quip earns mixed reviews: it looks refined and travels well, but its brushing performance trails true electric rivals. Reviews praise quip’s sleek, lightweight design, mirror-mounted travel cover, timed 30‑second pulses, and hassle-free refill heads (often with batteries). Many criticize weak vibrations that act more as a timer than a cleaner, bristles that feel too stiff or wear quickly, fragile heads and motors, hard-to-remove parts, and occasional mold or gunk buildup—some dentists urge switching to oscillating or higher-powered brushes.

Easy to clean! One of my favorite parts of these are they are sleek and easy to clean.
My teenager has this same toothbrush and she loves it
I love the idea of quip's products. I have purchased their reusable floss picks and electric toothbrushes and both missed the mark for me. The floss pick constantly lost the grip on the floss and was hard to rethread. I switched back to regular picks and floss with a week of my purchase. I bought the electric toothbrush as a more travel friendly version of my Sonicare to take with me on vacation. I found the electric component to be too weak but the bristles too hard to brush with normally, causing my gums to be irritated. Great concept, but lacking in experience for me.
if i were doing it again, i wouldn't buy a quip. i didn't realize that it's not really an electric toothbrush; it just vibrates to time your brushing. it's no more effective than a regular manual toothbrush. i guess one upside is the replaceable heads mean less waste, but spending $10 every 3 months on a new one just isn't worth it. the bristles are also quite soft in my opinion. i like the adhesive holder on my mirror and i'll continue using it for now, but eventually i think i'll switch to something else.
I love these! They definitely give you a deep clean and are inexpensive.
Compare to Colgate this brand has softer finish.

my absolute favorite toothbrush. .cleans your teeth really well. its a great price and easily to change the head.
Yesssssss cute
I really love the slender look to these toothbrushes and the ease of use. They automatically turn off when your time is up and easy to store.
Toothbrush is great. Kudos to the company for trying to bring a ton of innovation & design to dental care (something ppl generally aren't that excited about). Some of their launches seem overkill, but I appreciate the effort to drive newness. It's clearly working bc copycats have popped up everywhere (including from P&G).
Poorly made and runs out of battery easily once you use it for a couple of months. Poor design so water leaks through into the toothbrush. It’s basically trash and I would never recommend this to anyone. Save your coin. Also, this does not have any benefits to brushing. You’re better off using a manual toothbrush for a deeper clean.

Sleek and functional
I was not blown away by the quip toothbrush. I bought one for a trip because it was easier to pack than my giant electric toothbrush. It is not worth the cost. I didn’t feel like my teeth were cleaner or my brushing experience was improved in any way. The straight brush handle was not like ergonomically friendly. Kind of awkward to hold, actually. Save your money. Use the free brushes from your dentist while traveling
I had the black quip brush for a while. I also had the refill subscription. I liked the appearance and the holder. However I’ve since transitioned to a rechargeable toothbrush. My dentist said the vibration in the quip wasn’t really doing anything and the ones with rotating brush heads do much better for your teeth. I’ve never had a cavity in my life, but I’m more satisfied with a different brand. If you are looking for style this is great. If looking for practicality I don’t believe it’s the best option on the market.
Great access to electric toothbrushes, and their subscription makes life really easy. Prefer my sonicare, but this is an easy crossover product.
I have been using a quip toothbrush for literally 7+ years. I love how simple the design is & it sticks right to the mirror ! Minimalists rejoice ! Free up counter space with quip! Also my dentist said my teeth looked great when I had my first visit /cleaning in 10 years so OBVI it's working!!
I have the water flosser and the gum dispenser. Both are great. I love the ease of use with the water flosser and how it doesn’t take up a bunch of counter space like typical models. Has pretty good pressure too. I wish the gum dispenser was a little sleeker and the pieces weren’t so big.
Especially great for travel

Metal toothbrush stopped working after only a few weeks. I’d steer clear of them, unfortunately.
