Reviews mention

  • Timeless minimalist designs
  • Durable 14k gold staples
  • Comfortable sensitive-skin options
  • Elegant giftable packaging
  • Tarnish-prone gold vermeil
  • Fragile clasps and closures
  • Inconsistent build quality
  • Limited robust silver assortment

Mejuri delivers elegant, everyday designs that many reviews praise for durable 14k gold pieces—rings, hoops, and necklaces that withstand showers and daily wear—yet the brand draws consistent criticism for overpriced gold vermeil that tarnishes, scratches, or breaks and for limited silver options. Reviews of Mejuri highlight strong in-store experiences and giftable presentation, but note quality inconsistency, fragile clasps, and styles that can feel generic or smaller than expected.

  • I love Mejuri jewelry. I feel like I was late to the game on this one but for basic everyday jewelry (and fun, different or nicer stuff as well), it's really high quality at an attainable price and wears really well. I have a couple of pairs of earrings and 2 rings that I wear daily and they've held up great, look great, are comfortable/not heavy, and I'm really happy with all of them.

  • I’ve seen conflicting reviews on this brand as a whole and the quality, but I received a pair of 14k gold Huggie earrings and wear them every day! I like their look and think they have a decent selection although it may be overpriced compared to small businesses

  • You know you got this in your back pocket when the anniversary comes around. I low key have hit this at least twice with the overnight. All the styles are what the IG baddies want and we all really just want to be IG baddies. Shoutout my dogs!

  • Good quality pieces of jewelry at mediocre prices. Most everything they sell is very tiny, and feels much smaller than on the photo. I bought my first piece from Mejuri in 2018 when they only sold gold and diamonds. Now they’ve branched out which is fine, just means you have to double check that you’re buying real gold if that’s what you’re looking for. I think they’re find and have cute pieces, but there are many places that offer the same look for less.

  • Love love love Mejuri! As I have gotten older I have wanted to invest more in lasting jewelry and Mejuri is one that can be somewhat affordable but also high quality. They have lovely customer service both online and in stores. The purchasing option is a little weird in stores. You don't go to register, the person helping you check out via Ipad on the Mejuri website like you were purchasing from your home and shipping it. It is a little awkward because you give them the card and they have to type in the info number for number it takes some time and then you wait for it to be brought out from the back so the purchasing/waiting period is a little strange and awkward. But really that is me being nit-picky about it. But the jewelry is amazing and if I could afford to purchase more I totally would I have yet to have a piece that I haven't liked and I have bought necklaces, rings, and earrings. Just haven't tried their bracelets but am sure they are great!

Wish they had more silver options. Also could do more pieces under 150 personally

  • Quality products, great customer service. Don’t love all the designs, but there are some great pieces and they have an ever-expanding collection. Would buy from them again.

  • Bought one earring from them (as a man). Looks good, feel like good quality. They have some nice stuff.

    Feedback

Open to buying again from them. Would love to see more neutral/men leaning designs.

  • The jewelry I own from Mejuri is so delicate and beautiful. The quality is great as well. After many wears, it still looks new.

  • I mean the design should speak for itself. I love that they really honor their 2 years warranty. They have been in constant support with my piece.

    Feedback

I think the price could be a little better. For unique design pieces I would say worth it, but for simple pieces, you just gotta google and will find much cheaper piece

  • The prettiest jewelry in the world!! I love the look, all the options, and the amount of beautiful pieces they have. I bought a bracelet for both myself and my husband for our anniversary gift, after a year of constant use - they hold up well and have stayed just the same as the day we bought them. They come with gold cleaning cloths which have kept them clean and looking new.

The customer service and shipping was a nightmare. I bought both pieces when they said they were 'in-stock' and to be delivered before July 31 (our anniversary). Both bracelets delivery dates kept being push back without notice. We didn't receive either bracelets until after October. I reached out to Mejuri multiple times and they couldn't give me any info or feedback on where my package is and when it will be arriving. I spent well over $500, and they said all they can do was give me $10 back for a future purchase.

  • Every Mejiru piece I have purchased and own tarnishes, color fades, break easily, awful quality

    Feedback

    Everything: quality, color, material, price

  • Truly my favorite DTC jewelry brand. I feel like things are reasonably priced and great quality. I wear vermeil hoops from their collab with heyclaire every day, and I wear a 14k gold pearl necklace of theirs every day. Their medium boyfriend hoops are my go-to earrings for a night out as well, and their pearl drop hoops are my go-to earrings for a special occasion! Their customer service is also great as they helped my boyfriend get me a gift last minute for an occasion!

Wish they had as many items as other brands but that's all I can say haha. They used to be slower to ship but now ship pretty fast.

  • Mejuri's designs are super basic but I've found that their gold-plated jewelry holds up fairly well after time. I shower with my bracelets on every single day and they've definitely faded a bit but not as much as I'd expected for the price!

  • My pair of oversized gold hoops from Mejuri has become the most worn pair of earrings I own. I love the size and quality of the jewelry, and am happy to report that it has never tarnished or irritated my ears. They were definitely on the more expensive side, but given the number of times I've worn them it feels like a great value.

  • Beautifully designed jewelry for everyday. I bought one of the city series rings about a year ago and have been wearing it almost every day. The international shipping was very quick.

    Feedback

The international return is a bit annoying- I bought another ring after the first success but the sizing was a bit off, had to arrange a DHL return. I guess you have to take the risk of online shopping for rings... the sizing is a bit difficult. They do have a very detailed instruction of measuring your fingers/rings on the website but apparently I still wasn't able to get it right.

  • When it comes to jewelry, I am more of a minimalist. Chunky, exaggerated designs don't excite me. The brand came to my attention back in 2018 as my then-fiance and I were shopping for our wedding bands. Mejuri, amongst many other fine jewelry brands, stood out, mainly because of its D2C model. Although we ended up purchasing the bands elsewhere, I ordered a few pieces off Mejuri's easily navigated website. Shipment arrived a few days later - all products neatly packaged, looking exactly the same as they were shown on Instagram. Designs were delicate and classic. The fit was perfect. The quality also held up over the years. More importantly, the order didn't break the bank.

    Feedback

I had a 5/5 experience. And for what it is, I think they've set the bar quite high for competitors. If I had to make a suggestion, perhaps elevate the designs for Wedding collection. Budget aside, they are missing the wow factory.

  • Sigh—I have a love-hate relationship with Mejuri. I love their designs and the constant new drops, but some of their pricing is just hard to justify for the amount of gold you’re actually getting. I’ve purchased rings and earrings, and while I love them, I’ll only be buying silver moving forward because of the gold pricing. That said, I do feel like the quality of some items should be higher for the price point. It often feels like you're paying for the brand name, which is a bit silly considering they don’t even have prominent logos or branding on their pieces.

  • Purchased a ring for a friend as a gift and it arrived safe and sound, just as beautiful as I pictured it! The packaging was nice and the ring very high quality - I think Mejuri does a great job at providing high-quality and approachable jewelry at a great price.

  • I purchased a pendant and chain for my niece for her birthday and the quality of the product was clear, price point was excellent and she was super happy. We went to a store in LA so she could try it on and the experience was great. My only concern was the amount of over packaging. I know jewelry should feel special but this is a bit over the top. The only reason I gave it a 4. Otherwise, this is a great company and am rooting for them!
