I have extremely sensitive pits and their sensitive line still managed to give me a rash unfortunately. I found the formula to be really dry yet oily at the same time? I like that they offer a large amount of interesting scents and I'm sure they transfer well to their other body products, but this one isn't for me.

    Le Labo

I didn't know where to start in the perfume world and Le Labo drew me in with their offering of unisex fragrances. I was able to visit one of their stores and ended up buying samples of their Matcha and Patchouli scents; it was difficult to choose which ones I wanted to take home because everything smelled so good. I loved them and I ended up finishing them up within a couple months- which was very fast for me. I will most likely return for more small samples since I don't like commiting to fragrances for too long. I also highly recommend visiting in store- they gave me a lot of free samples of their other body products.

    Salt and Straw

It's ice cream- of course it's good! Salt and Straw exceeds in unconventional flavors; they think out of the box without going too artificial and zany. I was able to try their blue cheese and pear flavor a while back and enjoyed it for what it was- blue cheese in ice cream. They have high quality product and I would absolutely return for their other flavors.

I subscribed for a couple months. The boxes are initially fun to open- you get a lot of things that you usually wouldn't think to buy for yourself. After a while, the excitement kind of wore off and I was more concerned with the build up of unused products in my bathroom drawer. There were more misses than hits for me personally, and receiving each product at a full size amount became a detriment because I hate throwing away unused products- I ended up giving away a ton. I could see FabFitFun being genuinely helpful for people that are interested in skincare/ selfcare(?) and having no idea where to start, but wouldn't recommend for those who already have a greater idea of the products that work for them.

Used to have one of these on me at college at all times because it Follows Through on that caffeine boost.

I've had my 32oz Hydroflask for well over 5 years and put it through the wringer. It's held up the entirety of its lifespan, but doesn't keep my drinks as cold as it used to. Apparently all the dents I've accrued affects the bottle's insulation and makes it not as effective (who would've thought!). While looking this up I found out about their trade-in program and am now looking into retiring my bottle. It was worth the price and served me well.

    Boy Smells

I must admit I fell for Boy Smells' marketing and purchased the exploratory set from Sephora. I loved a couple and were so-so on others, but that's pretty par for the course for a scent kit! However, my main complaint lies with a Kush candle I received as a present. The scent was amazing but the candle burnt extremely unevenly and the wick almost always gave off an extremely too intense flame. I tried doing the foil trick to help with pooling and trimmed the wick as usual, but the problems continued, I wasn't sure if it was just a bad batch, but after looking into other reviews it seems to be a consistent problem. This was pretty disappointing, especially coming from a brand that so heavily forefronts their candles. I did get a cute storage cup out of it but I will most likely steer clear of their candles in the future.

    The Caker

I am generally a novice/ rookie baker and tried the Coconut Raspberry Lime Leaf Cake Kit (during a collab sale) and LOVED it! The directions were easy to follow, even though I have never used a boxed cake mix before. The flavor combination was everything I hoped for and I was lucky enough to have the required ingredients and correct pan already in possession. I did purchase the kit on my own dime after waiting for the sale- I agree that the product is a bit pricey but I also understand that sourcing and processing high quality ingredients may be a necessary cost. I would definitely repurchase and try out other flavors.

I've only tried Olipop's Strawberry Vanilla (which leaned too sweet for me) and Ginger Lemon. The latter flavor solidified the brand as a favorite! I love unconventional(?) flavors in sweets and Ginger Lemon fully meets and exceeds expectations. If I see that a store carries the flavor in stock there is a 9/10 chance that I am walking out with one.

    Necessaire

Necessaire has beautiful minimalist packaging, and I can admit that this is what attracted me to them in the first place. I am a big fan of their gel deodorants- I have sensitive pits and have found luck with serum deodorants and Necessaire seems to be the gentlest on my skin so far. Based on my good experience with the deodorant, I tried out the body wash (amazing twist cap dispenser btw!) and found it to leave my skin pretty dry, but I'm still willing to try other products from the brand.
