  • I ordered an open collar sweater and 3 basic tees. The quality of the sweater isn't as good as they claimed, the t-shirt I wore under was full of hair from the sweater from day 1. Also, the basic tees doesn't fit me that well, so I tried to return it. But they make the return process really complicated, and basically block the return in their website, which made me lost the confidence in this brand.

  • I like the color and the fit. The sweater just wore out quickly. I got a hole under the armpit after 4 wearings . Now I have a sweater that they won’t take back and I can’t wear.

  • Beware NAADAM will make it impossible for you to cancel an order. I cancelled a duplicate order within minutes of placing it. I've purchased Items before from them was a good customer. They will ship you the item even if you cancel it. Then make you ship it back. This is how they avoid providing good customer service why they are receiving a poor rating.

  • Great quality clothing at competitive pricing! Awesome option for basics in colder months, and shipping was quick.

  • I waited 10 days and still my order hadn't been processed, yet alone delivered. Customer support staff were constantly "oh, we're really busy, give it a few more days...". Really disappointing. Next day I find a refund email.

    Be transparent and upfront with your order and delivery times, at both checkout and in keeping the customer updated with "honest times". Issue is now that after such a poor order experience, there would be no trust in what happens if anything went wrong.
