Lulus reviews and discussion

I only ever buy dresses from Lulus, and they can really be hit or miss. This is a fast fashion company so that has to give you some idea of what their products are going to be like. I have run into the problem with this company where all of their dresses fit differently. I am a petite person so I always order a xs or smaller, and each time the dresses from here can either be too small or too large or actually fit. Like I said, hit or miss. I have found some good dresses from here though. I really liked my graduation dress that I got most recently from this company which I put in the photos.

Good dress for the price. This dress was only $45 and I got two colors of the dress. It’s great for a wedding or a bat mitzvah. It’s very versatile and you can wear it anywhere & dress it up. I like lulus too.

LuLus honestly has great quality control and their fabrics are always thick and not super cheap, so I do feel like their price point is affordable because you get nice clothes that will last a long time! I've had LuLus pieces for years. I especially love shopping here for summer/vacation dresses and they have a nice variety of on-trend styles without being cheap or tacky.

I bought this dress for a friend's spring wedding. It is beautiful and classy. The gauzy navy dress contrasts well with the velvet rose details. Some of the reviews were concerned about the straps and even noted that the straps snapped upon delivery. However my straps stayed intact.

I bought a dress from here in a pinch since I needed one ASAP for a wedding. The dress came incredibly quickly (I ordered expedited shipping). Unfortunately, it looked a lot cheaper in person but I did get compliments on it and other women at the wedding said they almost purchased the same one.

I bought the short emerald green sequin dress. It started shedding right out of the package. Even though reviews on the site said it DID NOT SHED. I’ve worn the dress once. It look like a bald alley cat. Very patchy in places. Terrible quality. Will not be purchasing from lulus again. Update: Lulu’s saw the reviews that were posted and issued a full refund. And also said the shedding was NOT the norm for this dress. Thank you Lulu’s for rectifying the situation.

Ordered one pair of sandals and they got it completely wrong. Wrong color and size. After consulting the customer service I sent photographs of the incorrect item but never received any reply, even after multiple more messages from me. Do not recommend at all.

I absolutely love Lulu! I have 4 pairs and they are breathable, comfortable and fun.

Lulus is my favorite place to shop for a wedding guest dress. I order a bunch, try them on at home & seamlessly return. Their price point for a nicer-looking dress is unmatched. I bough a strapless dress from them recently & it was such thick high-end quality that people were asking if it was designer! Their sizing runs pretty true to size.

Some of their clothes can be a bit of a mixed bag in terms of quality and fit but they have some incredibly fashionable options for amazing prices.

I used Lulus all throughout middle and high school to find dresses for various school dances/events. There is a wide variety of options and the quality is pretty good but not outstanding. I would say you get what you pay for here.

Lulus is where I bought a good portion of my high school dance dresses. While on trend & often on sale, I wouldn't be too dependent on the quality. It's just really not anything special.

This is my go-to spot for wedding guest dresses! I love that it's affordable, quickly ships, and has a good return policy. Sometimes sizing is off, the piece doesn't work with my body type, or the material is really thin... but you get what you paid for too.

I have purchased several dresses from lulus and I love them. My senior prom dress was a pretty royal blue long dress.

Recently started shopping on Lulus. There are a little too many options and its hard to sift through for the high quality pieces, but i'm happy with what I've purchased so far

Lulus clothing is always high quality and affordable. In school it used to be our go to for formal dresses because most were just $50. I recently ordered a body suit, sweater, and scarf from lulus and all are great staple pieces

I have two dresses from here and while they’re not the worst dresses I’ve ever worn. They also don’t fit my body correctly. I have a white dress that’s pretty see though so I have to be really careful what I wear underneath it.

I have only purchased special occasion dresses from Lulus but they are consistently good quality, consistent with sizing, and not overly priced. I appreciate that many dress reviews include photos of people wearing the dresses so I can assess for myself if a particular style would be flattering. Very easy to track shipments too!

my go-to for occasion dresses! (dances, parties, etc)
