  • I got this for my husband and he is now going on one year of using this and he has already noticed a difference in his hair volume however it is quite expensive and I am not sure and a little worried about the long-term side effects but since he’s been on it, his hair has never looked fuller

  • Extreme hair loss! This product sent me into a down spiral, hair wise, and I am so worse off!! During your time in the treatment, you are expected to lose hair in order for it to return, but guys…this went way past hair loss. This product seems to take all your hair away and then bring in new hairs that are dependent upon the treatment. The hair supplement industry is a multi million dollar industry, and they want you to be hooked, but literally I only WISH I could go back to where I was before I started treatment. Literally if I could go back then and have that much hair right now, I would be doing flips. Balding is so emotionally hard, and I have been very sad about it, but true identity can only be found in Christ and who He makes you to be. Obviously take care of yourself, but walk in His light ultimately and find peace in who you are becoming.

  • Horrible customer experience. Mayra V and Jessica R have rocks for brains. I received the prescription for someone else and they don’t want to refund me the $264 for my medication nor resend the correct order. 0/10 stars, do not order from this company so you’re spared interacting with these (2) idiots.

  • I love Hims! From Rx skincare, to drugstore essentials and vitamins, to mental health... this brand is pushing the boundaries and exploring new heights in men's personal care, and we need it! The brand has secured great partnerships, offer quality products, and I love the branding!

  • They have an anti aging moisturizer that works well. Everything else is up in The air to me. Prescription subscriptions should not exist. This seems like the kind of thing that will not end well for people. Their vitamins and hair restoration products are ineffective. I am glad I did not go further down that rabbit hole.

  • Used to buy my rx for eyelash serum. Very easy to order and arrived quickly.

  • I really like their shampoo and conditioner as well as their vitamin c face serum. All seem to work well and are economical. I have also tried the facial moisturizer and sunscreen. They are definitely fine but not my favorite. I don't really care for the smell of the sunscreen.

  • In a category that has become a little over-saturated, I still see Hims as one of the true innovators in the category and leading these movements. (ie. the news they are teaming up with Urban Outfitters to offer Makeup for Men). Would still be the first company to go to for any of their offerings. Solid products.

  • So expensive, they will try and scam you out of every last penny that you gave for simple healthcare.. Please just take a trip to your doctor and use this as a very last resort if absolutely needed.

  • Fantastic experience, from start to finish. The website is super effective, the entire process is efficient, and I had a great experience with customer support. Love the brand and what it stands for.

  • Lol do not get me started. I got hit with an ad and really wanted to love the products and experience but similar to other pill supplements, I just did not feel anything. The anxiety medication actually made me feel worse.

  • I've had a hair loss Rx/Subscription with hims for over 5 years now. It is super easy to keep up with and I honestly believe the products work well. My only complaint is that I've tried the virtual care and they are pretty limited in what they are able to provide, so of the couple of times I used the service I wasted money to be told to see an in-person doctor.

  • Bought the hair care set at Target. Thought that it was a smart concept to have a hair thickening conditioner, shampoo and the vitamins, but didn't see much effect. The gummy vitamins by themselves seemed too high in price compared to other biotin supplements.

    I have very fine hair so it was hard to tell if the thickening shampoo or conditioner did it's job. I didn't see any evidence to think the supplement was working.

  • Warning! Significant side effects! The compound they suggested contained Prozac. It had the opposite effect of what I was promised. I was unable to achieve an erection and was unable to reach orgasm.

  • This is a predatory company that cares more about punishing people for trusting them with their credit card information than they are in providing good customer service. I was under the impression that I had cancelled the subscription, the last email I received from this company was over a month and a half ago, so imagine my surprise when I got an alert from my credit card company informing me that they charged my card again. No email letting me know it was coming, no text letting me know there was a subscription renewal coming, just a charge. I immediately sent an email to the company requesting they cancel the order and refund me the money and they waited all day to then inform me that it was too late as the order had already processed. Which is clearly their intent from the beginning. Do not give them your credit card info and do no trust them to actually cancel your subscriptions once you've signed up.

  • My fiancé has been using the hair growth/density serum for about 6 months now and we both definitely notice a difference. He’s recently become more and more insecure about his thinning hairline and I can see the confidence coming back. We both love Hims 🫶🏼
