Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

Ghia has truly transformed my socializing experience with its non-alcoholic social tonic that boasts a symphony of botanical extracts. As someone who appreciates a good drink but prefers to avoid alcohol, discovering Ghia has been a game-changer. The first thing that struck me was the enticing aroma as I opened the bottle. The blend of botanicals creates a fragrant and inviting bouquet, setting the stage for a delightful beverage experience. The taste is equally impressive – a harmonious fusion of herbs and spices that dances on the palate without the need for alcohol. What sets Ghia apart is its commitment to sophistication. The packaging is elegant and chic, making it a stylish choice for any social occasion. The versatility of Ghia as a standalone drink or a base for creative mocktails adds an extra layer of appeal. I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind Ghia's formulation. It's not just a substitute for alcoholic drinks; it's a unique and refreshing beverage in its own right. The absence of alcohol doesn't compromise the experience; instead, it enhances the social aspect, allowing everyone to partake in a sophisticated and flavorsome drink. Moreover, Ghia's dedication to using natural ingredients aligns with my desire for a healthier lifestyle. It's a guilt-free indulgence that doesn't sacrifice taste or quality. Whether you're a non-drinker, the designated driver, or simply looking for a sophisticated alternative, Ghia deserves a spot in your social repertoire. Elevate your gatherings with the botanical brilliance of Ghia – a true delight for the non-alcoholic connoisseur!

I have been sober for 4 years, and I have recently been exploring NA options. I picked up a variety pack of Ghia from Target, and I was very disappointed. The flavours are not great, especially in comparison to other options out there. The branding is cool and I am sure these appeal to folks, just not to me.

I bought it at a shipping-container-cum-community-hub at the bar, since I don't drink (allergic to alcohol). Yes, I prefer something more sweet/sugary. No, the weird herbal fake aperol spritz thing tasted gross, and...honestly, nonalcoholic drinks kind of suck, especially when positioned as a 'cool nondrinking alternative'. Tired of these types of fonts and packaging styles, too. Will never buy again, it was totally underwhelming and honestly did NOT taste good at all. Chemical, bitter, blah.
I love having a fancy and fun cocktail to drink especially for parties or holidays, however I am not always in the mood for alcohol. I discovered the original Ghia apertif through my mom a few years ago and absolutely love it! It is delicious, complex and can be added to many variations of mocktails. I recently tried the Lime & Salt Spritz and was delightfully impressed at the taste and how light and refreshing it also was.
I don’t really drink alcohol much so I’m always trying to find something besides water. I love these. Taste is great on the flavors I have tried. Little on the higher price side but cheaper than an actual drink. I would buy more if I have a party because so many people are cutting back on alcohol it’s a great addition to add for a variety.

I’m a big fan of their canned cocktails, the bottle is more of an acquired taste. If you’re a fan of bitter cocktails but non alcoholic, this is for you
I've been working a seriously reducing my alcohol consumption and being much more mindful about my drinking habits when in social settings. I was introduced to Ghia when they were sampled in a community event I went to and absolutely loved the taste. It really does come close to feeling like a real cocktail and appreciated it wasn't packed with sugar. I always now keep a few of these in my fridge since a mocktail can really do the trick.
Tastes great, love the serving size and the new flavors are really hitting. A nice alternative to a spritz on a hot summer day!
Delicious non alcohol alternative. Definitely into it! Tasty!
Recently I tried the non alch drink and was disappointed. I didn't like the taste and that might of been my fault as I'm not sure if I should have added other things like soda to make the cocktails better. I just used ice. I might try again and add soda for next time
This is not for the faint of heart. I am a single drink collector. I’m not sure if collector is the right word, but I do hoard them before I drink them all. I found Ghia at a local natural foods shop. I had heard about it through the grapevine and honestly had no idea what it tasted like. It tastes like something your grandfather would drink. Very bitter and citrusy. Not as smooth as the trusted Aperol Spritz. I did not hate it, I just am not sure if I would purchase again unless I figure out how to incorporate it in a cocktail and not drink it alone.

I am one personal opinion and honestly, I still would recommend this product to people. I think the product is perfect for what it is, despite my opinion.
Absolutely love. This replaces a Negroni or aperol spritz for me. Smoother and cleaner flavor that compliments so many things.

I love ghia branding and everything they do. But I sadly did not like the drink.
At first it was the packaging and aesthetic of the brand that made me want to try Ghia, then it was the clean and botanical ingredients, then everyone I asked said they loved the flavor so I finally tracked the Aperitif down. It's so good!!! The bottle recommends a 1:1 ratio of Ghia to sparkling water, but that was a bit much for me do I did closer to a 1:3 ratio of Ghia to Topo Chico. It has a bitter, herbal flavor that I would almost compare to Campari but you can really tell how clean it is. I don't think I noticed a specific mood change but I can see it working in a social setting to make you feel like there's a cocktail in your hand.

It's definitely a bit on the pricy side but not too much more than any alcoholic aperitif. I'd recommend buying it online if you don't want to pay a retail markup.
Absolutely loved it
Tried Ghia's newest pre-mix drink ___ when it was a Thingdrop. I didn't love it, didn't hate it. At first it's a bit overwhelming and tasted like perfume to me. The flavor did grow on me, and I could imagine really liking it if I mixed it with some soda water or something else. I found it to be too much on it's own. Probably wouldn't purchase it, but would drink if offered to me.
I love what they are doing. We need more non-alcoholic quality options! I was excited that a local Bottle Shop carried singles. I also love that it’s lower in sugar.

it’s a very unique flavor and on the bitter side, which many people aren’t used to. I would try a can before I bought a bunch to make sure it’s you jam.
I love the taste and fizziness! Its definitely unlike other flavors Ive had but I think its so unique and love having it on its own or mixing into drinks. The branding is also beautiful

The price point feels a little high but Im willing to spend a little more knowing the quality is good
I quit drinking nearly two years ago, and for the first six months, I swore there were no good alcohol-free spirit substitutes that didn’t just taste like juice. Then I found Ghia. I love how complex the flavors are and that the brand creates a product with a look and feel as cool as alcohol.
I tried the Ghia Ginger. The drink tasted great, the packaging was cute and it was fun to hold in my hand at a party. However, it cost 5 dollars per can? At least from the shop I purchased it from. It's a little overpriced. I would enjoy as a luxury, not as an every day thing.
