Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a tasty, lower-sugar soda alternative that many say curbs cravings, feels lighter on the stomach, and sometimes helps with bloating; favorites include Raspberry Rose, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Cherry Limeade, Classic Cola, and Root Beer. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste for some, occasional vinegary tang or sweetness that runs too high, less carbonation than expected, mixed success of cola/root beer “dupes,” and inconsistent alignment with claimed gut benefits.
I actually think this is the best root beer replica/prebiotic soda I've had. I am not the biggest fan of the other poppi flavours, but this one really tastes good and not too sweet. Also feels less intense gastro-wise and enjoyable even in the evenings.
I am obsessed with this Prebiotic Soda, this flavor is delicious and it is a guilt free drink that I crave daily. It makes my stomach feel great and has apple cider vinegar that you would never know is in there. I highly recommend this!
I thought this flavor was just okay. I like that it’s fizzy and not overly sweet, and the tartness makes it feel lighter than regular soda. That said, the cherry taste isn’t my favorite and comes off a bit sharp for me. I’d drink it if it’s available, but I wouldn’t specifically reach for this flavor again.
I recently tried Poppi prebiotic soda, and I honestly get the hype. It tastes way closer to regular soda than I expected, but without being overly sweet or artificial. The flavors are really refreshing (my favorites are the fruity ones), and I like that it doesn’t leave that heavy or sugary aftertaste.
What makes it stand out is that it’s made with prebiotics, so it’s supposed to support gut health, which is a nice bonus compared to normal soda.
