The FabFitFun Holiday 2023 box was a delightful surprise from start to finish. From the moment I opened the box, I was impressed by the overall presentation. This quarterly subscription box is better than Ipsy's monthly offering. However, it doesn't contain many great products for me personally or items that suit my needs.

The makeup shades they sent were not compatible with my skin tone at all. And the skincare/haircare products were not targeted for my concerns. The products seem too generic rather than customized.

Cancelled after the first bag. Love the bag itself as it holds al lot of stuff and I use it on the regular. Great quality, has lasted for 4 years now and hopefully has a lot more life left in it 

I had a subscription and really loved the variety of products, and that I could choose between some things. The boxes are expensive but for what you get, the price is really great. There were only a few things I received that I didn’t really like, but I just regifted those to someone who would appreciate them more. 

I bought my daughter a gift at an annual subscription to Fab, Fit, Fun 4 years ago for her birthday and that's all she's wanted ever since. Every year I ask if she wants something different but she is adamant that I keep gifting her this subscription. The products she gets are awesome, and sometimes she even gives some back to me :)

We really love the way you can personalize what you're getting, and change things around if you're not perfectly happy with what will be in your box.

Really loved this in the beginning but there were a couple of times that I've gotten repeats of past products. 

Signed up to order the winter box which came with a free mystery box.  No winter items in my winter box.  Both boxes together didn't value what one box is supposed to.  All I received were a bunch of useless plastic garbage. Can't express how disappointing this purchase was.  Huge rip off. Hoping getting a refund is more satisfying. 


My husband purchased this for me for Christmas. after christmas, he asked me if I had seen any emails or had received anything. I had not. we contacted the company and they couldn't find any information on us except that we had paid. they said they would call us back in 20 minutes and never did. I followed back up and they said they call us back and 2 days later, they did said they were still looking into it.  I asked if I should cancel my chargers on my credit card. And they jumped on it and said sure. Sorry it didn't workout. so disappointing. The company doesn't seem to care about their customers. And I asked us to speak someone in custom management. And nobody ever contacted me. I would stay clear of this company. They only care for the bottom dollar.

The boxes seem to get a little repetitive after a few years of getting them. I really love learning about all the new products, so there was a great variety of choices, but I think changing it up more often would make me stay and spend the money for the subscription!

BE AWARE.....this company continues to have billing issues let alone sub par products.  They continue to get worse.  I cancelled my membership in 2023 prior to annual renewal.  Not only did they bill my expired credit card they charged for products that I didn't order.  I spend hours with my credit card and communication with the company to get issues resolved.  All I can say is SAVE ALL your communication with them since you'll need to dispute charges.

Subscribed for years. Too many face mask. Otherwise fun while it lasted 

Why do u bait & switch? A year of FabFitFun and I got the WORST products. Nothing I wanted or cd use. When I complained because the last box had RICOLA COUGH DROPS my choice was a $25 credit to spend on more useless crap or get a surprise box. The surprise was that it was no surprise—a cheap blanket STOP CONNING PEOPLE!!

I have had a subscription with FabFitFun for four years now. The boxes used to be awesome really great products totally made the price worth it. They were great! BUT All my boxes from 2023 and this year are not up to par from previous years and I have disliked almost every box I’ve gotten. I have an annual member and can choose the majority of my box, but the options are lame and all are so similar like how many face washes and face lotions and face serums can one human need! Also don’t select the mystery item for any of your selections because they’ll send you something. You literally just got in your box last month. I’m honestly starting to get upset about it. They Used to have more variety in products they send but it for sure not a thing these days.  Things that I don’t need. I’m totally canceling my membership due to the fact of a year and a half of disappointing boxes and options and after I just received my most recent box I was talking to four of my friends who live across the country with the same membership who also told me they’re having the same experience and feelings about the box as well and are also canceling theirs. It’s really a bummer because their boxes used to be awesome.

Bad fit fun is a super fun experience. It’s amazing to inbox your monthly delivery. It’s always filled with amazing and useful products! 

It’s never anything I like. I signed up b/c they advertise such cute things but a lot of them are add ons for extra money. So many things are sold out so there’s not a lot to choose from. I often end up with a bunch of skin care that I’ll never use. I think it’s a huge waste of money. It’s so disappointing. Also, just b/c something is valued at a higher price point doesn’t make it worth it. Often the quality of certain items is lacking. For the Fall 24 box I received a Radley London jewelry box valued at $98, it’s flimsy and a step up from cardboard. It feels like FFF is a scam. I canceled my subscription and still receive boxes so now I have to follow up with customer service. Subscribe with caution. 

The only improvement that I could think of; is the shipping updates.. I have ALWAYS received my products it is just hard to "track" your shipments.. which I guess is still ok with me considering a HUGE draw for me to this subscription is the "surprise" element of it all. The products, the timing of delivery... 
I have to reiterate,  it HAS ALWAYS BEEN WORTH IT!


I love, enjoy and appreciate every single purchase made from this company. I am so infatuated with it I tell EVERYONE about it within earshot! I have been a seasonal member,  then becoming an annual member ,I just love ALLLLL of the products. There have been so many products over this last year! So many things I never would have thought to buy for myself considering I am a mom and the last thing we typically do, is something thoughtful for ourselves. I am ECSTATIC  when my boxes come, whether it be from seasonal box, or the 100 or so "extras" I've bought through the "drop sales"... when I see the blue fabfitfun tape as I am pulling into my driveway makes me so excited I feel like I am going to explode! How many surprises do we REALLY get in life anyways?! I could not say ENOUGH wonderful things about this subscription! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I felt like I got scammed. Kate spade gift box contained plastic plates of hers and a bunch of random stuff not kate spade.  I guess I should have known too good to be true :( 
Customer service was relatively good and got back to me quickly. 

FFF, don't choose the least impressive item from their entire selection. I don't care if my drink is still cold in 9 hours if it has dust from the air, a bug, a spider, a cat hair, pollen drifting off the trees. Swigs rep and your rep needed to have a longer talk about the impression it was going to leave. 

These boxes are so all over the place. Their customer service is really good though. But I don't want a place I have to call customer service. Also, if you get any other lifestyle box, I sure did get a lot of overlapping items so I quit one. This month though I didn't see anything I reallllllly wanted so I asked to swap for credit. Had a conversation. Sent me email about my experience. They failed to swap it for credit and I got a box in it with almost nothing I would choose for myself. 

I have been a loyal customer for YEARS but now I’m sadly considering canceling my subscription. I look forward to my quarterly boxes but for at least the past year they have become nothing but a disappointment. The boxes used to be huge and packed full of fun & interesting items, random decor or beach items that I’d never seen before and full size makeup items, travel mugs, curling irons and slippers…All sorts of super fun stuff that whatever I didn’t want I would give to my daughters for Christmas or birthdays. Over the past year the boxes are steadily & literally half the size with almost nothing in them except packing material. The box I just received had 4 small creams in it…hand cream, eye cream, face cream and hair cream. Nothing that stands out, no items of real interest and fun like a crossbody purse or hairbrush. It’s like this is what they had left over so they threw it in a box. It is NOT about the value of the items it is the thought of the items, like I said, the leftovers. It’s a shame, but it’s been coming for at LEAST a year. Time to cancel, just not what it used to be. 

Cancelled my subscription on July 30. They reactivated it and billed me again. Cancelled again and disputed the charge through PayPal. Paypal denied my claim. FabFitFun admits they cancelled the shipment but refuse to refund my money. Trying to coerce me into dropping the dispute. Even lied and told me refund had been processed. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE COMMTTING INTERNET CRIMES!!
