Reviews also cite aggressive, hard-to-cancel subscriptions, delayed shipping, and unresponsive support, making the brand’s results appealing yet its practices and some formulas problematic.

  • I use the vitamin C serum daily and I really enjoy it. Great packaging, I appreciate the matte finish on the bottle and the quality of the dispenser. It's light and absorbs quickly so I can moisturize afterward, and it feels like my skin is well hydrated all day.

  • Horrible experience with this company. They sent me only half the quantity of product they charged me for. When I contacted customer support, they refused to acknowledge it, refused to refund, and refused to ship the rest of the product. Have never experienced anytihng like this in my life as a consumer.

  • I can hardly contain my excitement about the medications I’ve been prescribed from Hims. I tell everybody. I’m on an oral weight loss medication (medication kit #2) and the results are nothing short of amazing. My wife and I are both on the medication and in nine months we’ve both lost slightly over 25% of our original weight (yes we were large). I’m confident in the medical team helping me, they are quick to respond and are very helpful with additional advice and support. The cost of their products is the best by far saving $45 a month from my wife’s previous supply chain. I’m shouting it from the rooftops!

  • I ordered the weight loss stuff from Hims. Never spoke to a doctor, but they charged me $690 anyways. My doctor told me not to take it, so I tried to contact them to cancel my order. I could not get in touch with a human for two days and when I did, they told me it might be too late to cancel my order and get a refund. When the product arrived, I sent it back. When I tried to log into my account, I found that THEY DISABLED IT. I never even received an order number or confirmation email! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they responded saying it would be resolved. It has not. That was over a week ago. Let me make this clear: They sent me a product I COULD NOT TAKE, I sent it back and they have YET to issue a refund. They have straight up stolen money from me. I don’t even have the product, and even I did, I could not take it. I just want my money back!

  • My Rx was approved for processing on September 3rd - and won't be delivered until Monday the 16th - this is unacceptable length of time - 13 days! This is not at all what I expected. No where on the hims site do they provide anything that reflects that a client will have to wait 13 days to receive their Rx after approval for processing. I will no longer do business with hims for several reasons - lack of transparency on their website - lack of responsiveness of Customer Service channels (email; chat; FAQs) hims too dependent on automated approaches to customer service; an unacceptable length of time to receive the Product once approved for processing and lastly, very difficult navigation to cancel a subscription - not user intuitive - they make it too difficult to receive responsive customer service and to cancel you subscription.

  • Hims took my money ($195) almost a week ago, hasn't shipped my product and was told it will take about another week to receive. REQUESTED to CANCEL and GET A REFUND and was REFUSED REFUND even though my order HASN'T SHIPPED ! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY. DO NOT USE. I RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM KEEPS IN A FEW DAYS AND GOING BACK TO THEM. CONTACTING ATTORNEYS FOR CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT. NOT RIGHT TO REFUSE ME MY MONEY BACK ON AN ORDER THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED ! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! CROOKS !!!

  • I noticed a new charge for $195 on May 27, then I checked my emails or texts and did not see anything. So I checked with the bank and hims.com charged me, so I logged into hims.com and did not see any order there at that time, but I realized that it was the renewal for the product that I ordered half a year ago. I found the cancel option for the renewal and I requested it, but it was the future renewal. So I emailed them right away to ask for cancelation(they claim to respond in 24 hours), but I got an email back 5 days later. During these five days, I tried to contact them again by using their online chatting system(No one picks up their phone), and the person who talked to me later, Jonas W, emailed me back on the second day after I sent an online chatting message and refused to cancel my order and saying that I did not contact them early enough, I said I emailed you guys 5 mins after they charged my card, even before they created the order info, and he just ignored me. I asked them why they did not send any information for the renewal order, and he still ignored me. Even today, I still have not received any email about this order. I checked online and so many people got robbed by this company, either first-time buyers or renewals. Please help us and punish a company like this. The product is overpriced and did not work.

  • HIMS is a SHAM and a RIPOFF Go to your local pharmacy instead. Pay 1/10th of the price and get actual support from a prescriber and pharmacist

  • Avoid at all costs! So many more affordable, and professional options like Keeps, or just your regular doctor. The doctors at Hims are petty, unreasonable, stubborn, unprofessional, and judgemental. Especially Dr.Brawtka, or whatever its name is. Not even real doctors at Hims. Just trained responders, like when you message your bank. BUYER BEWARE, AVOID HIMS AT ALL COSTS.

  • I wish i could give stars in negative. I signed up fod weight loss and the provider was available and signed me up and charged my credit card right away. But the medication they are giving, holy crap. Its to treat depression with 5% chance to loose weight. I took it for 2 days and then stopped as i was in a haze for those 2 days. Didn't feel like eating so definitely will loose weight. Contacted Hims and i can see provider status as green but no response, got a BS automated text saying call 911. Then got a text to keep continuing and i said what are alternatives and silence since then. Definitely a scam.

  • What an absolute joke of a company. I placed an order, they took $195 from me, and I still haven't seen a delivery. That was weeks ago. Their customer "support" told me that their pharmacy is overloaded. I'm sorry, you only have one pharmacy? And then she "applied" a 15% discount. After I've already paid. Are you going to send me money? This is company is trash.

  • I saw zero results on the first round of products for hair thinning. Through the HIMS app, since I was not satisfied with the treatment, I checked and made sure I was NOT set up to renew another order. Then without a day or two heads up, I received an email stating that more products were just shipped and I was getting charged again. (Another $195) Contacted customer service right away and I was told that they will not stop the shipment and will not refund my money. Before any company auto-renews your subscription, it sends you a renewal notice. This isn't a bill or an invoice, it's just a renewal notice to simply remind you about when your subscription expires and that you'll be automatically charged when it does. 100% SCAM on a product that doesn't even work.

  • I've been using the minoxidil + finasteride spray for about 6 months. don't see any shred of evidence that anything is happening. Maybe it is, but in iPhone scalp selfies or contorted mirror looks, I see no difference. I have occasional scalp irritation (occasional blisters), but no dryness or other issues. The biggest annoyance has been the dispenser pumps have dried up or malfunctioned on 3 bottles in 6 months, and I can't get them to work again. Contacting Hims support, and they just send another bottle. Bizarre, since I even told them I don't want a new bottle, just a pump. Each time though I lose a week of using the med. I'm going to continue the treatment for a year before I decide. Yeah... hair is kinda that important to me I guess.

  • The shipping at HIMS definitely needs improvement, placed and order two days ago and it hasn't even left the warehouse yet!!! And then it's going to take a week after that to get to me. Starting to think I got scammed and HIMS is a fake site

  • I was prescribed a treatment for hair loss on Sunday 11/12. After reading about the side effects and learning I would need to continue the treatment indefinitely, I immediately made the decision to cancel. I submitted my request to cancel the order the same day. I received an email on 11/14 stating it could not be cancelled and a refund issued because it had already been fulfilled. I questioned this, because the status of my order reflected it was still in process. 11/14 another email basically stating that once it’s with the pharmacy it’s too late. 11/14 I spoke with the pharmacy and confirmed the prescription had not yet been shipped and the “system” would not allow him to cancel the order. He offered a partial refund of ~ 1/4 of the total. It seems ridiculous that they have no means of canceling an order that has never left their facility. FYI - the pharmacy was reached my calling the # for Hims & selecting the pharmacy option on the menu. I don’t buy that is a separate company.

  • My encounter with HIMS was characterized by confusion and disappointment, and I would caution anyone considering their products or services to be wary of the misleading information, unclear policies, pushy employees, and non-customer friendly approach. First and foremost, I initiated the chat support with the expectation of a 90-day money-back guarantee, as clearly stated on their website. However, I was informed by the support agent that this guarantee did not exist, leaving me perplexed and frustrated. Furthermore, my initial interaction with HIMS had been quite off-putting. I felt pressured during a call with one of their physicians, and their responses to my questions seemed unhelpful and pushy. This negative experience lingered and soured my perception of the company. To add to the confusion, HIMS operates both in the UK and the US, and their websites are strikingly similar. This lack of clarity can lead to misunderstanding, especially when their trademark and copyright are identical. The differentiation is not apparent when navigating their websites. Despite providing evidence from various sources that indicated a money-back guarantee, the support person insisted that it did not apply to my order because it was placed in the US, not the UK. This inconsistency and lack of transparency in their policies left me feeling frustrated and misled. In the end, I did receive a partial refund of $50 as a one-time courtesy, but it hardly rectified the overall negative experience. HIMS' confusing policies, lack of transparency, and pushy sales tactics have left me with no desire to return to their services in the future, even when I may need hair loss products.

  • I strongly recommend this. It started solving my hair loss problem. Thank you!

  • This company is crooked. They are thieves. Do not subscribe. There are much better ones with decent customer service
