I have been drinking Poppi on a regular basis for about a year now. Though the flavors do not exactly match up to what one might be accustomed to, they are still good. My favorites are Watermelon, Raspberry Rose, and Strawberry Lemon. They pair nicely with foods you would often have a soda with such as pizza or a hamburger. They have that crisp taste of a conventional soda without the sugar, calories, preservatives, and added colors. The apple cider vinegar gives it a nice zing and there is also the bonus of being prebiotic. 

I’ve only have had a handful of these drinks, but they are pretty delicious. Not your average flavored seltzer. They’re pretty refreshing too. Price is understandable.

I LOVE the raspberry rose. Not a soda person and bubbles hurt my stomach. But not poppi. 

Poppi is hands down my favorite Probiotic soda! Every flavor is delicious,even my teens like them! My favorite flavor is Watermelon. They are great by them selve or great to use for your cocktails/mocktails!

Poppi has quickly become one of my favorite items I repeatedly add to my grocery list each week. The grape is my favorite by far. Also LOVE the new lemon lime flavor.  

I bought these at Costco and bought them again. I like that they don't have to much of a weird aftertaste. The orange is great!

Absolutely delicious! I think I have tried almost all of the flavors but my favorite is the Strawberry Lemonade. It honestly takes like real soda but you remove the sugar and add stuff for your gut health. They have a forever fan in me. 

Raspberry rose is personally my favorite! And the grape would be my second choosing, it feels nice to have something fizzy and healthy as I used to drink a lot of regular soda but when this came out I loved it so much! It is pricey but it is worth it 

Taste was good, but could add a little sweetness. Mine also seemed flat with very little carbonation. It was okay, but probably not worth paying $2 per can.

I was excited to try this because the can was colorful and I thought it would be good. It has prebiotics and I like that part, but was just average flavor wise. I tried a few flavors but the watermelon is the only one I would purchase again.

I liked poppi before but recently I’ve starting buying olipop instead. I still like poppi but I’m more particular with which flavors I like. I feel like poppi is limited on flavors, my favorite is the raspberry rose one. All the other flavors are meh.

This was okay, I would buy it again if it was on sale. The flavor was lacking in my opinion, didn't have enough depth.

Yummy but heard they have a bunch of unhealthy chemicals in them. 

I love the taste of this particular Poppi soda flavor. And I'm eager to try more of their flavors. But to me this barely has the Dr.pepper flavor. Still tastes good though!
My favorite hands down is the strawberry lemonade Poppi it really captures the essence of a healthy strawberry lemonade soda refreshing!

Overall a good product. It's more like soda than I thought it would be so if that's what you're looking for, you'll probably love it. I usually prefer unsweetened flavored sparkling water, but this one is sweet. The flavors are pretty accurate. I would (and have) recommend this to a friend.

I’m not a fan of water—yes, I know that’s a terrible confession for a health coach! But on the bright side, I’m always up for trying any remotely healthy drink to stay hydrated. Mediocre logic? Maybe, but it works for me! One of my favorites is Poppi Raspberry Rose. It’s sweet but not too sweet, with just 4 grams of sugar—not bad at all. It’s bubbly without being overwhelming and feels like a little indulgence. Plus, it’s hands down the easiest and tastiest way to get apple cider vinegar into my system!




Believe it or not I was skeptical cuz I didn't think a gut healthy soda would be that good, but I tried the Raspberry Rose and the Limeade and Cranberry Fizz flavos and those are my favorite. I'm absolutely in love with them. They taste so good not to much fizz They're healthy. Low sugar and best of all it's gut healthy I suffer with ulcerative colitis. I gave up drinking soda. This is amazing to me. I didn't know probiotic sodas existed. 

My wife and I went cold turkey on soda for our New Year’s Resolution and about nine months in made an exception for Poppi. It’s so perfect; it scratches the itch for a fizzy, sweet beverage when seltzer won’t cut it, and I like the flavors (mostly the fruit ones). It’s good stuff! Just don’t get carried away thinking it’s completely harmless or anything.
