Scrub Daddy
Experience
LOVE Scrub Daddy and I literally just bought another this morning. (I prefer Scrub Mommy, she's better at dishes hehe) I even got my parents onto them.

More shapes! Pastel colors?

Not a fan, didn't do anything except give me a type 6 on the Bristol chart (iykyk). However, customer service was great!

Le Labo
Experience
It's so expensive, but I will forever be obsessed with Bergamote 22. I first inhaled it in 2018, and I knew one day it would be mine! It was my first "woman in the city" purchase 6 months after moving to NYC. It smells more nuanced every time I wear it. It doesn't have the biggest sillage, but when it lingers on my clothes and I can still pick up the citrus and flowers a few days later, it feels like coming home.

Milk Makeup
Experience
I was super bummed with my experience with Milk. I was so excited to try the Lip + Cheek, but the pigment was hardly there. It also felt a bit rough? Kind of dusty/chalky. Won't be purchasing again!
About Face
Experience
I bought the matte fluid eye paint in blue and red. Love the pigmentation but the applicator sucks! (photo with red is where I messed up and had to start over.
Feedback
Change the application so it has a pointed tip. It's too hard to achieve an eyeliner with such a flat applicator. It forces you to apply as eyeshadow which is TOO much.

Girlfriend Collective
Experience
My first encounter with Girlfriend Collective was in 2016 when they did their $20 pair of leggings to launch the brand. I still have them, without a tear in sight and only very slight pilling. Since then, I have continued to purchase a few new pairs of leggings every year. I was recently disappointed, however, when I purchased a few ribbed and brightly colored styles, and found that they were see-through. I won't be able to wear these to the gym since they're definitely not going to pass a squat test! Given that they were on sale, they're not eligible for returns. Also, they don't make any bras for smaller people who are more endowed!
Feedback
Please don't make see-through leggings. It feels as though the rush to push out new products and colors all the time is misaligned with the idea of the brand being sustainable. Please consider making bras and swimsuits for smaller people with big chests (see: Parade).
Vacation
Experience
Fresh coconut and warm sunshine and fuzzy striped towels. Vacation transports me to my early years living in South Florida, when a drive to the ocean was a weekend occurrence. Now, living in the northeast, a tropical trip is a rare event. However, I can slather this on, curl up with a book on a roof deck, and feel as though I'm back on the beach rather than tucked in between skyscrapers. From their website, to their Pool Suite newsletter, to the packaging itself, everything about Vacation is considered and executed with great attention to detail and craft. I will continue to add this to cart every year when the temperatures start rising!
HighKey
Experience
Tasty little cookies that leave little fake-sugar taste. A bit too crumbly, and I would only buy these if they're on sale given that they're not that nutrient-dense.
