FabFitFun Reviews

2.7

FabFitFun draws polarized reviews: enthusiasts praise the full‑size variety, occasional stand‑out boxes, and early customization for annual members, while many report declining product quality, repetitive skincare, and poor alignment to preferences. Reviews indicate the brand can deliver fun discoveries and durable keepers (blankets, bags), but frequent stockouts during customization, leftovers for seasonal members, damaged or duplicate items, and inconsistent customer service erode trust.

  • I was an annual FabFitFun member from 2022 through 2025. I enjoyed being able to customize items each quarter and always looked forward to opening the boxes when they arrived. I never had any issues with shipping directly from FabFitFun itself. I did experience a few issues with drop-shipped items, mainly a couple that never showed up. However, customer service was very responsive. When I contacted FFF, they resolved the issue quickly and issued a credit to use on their website. Overall, I enjoyed the membership, though the quality of the boxes varied from season to season. Some boxes felt like a great value, while others were less exciting. I ultimately decided to cancel because I found myself spending too much on add-ons and refills—optional extras that are purchased separately—along with items I wasn’t really using, and my preferences changed over time. I still enjoy subscription boxes when they feel thoughtfully curated and provide real value. FabFitFun was a fun experience overall, and I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys seasonal surprises and the flexibility to customize their box.

  • I thought this would be fun but the products are a cheap quality so I end up with more waste and things that can only be used a few times. Even the pajamas they sent once, where cute but the stripes were uneven and they just felt cheap.

  • Terrible experience. I customized a seasonal Spring 26 FabFitFun box within 3 minutes of customization opening. All items I selected were in stock. I paid in full on 12 February. My items have not been shipped. I repeatedly contacted customer services and was reassured each time that I would receive my order. Today is the 6 April, and they have just sent me an email to say my order will not be delivered. They took my money but had no intention of honoring the sale. Be warned.

  • Seasonal members are made to feel like they dont deserve nice things. I logged in 3 mins after customization opened and there was nothing good left to choose from and what was decent cost extra money. This subscription is expensive af. No way they shoukd be asking an extra $45 dollars for things they consider Luxe choices. Also, some people can't afford to pay up front. They should not be made to feel less than. This subscription is supposed to be a way to treat yourself. Make you feel special, like you deserve to pamper yourself. However, I felt like they say, "here peasant... These are the table scrapes you get." If I would have known this prior to signing up I sure would have looked elsewhere. I thought the limited choices I had from the winter box was because I signed up in January. But no... it is because seasonal members aren't as important as the annual members. Customer service told me access to the quality products is a perk of being an annual member. Sorry but a perk for one should not make others feel like the are less than. PERIOD! Maybe add an additional item as a perk for annuals, but to not allow all members the same opportunity to have the more desirable products is just plain wrong. At 3 minutes into the opening of customization, all high dollar skin care products were unavailable, all jewelry was unavailable, all clothing sizes under XL were unavailable. I was left choosing from unmatching stemless wine glasses worth $14, 4pk of coasters, and garden shears.
