The scent options they gave after taking the quiz weren’t the best but I chose one that clearly wasn’t a good scent. I chose scents based off my usual candles but this smells like heavy cologne and makes me sneeze. It took me reaching out personally to get my credit from the Thingdrop weeks after purchasing and they claimed I must’ve missed it in my junk folder (I check my junk folders frequently so I didn’t miss it). I made the purchase on 1/26 and have received 17 emails SEVENTEEN emails since then, that’s almost one everyday. Super ridiculous, cute concept though.

I’ve tried many of the lingerie type bras and a few of the monthly drops for the members and it’s been awesome. I think the brand is really innovative and size inclusive. The sizes are very true to size which is important to me. Also super fast shipping and easy returns when had to do them.

The website could use some work, they need a better UX Design choice but other than that love the brand and items offered.

I’ve used the scalp scrubber and shampoo treatment thus far and absolutely love it. It’s not a strong fragrance which is nice. It doesn’t leave like a film on the hair like some other shampoos do. I love how healthy my hair and scalp feels after too. I have previously had issues with itchy and flaky scalp and doing this treatment usually every few weeks really helps.

The packaging is odd. I don’t love how it squeezes it but would love a pump type product for this item in the future.

Really surprised that Kitsch doesn’t have any reviews yet. I use Kitsch towel scrunchies and absolutely love it!!! My hair ends up softer and healthier in the morning. I have plans to try more Kitsch products in the future for sure.

A lot of people complain about FFF subscriptions. Years ago I had FFF when they first came out and I thought they really sucked. In 2020, I re-subscribed and consistently have been excited about my boxes, the add-on options, and edit sales etc. They’ve been expanding the selection from a ton of beauty items to home goods, more fitness, and a wide variety of other options and free samples in boxes. Some brands that I’ve wanted to try but wanted to wait for a sale have popped up in the edit and add-on sales and I’ve gotten great deals to try items. I also found a new skincare items that I’ve been using non-stop that I love from Graydon. FFF introduced me to quite a few brands that I enjoy!

I was using the hydrating shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment mask, and leave-in conditioner spray. I was using the products for about a year. I have a theory it’s why I lost quite a bit of hair last year. My hair is still very thick but since I stopped using it I’m not losing so much hair. I didn’t love the leave-in conditioner though, I feel like it didn’t do its job. I’m sad that I felt like I was losing hair from this product because otherwise it made my hair soft, no film texture or oily, and my hair looked healthy so it was odd.

The packaging needs improved for sure. The pumps on the bottles never work, I usually have to unscrew the bottle to actually get the material out. Also remove whatever ingredient I’m pretty sure is causing hair loss, lol.

I’ve only ever tried the Lip Butter Balm in vanilla and if anything it felt sticky and I believe it made my lips more chapped after using a few times. I don’t love the product.

I’ve only ever tried the cooling and brightening under eye items. They pretty much just swipe what looks like highlighter under the eye, but it does do a cooling type of feeling. It’s not the best product and I’ve steered clear of most Tula products because of the fragrance in them.

So far I’ve tried the 360 eye cream, foam Oil cleanser, and overnight redness treatment. I love that it doesn’t have some heavy fragrance in it and I actually see a difference in the morning after using the products. Honestly love the foam oil cleanser how it feels scrubbing up. I feel clean after but not like the right feeling on my face some other cleansers create! To put into perspective I get redness on my cheeks next to my nose, have hereditary dark circles too and they both work well.

My hair has been much healthier since using Amika. I’ve tried the Kure Bond shampoo and conditioner, Velveteen Dream conditioner, Soul Food Nourishing Mask, and Dream Routine Overnight Hydrating Treatment - they’re ALL awesome!! I love all the products so far and love how they’ve improved my hair. For perspective I have box died blue-black hair that’s curly and down to mid-back. I also love that they have refill packs on Sephora’s website so you only have to purchase the plastic bottle once.

Bigger package options. The bottles are so slim and I don’t love the package type. Sometimes it’s difficult to squeeze the conditioner out specifically. I hope they come out with a pump or bigger package size.
