SALT & STONE earns polarized reviews: many say the brand is good—its natural deodorants and body care often work for everyday wear and smell exceptional—while others report inconsistent deodorant efficacy over time and scent longevity issues. Reviews praise elevated, gender-neutral fragrances like Santal & Vetiver, Bergamot & Hinoki, and Black Rose & Oud, plus chic packaging; drawbacks include white marks or foaming from deodorant, occasional irritation (baking soda), bulky or fragile packaging, and some sunscreens feeling thick or leaving a cast.

  • These products have a really nice level of hydration. The smell can be just a bit overwhelming, but I realize that that’s half of why people buy the product. These just may not be for somebody who is a little more scent sensitive.

  • The scent of the santal deodorant is unparalleled. Feels like a very simple, elevated luxury.

  • I love this stuff! I have used the body wash, the deodorant and the hand cream. I think the scents smell fantastic! I'm almost out of the body wash and it makes me so sad. It has lasted so long, suds up well and smells amazing! The deodorant I use to this day, I have to say the clear gel isn't my favoriteeee - but I will continue to use this brand. Its one of the first deodorants I'm not allergic to which is a win! The hand cream left my hands soft and moisturized. No notes here, keep the products coming because Im a stan of this brand.

  • I got their deodorant and its smell is HEAVENLY!!! Love love love it! I would def buy again. Only annoying thing is that its smell kind of dimmed down after 3 months of usage... I could've def taken better care of it though.

  • I absolutely love their deoderant! Have been using it for years, switching between scents. My all time favourite is the Neroli Shiso which I think has changed to Neroli Basil, its an incredibly dreamy sent, works well and better than any other natural deoderants ive tried. I would love if in the future they offered refills as I find I feel a bit wasteful when I go through them quicker during more active periods or summer months. Have not tried other things from this brand just due to not needing to buy creams and soaps but Im sure i will, because I trust that their scents are dreamy!

  • Purchased the Santal Scent Deodorant for my girlfriend… She loves it and I love it on her!

  • 10/10 candles, body wash, deodorant, sunscreen. Love that they only have mineral sunscreen and all scents have been great so far - I buy their deodorant in bulk and give away to friends when they are equally impressed.

  • My every day body wash that can basically double as a high-end perfume. The scents are gorgeous and I only need a little pump of body wash to go a long way.

  • Smells fantastic! Very light, clean and fresh scent. Not at all overpowering, can be layered with the lotion to last a bit longer but even then, it is not too strong of offputting like some body mists. Will definitely purchase again!

  • Ok if you love santal scented anything— Santal & Vetiver is for you. I’ve purchased the deodorant, body wash and fragrance multiple times for myself. I’ve also given as gifts. This is one of my go to brands.

  • Luxury body shower care the smells are divine and it goes on and lather so nicely on the body. It’s so relaxing. It’s a whole self-care experience in my shower. I also love how it’s gender neutral, and all of my family is obsessed with the scent and feel of this product.

  • Just okay. Bought a couple fo the body washes when Amazon was having a sale. They are nice to have in a guest bathroom but wouldn't repurchase.

  • The Salt and Stone sunscreen was pretty good. I liked the natural based ingredients that help me know it won’t cause health problems since skin is the largest organ in the human body. On extra warm days, the sunscreen can be very runny.

  • I loooove salt & stone! My fave is the neroli deodorant — keeps me fresh all day and is a great natural option. The salt & stone scents are not overpowering which I love; from incredible body wash to fragrance, it's worth it! The only thing I'd mention is heading to Sephora to smell things yourself: I was super excited to try the viral Santal scents but they ended up not being for me :)

  • Salt & Stone’s Santal and Vetiver body wash feels like the shower version of putting on a good outfit. The scent is clean but earthy, subtle but still kind of sexy—it just hits right. As a guy who’s picky about which scents I use, this strikes the perfect balance of smelling good but not being overpowering. The formula itself is solid too—doesn’t dry me out, feels a little luxe without being over the top. It’s basically my upgrade from drugstore stuff, and feels like a little treat when you use it.

  • I recently had the pleasure of trying out SALT & STONE's products, and I'm thoroughly impressed! Their deodorant has quickly become a favorite of mine. I was initially worried about it drying out since I'm notoriously bad at remembering to put the cap back on, but it's held up beautifully and works wonders in keeping me fresh all day. The formula feels gentle on the skin and has an invigorating scent that I absolutely love. As for their body mist, while it didn’t quite steal my heart like the deodorant did, I still appreciate its refreshing, botanical aroma. It’s a nice addition to my daily routine, offering a subtle, pleasant scent that's perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Overall, SALT & STONE has impressed me with their commitment to botanical ingredients and effective formulas. I’m excited to explore more of their range!

  • The only product I've tried and repurchased was their deodorant - smelled amazing and worked great at first, but the second stick I feel like wasn't as effective as the first one. Not sure if my body got used to it or what, but I might just have to cycle out and back. That being said, was excellent at the beginning! Keen to try the tinted sunscreen next.

  • not my favorite sunscreen as i found it a bit thick, but it does work well!
