FabFitFun draws polarized reviews: enthusiasts praise the full‑size variety, occasional stand‑out boxes, and early customization for annual members, while many report declining product quality, repetitive skincare, and poor alignment to preferences. • I love the idea of subscription boxes and receiving them in the mail is so fun. I did enjoy FabFitFun while I had it, but the products weren’t always things I wanted or needed and it was an unnecessary expense for me. I ended up switching to a different box that had more sustainable products, but eventually quit that one too because it felt like it was promoting a culture of consumption.

More products from sustainable/ethical companies and from small businesses and artisans.

  • Definitely a one time thing- maybe twice. I was able to use maybe one or two items from the boxes I got. It's a neat concept, but there's just no way to execute it and make the majority of customers happy. Plus, you have to deal with cancelling and all that. Not worth it at all.

Ues the same money and buy the one or two products you've been wanting.

  • I subscribed for one year. Each box was fun to open and look through, but in the end I wouldn't have purchased each of the items that were sent so it seemed silly to keep paying to receive a box of items I'd just never use.

  • I bought my daughter a gift at an annual subscription to Fab, Fit, Fun 4 years ago for her birthday and that's all she's wanted ever since. Every year I ask if she wants something different but she is adamant that I keep gifting her this subscription. The products she gets are awesome, and sometimes she even gives some back to me :) We really love the way you can personalize what you're getting, and change things around if you're not perfectly happy with what will be in your box. Birthdays sorted for as long as they're still in business!

  • As far as subscription boxes go, I do tend to prefer FFF over the rest but think they're really hit or miss on getting great options in for members to pick/receive. I've seen boxes contain things that I couldn't make choices on or wanted it ALL, but I've also seen some contain repeats or products that most likely don't sell well.. From time to time I'll def still sign up for FFF but I wouldn't get the annual again. They do have great customer service at least if anything is wrong with your box.

  • As a subscriber of FabFitFun since attending their Fall 2015 party, I have noticed a decline in the quality of products and a shift away from their fitness-oriented mission. The pricing has increased without a corresponding improvement in the items received, and the inclusion of fitness-related products has become rare. The overall quality has also diminished, with cheaper and less practical items being included. These changes led me to cancel my subscription in Spring 2022, as the value and alignment with my interests no longer justified the expense.

  • I have tried to order this subscription box 3 different times. I have never gotten the items worth getting and end up getting a bunch of lower end items I don't want. I feel consistently bait and switched with this box. I mean the box looks great when ive seen them online but so far Ive yet to get any of the cool stuff. Could be great though and at a decent price.

  • A lot of people complain about FFF subscriptions. Years ago I had FFF when they first came out and I thought they really sucked. In 2020, I re-subscribed and consistently have been excited about my boxes, the add-on options, and edit sales etc. They’ve been expanding the selection from a ton of beauty items to home goods, more fitness, and a wide variety of other options and free samples in boxes. Some brands that I’ve wanted to try but wanted to wait for a sale have popped up in the edit and add-on sales and I’ve gotten great deals to try items. I also found a new skincare items that I’ve been using non-stop that I love from Graydon. FFF introduced me to quite a few brands that I enjoy!

  • Absolutely love FabFitFun! I've been a subscriber since 2018 and have been really impressed with improvements to the box in that time. The customer service is also AMAZING - best customer service I've ever encountered of any company.

There was a point during covid/supply chain issue time that the box had disappointing items and a lot of repeats from past seasons. Luckily that's passed now!

  • I subscribed for a couple months. The boxes are initially fun to open- you get a lot of things that you usually wouldn't think to buy for yourself. After a while, the excitement kind of wore off and I was more concerned with the build up of unused products in my bathroom drawer. There were more misses than hits for me personally, and receiving each product at a full size amount became a detriment because I hate throwing away unused products- I ended up giving away a ton. I could see FabFitFun being genuinely helpful for people that are interested in skincare/ selfcare(?) and having no idea where to start, but wouldn't recommend for those who already have a greater idea of the products that work for them.

  • The box was customized and fin to open. Good quality items in each one.

  • Just fine if you're a monthly member. The best products are usually not available by the time the selection period opens for monthly members; probably more worth it to do an annual subscription!

  • I recently tried out their subscription box and they were running a promotion for an extra box, which was pretty sweet. The products in the boxes were super interesting, diverse, and tailored to my specific needs. One of the products they sent me had a bit of a spill, but their customer service was amazing and they sent me a new one super fast. While I don't think I'd recommend signing up for repeat boxes, as you might end up with much more products than you know what to do with, I do think their boxes are worth the price.

  • I love my fab fit fun boxes ! Great selections of items , and I look forward to receiving them !

  • I really loved all my products I’ve received and use them frequently!

  • Tried this box service after dropping it several years ago. It’s definitely a rip off. Choices are mostly for things I’d never use. I end up giving away most of the stuff. However, they started charging extra for some options they call “luxe” options. They charged me for several that I did not pick and charged me for an amount that was half of what I paid for 4 boxes (their entire year)

  • This box has really gone downhill. One of the main reasons that I paid for an annual membership was that I was able to pick selections first and also pick for add-ons. The add-on sales have been a big reason why I continued my membership because I like to pick the products that I will actually use. However, they are having huge problems with inventory so that recently in my last box, I got none of the additional selections for the box plus none of the add-on products I had included. When I reached out to customer service they only said that their box was so popular that they couldn't deliver any of these items. I don't think the contents of the box are good enough for me to continue with my membership. It's really disappointing because this used to be a pretty good box but no longer.

  • I was a seasonal member for over 4 years, and for the most part, loved everything about FFF. However, I started noticing yearly subscription costs increases and a MAJOR decline in quality and variety customizations every season. 2024 was the last straw for me and I chose not to renew my annual subscription. The overall price for what was being offered just didn't line up. If I'm constantly being charged more because of "inflation" then offer quality items that make it seem worth it, not a serious decline in quality and variety. The customizations were frequently cheapy random things that resembled more of a discount store vibe than anything. It was disappointing, especially since I've discovered so many amazing brands and products via FFF and the ability to get those things for a great price through the edit and other sales was a serious plus! However, I can justify the constant increase in subscription costs when the quality and variety of items are the same ones I can spend a day finding in my local Marshalls, Ross, TJ Maxx, or 99 cent store. It's seriously gone down hill over the last few years. Save your money, cause this is no longer it..

  • I have become increasingly disappointed with FabFitFun’s subscription service and the products offered. I just opened the spring box, which was an epic fail and the nail in the coffin. Including a lip balm as an “full-sized product” and tossing in a trial sized Dove deodorant for this price is an absolute insult. The subscription fee seems to fund the unnecessary packaging which is the ultimate is corporate social irresponsibility. My items could have fit inside a shoebox, yet this thick cardboard box with unnecessary flaps and flowers is all about this month’s subscription that was of any value. And where is it now? My recycle bin. I can get my trial sized deodorant at Target. What a disappointment. Years ago this was a great subscription service and a real treat to look forward to some pampering each season. I stopped for a couple of years and recently resubscribed with hopes it would be a fun way to try new products and treat myself seasonally, Unfortunate that this is the current product. With so much competition and so many options for subscription services such as this one, they really need to up their game. Canceled.

  • I’ve been with fab fit Fun for a few years now and I’m usually happy. However, this spring box was very odd. I got charged my annual price because I’m an annual member and I never got a customization email. You take a quiz you choose the things that you like, although if you don’t get a chance to customize they send you all the things that are opposite from your choices. With the spring box, I reached out to customer service due to never receiving a customization email. It was closed so they sent me a link and I think because I missed the customization. I was a bother to them so they just sent me a box with just my choices. Usually, I get something different or extra that I did not choose. Which makes it so much more fun, but they literally threw all the products in an empty box and sent it to me. I’m going to give one more chance and I think I’m going to cancel.
