I've ordered a few things from the site and while shipping can be a little slow. everything has been excellent quality.

When I first found Italic from TikTok, I was stoked. I purchased a few things, and was super impressed by the quality of some (duvet cover, duvet insert, dog bed). I was looking forward to purchasing sheets and returned to the website to find that their prices had almost doubled. Super disappointing since the moderate price point was what made the brand unique. I'll still keep an eye out to see if prices drop back down, but have not made a second purchase.

High quality items- bought leather wallet and shoes. Linen dress was too big, but return process was easy.

Italic’s membership pays for itself. They give you money back to spend for the first three month, equating up to $60. Their items are quality and for a fraction of the competitor’s prices. I love the fast shipping too. Always get items within 2-4 days of purchase.

I loved the idea behind Italic when I first read about it and hopped on a membership in early 2021. I ordered several things across categories and the quality experience really varied. The best: towels, men's t-shirts, glassware. The worst: women's & men's athleisure. So I had a better experience in home goods than I did with clothing. That left me too much of a skeptic to try out their more spendy cashmere or leather items (though in theory I love the idea of them)! I also find the actual cuts and design sensibility of their fashion lines very basic & uninspired. Like not-quite-Uniqlo style-wise (and I definitely don't think of Uniqlo as the gold standard), though better quality. Kind of feels like sacrificing style for quality, which means it's not a go-to site for me because everything is OK but nothing is like, desireable. But for housewares, I'm a solid yes. My towels from Italic are still fluffy and luxurious 18 months later.

Good quality products!

The quality of Italic's products at the price points offered is really impressive. I've purchased products across a range of categories, everything from cashmere joggers to cookwear to candles, and I've generally been impressed. All products are non-branded, so one has to be the type that doesn't care about labels

Everything I’ve purchased from Italic has been top notch. They seem to be living up to their promise of high quality. The prices are still kinda high though. That being said, if I am aiming to buy something I will get a lot of use out of where the quality makes a difference then they are definitely one of my first stops. I’ve only had one dealing with their customer support team (a free with purchase item on my order was out of stock) and they reached out to me to apologize and offered an alternative free item that was equal in value (and something I actually preferred luckily). All around I have a very positive view of this brand.

Got a deal on a clothing/workout set - purchasing a matching top and bottom. Only received half my order and had to contact them looking for the second piece, which was supposedly sold out. They refunded my money quickly, however I was the one that had to seek out my incomplete order. Overall, clothing wasn't as high as quality as I would have expected, but it was still a phenomenal deal.

This feels illegal! Some of the discounts you get on things from the same manufacturers is wild! Nearly identical all-clad pans $700 cheaper? Definitely worth keeping an eye as they get new products in.

Large variety of items, thought the quality was decent on most. The sizing does vary across items, because they're sourcing from a variety of manufactures. But loved the jeans and jewelry. Would want to try the suitcase.

I love Italic! I bought two of their office chairs and a backpack, all of which I've had and used for over a year. The quality is pretty incredible and I'm especially in love with my backpack. It is so incredibly functional and the quality is amazing for the price. I would definitely recommend shopping from Italic for a variety of things! I trust this company so much.

really good kitchen equipment at a nice price

I am so pleased with the dog bed I purchased. I had been waiting for the medium size to come back in stock for a while and when it did, I ordered immediately. I can understand why it has been a constant sell out! The quality is so much better than other beds at much higher price points. Also, I am a sucker for great packaging and was not disappointed. I love this company and will purchase from them again and again. .

I love Italic's product assortment and their quality of products is usually top of the line. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star review is that I have ordered some things that are wildly ill fitting (and apparently are consistently ill fitting as per other reviews) or have felt of cheaper quality. While I feel there are certain items they sell that the price is so much better than anything else at that quality, there are others where it doesn't add up. I have still kept my subscription and would still recommend the brand but definitely read reviews of the products before you buy them.
