Reviews mention

  • Convincing nostalgic flavors
  • Lower sugar formulation
  • Gut‑friendly prebiotic blend
  • Attractive, nostalgic branding
  • Occasional stevia aftertaste
  • Inconsistent flavor execution
  • Sometimes low carbonation
  • Potential bloating for some

OLIPOP earns mostly positive reviews for delivering a convincing, lower‑sugar soda experience with gut‑friendly prebiotics and 9g fiber per can; many say it curbs soda cravings and specific flavors like Vintage Cola, Classic Root Beer, Strawberry Vanilla, Classic Grape, Ginger Lemon, Orange Squeeze, and Cream Soda stand out. Reviews also flag weaknesses: some flavors taste overly sweet or artificial with stevia aftertaste, carbonation can feel flat, effects on digestion vary (from helpful regularity to bloating), and flavor hit‑or‑miss consistency means not every “soda‑dupe” lands.

  • Poppi Vs. Olipop 1. Root Beer (Poppi) 2. Orange = Olipop 3. Cola/Coke = Poppi 4. Grape = Olipop 5. Dr.Pepper = Olipop (Dr. Goodwin) 6. Sprite = Olipop Lemon Lime 7. Watermelon = Olipop *Oilpop’s Ginger Lemon trumps Poppi’s Ginger Lime *Poppi has the best classic cola- but the cherry cola is a winner overall. —————————————————————————————————————————— Best exclusive flavor: Poppi: Strawberry Lemon Olipop: Crisp apple —————————————————————————————————— *Olipop has more fiber over all *Poppi has more of an apple cider vinegar taste (it’s tolerable) *Olipop has more of a light sugar cane taste *Poppi is cheaper and more widely available in stores/ club stores than Olipop *Poppi has a bigger Social Media presence so you’re going to see more ads for it *Both go down smoother than regular sodas and pair well with food! I don’t have that groggy feeling after having a big meal paired with a traditional soda *Both are expensive to stay stocked up on *Both don’t offer customizable variety packs (yet) My Verdict: Olipop

  • Great soda, their root beer is a great alternative to real root beer. Highly reccomend, but is quite expensive.

  • My new favorite soda! The cherry cola is amazing, with a real cherry flavor, none of that artificial nastiness. That digestive health benefits are a plus, but the taste is what keeps me buying it over & over.

  • Lovely after taste with addictive feel. Everyone in my neighborhood love it.

  • A great soda alternative that actually delivers a very similar experience to soda, unlike many other similar products. Flavors are consistently delicious and often offer a nostalgic twist (i <3 u fruit punch).

  • God tier prebiotic soda. Amazing flavors. My favorites are Cream Soda, Tropical Punch, and Watermelon Lime. Feels like a treat but it's actually good for you. No complaints!

  • I tried both the cola and lemon lime flavors. Both tasted great! I love that it is a healthier alternative to traditional soda. Will buy again and highly recommend to others!

  • So far I’ve tried three flavors - Vintage Cola, Orange Squeeze, and Ginger Lemon. Although it’s not the worst low-calorie or “healthy” soda I’ve tried, it’s definitely not the best. It has a relatively noticeable artificial flavor (from whatever sweetener they use) and the after taste is somewhat strange because of it.

  • Another healthy soda alternative that's been great to indulge but in a healthier way.

  • Strawberry & Vanilla is Olipop’s best flavor! Unsure of the “health benefits,” but the prebiotic soda is enjoyable as a fun, nonalcoholic drink every now and then. Although the flavor is good, the sparkling tonic's do have a slight stevia aftertaste.

  • Good flavor and cute packaging. Just a slightly funny aftertaste due to the sugar alternatives.

  • I didn't love OLIPOP when I tried it. Perhaps I need to try more flavors but the strawberry vanilla was off-putting and I disliked the overwhelming "fake sugar" flavor. It honestly made me not want to invest in trying other flavors.

  • I'm a big fan of the Ginger Lemon and Orange flavors. As for the more soda-like flavors, I think they are a good alternative if you want a more low calorie soda alternative but they don't taste exactly like a coke or root beer.

  • I enjoy a tasty low sugar soda with interesting flavor combinations, but Olipop veers pretty far from the mark. It has so little carbonation in it, I hesitate to call it a soda. It's more of a lightly carbonated drink beverage, which fails to satisfy the soda lover in me or quench my thirst.

  • Not my favorite, it’s better if you look at it in the perspective of a healthy drink instead of comparing it to your favorite soda.

  • I love almost all the flavors and particularly love that they contain fiber. It helps on days when I’m eating crap and am not getting enough fiber or probiotics

  • Love that it is a healthier alternative to soda! It tastes so, so good! I really enjoy this during the warm summer months, it's perfect when it's ice cold!

  • These are fine if you like a fake sugar taste. I’m not much of a seltzer fan to being with so I don’t necessarily love these drinks or any seltzers to being with. I like how they have a wide range of flavors and I know a lot of people who are big fans! Not me though.
