The cookies themselves are pretty good and the product was delivered more quickly than anticipated. When baking, the molasses cookie spreads out very thin while the chocolate chip and oatmeal flavors stay round and more thick. The instructions say to roll the dough in sugar for an extra crunch...but I did that for half of the cookies we tried and didn't notice a positive difference.
I love the idea of ready-to-make frozen dough and the taste is satisfying. But there is so much excessive (and difficult to open) packaging that I couldn't give a higher total rating.

I ordered a variety pack that included 3 packages of cookie dough (one in each flavor). They arrived in a large box. Inside that box was insulation and dry ice surrounding a medium sized box. I've received shipments on dry ice before and there's always a warning...but with this brand there's no warning in the box at all to know you shouldn't grab the bag of ice with your bare hands.
Once the boxes are opened you see the cute packaging of the actual product. The packages have to be cut to be open, and then they don't reseal. So if you don't make all 8 cookies from one flavor you have an open package to figure out how to seal and put in your freezer for later.
Overall, the difficulty and excessive nature of the packaging lets the product experience down.
