i personally didn't love the 2 products i tried, felt that the photos did not represent the real life but maybe that was a fluke - want to like them!

Unfortunately, the Italic shop is not what it used to be when they first started. Obviously, the service has declined in the past years and there is no support. Yesterday, I made an order but after checking out, I realized that my credit card was charged and I never received a confirmation. There has been no response from the support team. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase from them again.

I'm pleased with Italic's serum. I've been using it for over four months, and my skin feels great. I apply two in the morning and two at night. It's been a satisfying experience.
