The flavors are kind of weird. Every one seems to have some weird lingering taste or undertone flavor. Maybe would be better if fizzy.

I've only tried Banza pasta but I think it's fantastic. Love that the macros are better than normal pasta but texture is still great. Some other products made with alternative flours or "healthier-for-you" branding tastes terrible but Banza is great.
