  • Hims has removed the stigma of certain wellness products and makes it very easy for anyone who is looking for personal care products.

Better labeling of ingredients in certain products.

  • I use Hers for one of my prescriptions and I think it's great. It was really easy to use and it's super convenient. I really like their mission.

  • So expensive, they will try and scam you out of every last penny that you gave for simple healthcare.. Please just take a trip to your doctor and use this as a very last resort if absolutely needed.

  • Fantastic experience, from start to finish. The website is super effective, the entire process is efficient, and I had a great experience with customer support. Love the brand and what it stands for.

  • Lol do not get me started. I got hit with an ad and really wanted to love the products and experience but similar to other pill supplements, I just did not feel anything. The anxiety medication actually made me feel worse.

  • It doesn't work. They do a great job of marketing but the hair product doesn't work.

  • I've had a hair loss Rx/Subscription with hims for over 5 years now. It is super easy to keep up with and I honestly believe the products work well. My only complaint is that I've tried the virtual care and they are pretty limited in what they are able to provide, so of the couple of times I used the service I wasted money to be told to see an in-person doctor.

  • Easy to navigate website with overall good quality. Fast shipping with easy to yse product.

  • This is a predatory company that cares more about punishing people for trusting them with their credit card information than they are in providing good customer service. I was under the impression that I had cancelled the subscription, the last email I received from this company was over a month and a half ago, so imagine my surprise when I got an alert from my credit card company informing me that they charged my card again. No email letting me know it was coming, no text letting me know there was a subscription renewal coming, just a charge. I immediately sent an email to the company requesting they cancel the order and refund me the money and they waited all day to then inform me that it was too late as the order had already processed. Which is clearly their intent from the beginning. Do not give them your credit card info and do no trust them to actually cancel your subscriptions once you've signed up.

  • My fiancé has been using the hair growth/density serum for about 6 months now and we both definitely notice a difference. He’s recently become more and more insecure about his thinning hairline and I can see the confidence coming back. We both love Hims 🫶🏼

  • Bought the hair care set at Target. Thought that it was a smart concept to have a hair thickening conditioner, shampoo and the vitamins, but didn't see much effect. The gummy vitamins by themselves seemed too high in price compared to other biotin supplements.

I have very fine hair so it was hard to tell if the thickening shampoo or conditioner did it's job. I didn't see any evidence to think the supplement was working.

  • I use the vitamin C serum daily and I really enjoy it. Great packaging, I appreciate the matte finish on the bottle and the quality of the dispenser. It's light and absorbs quickly so I can moisturize afterward, and it feels like my skin is well hydrated all day.

  • I was prescribed a treatment for hair loss on Sunday 11/12. After reading about the side effects and learning I would need to continue the treatment indefinitely, I immediately made the decision to cancel. I submitted my request to cancel the order the same day. I received an email on 11/14 stating it could not be cancelled and a refund issued because it had already been fulfilled. I questioned this, because the status of my order reflected it was still in process. 11/14 another email basically stating that once it’s with the pharmacy it’s too late. 11/14 I spoke with the pharmacy and confirmed the prescription had not yet been shipped and the “system” would not allow him to cancel the order. He offered a partial refund of ~ 1/4 of the total. It seems ridiculous that they have no means of canceling an order that has never left their facility. FYI - the pharmacy was reached my calling the # for Hims & selecting the pharmacy option on the menu. I don’t buy that is a separate company.

  • My encounter with HIMS was characterized by confusion and disappointment, and I would caution anyone considering their products or services to be wary of the misleading information, unclear policies, pushy employees, and non-customer friendly approach. First and foremost, I initiated the chat support with the expectation of a 90-day money-back guarantee, as clearly stated on their website. However, I was informed by the support agent that this guarantee did not exist, leaving me perplexed and frustrated. Furthermore, my initial interaction with HIMS had been quite off-putting. I felt pressured during a call with one of their physicians, and their responses to my questions seemed unhelpful and pushy. This negative experience lingered and soured my perception of the company. To add to the confusion, HIMS operates both in the UK and the US, and their websites are strikingly similar. This lack of clarity can lead to misunderstanding, especially when their trademark and copyright are identical. The differentiation is not apparent when navigating their websites. Despite providing evidence from various sources that indicated a money-back guarantee, the support person insisted that it did not apply to my order because it was placed in the US, not the UK. This inconsistency and lack of transparency in their policies left me feeling frustrated and misled. In the end, I did receive a partial refund of $50 as a one-time courtesy, but it hardly rectified the overall negative experience. HIMS' confusing policies, lack of transparency, and pushy sales tactics have left me with no desire to return to their services in the future, even when I may need hair loss products.

  • I strongly recommend this. It started solving my hair loss problem. Thank you!

  • This company is crooked. They are thieves. Do not subscribe. There are much better ones with decent customer service

  • Complete FRAUD !! Been using Roman and their product was on point. Decided to try something new and Hims mints are pathetic to say the least !! Filed a dispute with my CC. That whole company is fraud selling pure crap that doesn’t work !!!!

  • Terrible experience. Product is insufficient. Company makes it near impossible to cancel subscriptions or contact them. Waste of money and time. I’ve never had such a bad experience with an online company. Get prescribed real medication by a real professional.

  • I will never order from them again. Very quick to take my money, but I have yet to receive anything. My order has been sitting in “fulfillment” for a week. No one in customer service can tell me when it will arrive. I keep getting “soon”. I’ve contacted them 3 times. On the 3rd time I asked to cancel and was told my order was too far along to cancel, whatever that means. My order is currently sitting with some contract pharmacy. Normal pharmacies take 24-48 hrs to fulfill an order. Is this even a real pharmacy? Can I trust the product I’ll receive? This company is a total scam.
