seed for a while and personally notice better digestion and waste removal.

  • I really wanted to not love this probiotic and yet here we are. I’m on my 10th or so refill and I truly can tell when I haven’t taken them for a few days. My insides feel more hydrated and regulated which is something I have struggled with my entire life. I am bad about taking supplements of any kind so there are moments where I’m behind and have built up a few refills but the site is pretty easy to maneuver and you can delay or reschedule shipments which is great. They’re tasteless and the green glass jar and vial look so chic! It is on the more expensive side but if it works well for you then it’s definitely a worthy probiotic.

  • I really like Seed supplements, they keep me regular

  • Love this, haven’t been able to find a similar product with a higher quality. It’s been a very good investment in my health and I can’t see myself stop using it 🤍

  • I wanted to love Seed so badly but unfortunately didn’t see the results I was hoping for. I used Seed daily for over 6 months and didn’t notice much of a difference. The packaging is beautiful though (especially the little glass travel vial) and customer service is great!

  • I've been taking Seed for years. When I started, I thought it was so expensive and was dreading pulling the trigger due to the price, but I knew I wanted to try it because I had never taken high-quality probiotics before. Now after taking them for over 2 years, it's an absolute non-negotiable for me. I don't think I realized the importance of taking high-quality probiotics until I did, and now I can never go without it! I like that they updated their subscription from monthly to quarterly, and I don't even mind when I see I was charged (even though it's over $100) because I'm so happy to be paying for this incredible product. Their sustainable packaging and refill system is also amazing!!

  • Appreciate the packaging, etc. but I don't feel like it has made much of a difference to my gut/digestive health.

  • The capsules are designed and tested to survive stomach acid so they deploy in your intestines, which is where we can get the most benefit from probiotics. Their packaging is all sustainable and their website and customer support are super informative. My favorite thing might be their email and social media marketing, which make me laugh and check in asking about my BMs. If there were ever a brand most similar to my mom, Seed would be it. 😂 If you don't have a digestive concern you're trying to improve, it may not present glaringly obvious benefits but Seed is designed for strengthening your gut barrier and immunity long-term. I wish it was more affordable but I guess I'm investing in being a less bloated, all star pooper, and staving off a genetic predisposition of colon cancer.

  • Beautiful packaging and environmentally friendly refills. However, I didn’t really feel much of a difference while taking these. I would definitely give them another try though!

  • Packaging in glass bottles that are luxurious and reusable. Probiotics were great for my GI health.

    Pretty expensive.

  • Not a fan, didn't do anything except give me a type 6 on the Bristol chart (iykyk). However, customer service was great!

  • I just started taking seed about 3 weeks ago and I (think) am already noticing a difference. My bowel movements have been more regular and I have had less bloating!
