Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a tasty, lower-sugar soda alternative that many say curbs cravings, feels lighter on the stomach, and sometimes helps with bloating; favorites include Raspberry Rose, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Cherry Limeade, Classic Cola, and Root Beer. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste for some, occasional vinegary tang or sweetness that runs too high, less carbonation than expected, mixed success of cola/root beer “dupes,” and inconsistent alignment with claimed gut benefits.

Tried the raspberry rose and strawberry flavors - there's a bit of a sugar-free aftertaste, but a great alternative to sugar-high sodas.
Simply delicious! I've tried a decent amount of prebiotic/low sugar sodas and these are the best by far. Their "coke" replica is chefs kiss and all the other fruit flavors I've tried are great too.
My kids love this. I do too. All around family-fav and great if you're looking for a soda that won't slowly kill you.

I really enjoy Poppi. Most of the flavors are pretty tasty. I'm not a fan of soda since it is so sugary, so Poppi is a great alternative. I don't really believe it helps a ton with digestion, but the taste is good.

Good flavors and healthier alternative to regular soda.

Has a slight fake sugar taste. Will drink if nothing else is around or every once in a while.
not sure about the health claims but really delicious stuff and great for anyone looking to wean themselves off mainstream soda or diet sodas.

Love the packaging!
Love drinking a Poppi with my dinner! So delicious and healthy
I love poppi! it is my go-to drink that's non-alcoholic went I want something that tastes good but that's not soda or water. My favorite is the orange and dark pink cans.
Delicious drinks and I love that I'm getting some healthy benefits as well.
I like Poppi but it's not a good "soda replacer" (I'd go to Olipop for that). I think it's great if you want something a little refreshing, and bright– I'm sure it would be great in mixed drinks as well. There is a slight ACV flavor that you either love, get used to, or don't like.
Fake tasting flavors, the idea is nice tho

I tried a few flavors. They tasted just ok and I didn’t really notice any health benefits.

Flavors.
Found the flavors to be moderately interesting, but very sweet and not particularly differentiated from traditional soda. Did not notice any impact on digestion, which is unsurprising given the highly questionable benefit of prebiotics per recent research. Branding is very pleasant.

Flavors could be more sophisticated and target more adult palette.

I LOVE POPPI!! The raspberry rose, orange, strawberry lemonade, and ginger lemon flavors are elite. Similar to OLIPOP, I don't really see the actual "prebiotic" benefits but it's a tasty beverage with low-sugar so I still love it. It's slightly annoying to this product marketed as a "health beverage" after seeing that apple cider vinegar is the main beneficial ingredient, but again, I can't complain when it tastes so good.
Yummy taste especially the raspberry and it’s good for your gut!

A bit pricey for pop but so good!
Love it!
Yes this is tasty and healthier than soda, which I guess is their marketing line. However, is it really that much healthier? I had the orange flavor and my only complaint regarding the taste is way too sweet to be a healthier alternative to soda. When I checked the ingredients I was shocked to see organic cane sugar as the third ingredient. I was more horrified by the "Natural Flavors" Poppi claims to include in their healthy sodas. All that natural flavors promises is that the ingredients were chemically derived from some sort of natural source, typically used to enhance flavor and nothing else. The term can be misleading and is typically thought to be beneficial to one's health, however this is not the case. When I see natural flavors listed I stay away from the brand.

Love that this soda is a healthier alternative to traditional sodas that contain way too much sugar for my taste. The flavors are fun, but I do wish the prebiotic content was higher, like some of the other healthy soda competitors.
I’m a fan of Poppi drinks because of the flavors and low calories / sugar but I don’t depend on them for gut health. A much prefer the fruit based flavors > the classic soda flavors. They’re a little expensive but can be found sometimes at Costco.
