I tried 4 of the new flavors, The older formulation was better. The new formulation makes the back of my throat feel painful, likely due to the sugar alcohols. The texture was also more pleasant with the old formulation. Hopefully they go back to the old formula.

I liked the macros on these and I don't have any issues with the ingredients either, but the texture was just not my favorite and there was a bit of an aftertaste too. I didn't hate these but protein bars are expensive so I'd rather buy one that I absolutely love.

I was super excited to try these misfits bars but unfortunately they contain malitol - which I think I'm allergic too? I don't have many food allergies like this so it was random but I've been noticing in protein bars I get a funny feeling in my mouth. Yummy flavors but I can't eat them - just a heads up for anyone else who is allergy prone :)

Good overall brand! I lovee the cookie butter one! Not the biggest fan of the peanut butter jelly one though. Good macros as well

Love the taste, they are not dry or chalky at all like some protein bars can be! They are not overly sweet but the chocolate coating adds a nice flavor. They are quite small and not as filling as I would like, though.

Just okay - not a huge fan of the texture/taste.

I was excited to see these at Trader Joes so I picked up a couple to try! Their packaging is super cute and I love the concept, but the taste was not as good as I would have hoped and they did not sit well, which was a bummer. : /

I bought the variety box, so that I could give the brand a fair chance because not every bar in any brand is remarkable. Each bar had the same bland, slightly sweet, and unidentifiable flavor. The texture was dry and crumbly. The macros are mediocre and the price exorbitant. I will not repurchase, and I happily wasted my money by throwing away each bar after taking two bites.

really good on the first bite and then they just get very chemically-weird tasting. would rather just have half a candy bar and a clean source of protein. great vision, not necessarily execution though.

These protein bars were pretty tasty. I tried a few flavors and was satisfied with most of them. I do think that these protein bars are a little sweet.

Love these for on the go! I love the chocolate cookie butter flavor!

Depending on the flavour they’re ok. A but fry but they taste ok. I wouldn’t buy again but if you need a quick snack on the go with an extra boost of protein I’d recommend. The chocolate caramel one is my favourite.

I bought a box of Misfit bars hoping to have that chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate taste. I’m not at all content with these bars. I got an aftertaste that I’m unable to describe. They are made with almond butter but I was unable to taste the almond butter. I did not like these at all. I put some in the freezer but the aftertaste remained.

They were actually really good for being plant based and didn’t taste like chalky protein like most do.

It's a yummy scrummy plant based protein bar. Misfits are plenty tasty, and don't taste overwhelming of plant protein, which is nice. They're satisfying in a way that regular vegan choc bars sometimes aren't and do a nice job of keeping me full. The macros are good, the taste is great, but I don't love the artificial ingredients in this thing.

It’s difficult to find a truly tasty gluten free protein bar and sadly these are just as tasteless, dry and hard as all the others. Haven’t tried all the flavours so perhaps I just haven’t found the one for me yet. Not the worst and I usually have a few on hand in case I’m in a pinch (being gluten free and travelling sucks), but not my favourite either.

The cookie bar tastes good. The rest are not good. The chocolate one tastes like straight up chemicals, I can’t bring myself to finish one. The cereals are super dense, even with vegan milk it’s hard to chew. I love the bright packaging and the box the bars come in makes for easy storage. The price however is outrageous(!!) given the quality of the food.

I ordered these from my friends recommendation. I got a variety pack and a box of cookie butter. I thought they were pretty good but I would say I didn’t care for a few of the flavors in the variety pack which was totally fine. I haven’t reordered, but they were definitely something that was good to have when I was in a rush. My friend also recommended to eat them after putting them in the refrigerator which I never got around to doing.

Great tasting bar for the macronutrients, but compared to other snacks, it was a bit chewy and not quite as satisfying.
