Le Labo delivers distinctive, long‑lasting fragrances that draw frequent compliments, according to reviews, yet opinions split on wearability and strength—some scents project for days while others fade quickly or feel overpowering. Reviews praise Santal 33, Another 13, Rose 31, Thé Noir 29, Matcha 26, and potent candles, plus personalized labels and refillable bottles; weaknesses include very steep pricing, occasional batch inconsistency and broken sample sprayers, some bodycare underperforming, and candles that soot or burn too fast.

Great fragrances and experience, however I feel like the price point is a bit high. I love ordering the samples to use for travel.
Been wearing the fragrance Another 13 for years. Always always get compliments. Wish I could have more stuff from here but it’s expensive.
MY FAV!! They have the absolute best scents that are long-lasting, unique and sure to bring many compliments. Only issue is they are pretty pricey, but they do last a long time so it's worth the splurge. My favorite for gifting and asking for gifts ;)
Very pricey but very high quality scents. Oils and lotions are a little more affordable and are great gifts.

I use Thé Matcha, and love Another 13 -- but they really don't have anything for the vanilla girlies. Would love to see them expand into more mainstream scent options that would work for gifts.
Absolutely love all of their scents! My everyday scent is santal but my special occasion scents are the noir and another 13. The scents are so beautiful elevated and refined that it makes the price worth it. Any time I wear this perfume I always get asked what I’m wearing. Another thing I really love about Le Labo is that they have personalized labels that state where and when the perfume was bottled as well as who bottled it; the best part is you can even put your name on it!!
I love this brand! It’s unisex which is amazing but they smells so good. I can’t pick a favorite scent!

Le Labo is luxury. I’ve gotten some of their smaller roller ball perfumes in beauty kits, and they all smell amazing. They’re long lasting, don’t irritate my skin, and are just divine. But they also retail for an arm and a leg. If you’re looking to splurge - I’d suggest a candle. My friend was burning their santal candle last week and the quality was outstanding. It didn’t overpower, and yet you could smell it throughout her entire home.
Best fragrances!!! Hands down!!! I've yet to be able to splurge on a full size bottle but I've collected multiple testers and travel sizes and will never pass up the chance to try on a tester in store.
The price tag is a little shocking at first, but for an occasional indulgence it’s absolutely worth it. The fragrances are so rich! I was also pleasantly surprised by the strength of the candles— at first, it seemed like a weak scent, but after an hour or so of burning I realized the scent was filling the room in an obvious but not overwhelming way.

Lys 41 will always be my favorite perfume. I love the personalized/reusable packaging too. If you’re buying a product or just want to be visually stimulated, visit a store and watch the process of a perfume being bottled, and grab one of the Le Labo newspapers to read through. I first spotted one at the Williamsburg location near the holidays and it was the best bit of nostalgia and Le Labo charm in an editorial piece. It still sits at my bedside! - one of my favorite content pieces from a DTC brand I’ve seen.
Pro-tip - stay at an Edition hotel and try the Le Labo lotions in the bathroom 🙌

Love their customization and on-site bottle options. I have received and given some as gifts - from perfume to skin care to candles, they have something for everyone. Scents are bold and unique. Would recommend as a luxury gift.
I've had a lot of luck with their products! High quality with amazing blends.
I found the Rose scent in it perfume and body lotion sickly sweet with a cloying base. Perfume is so personal but I was not a fan of this blend. Their fragrances are quite expensive. For the price point I would expect its fragrances to be better designed.

A new ‘nose’ as parfumier
Too expensive but ideal scents and marketing - "that girl"

Price point is steep
The only product worth the $$ is the laundry detergent. You can add a cap full to your normal detergent and everything you own will smell *chefs kiss*. Unfortunately, I don't think the scents are groundbreaking enough for the price you're paying on other products.
Santal 26 has a cult following for a reason. The scent is so luxurious but understated. The in-store experience is wonderful—how cool that you can have your name or your recipient’s name printed on the candle or fragrance? I’m obsessed.
High quality, long lasting fragrances. The packaging is simple and beautiful.

The price is very high, ordering a le labo perfume is quite the treat.

I think Le Labo has gotten some undeserved hype. I've noticed that they don't use 100% natural ingredients, which is a bummer for such an expensive brand.

I've had multiple negative experiences with Le Labo's customer service. I purchased perfume from them, and the container was faulty, but Le Labo would not help me transfer the perfume into a new container. They took no responsibility for the defect. Such a bummer!
