Everlane proves a reliable source for well-made basics, according to reviews of Everlane, with standouts like Way‑High Jeans, Classic/Cheeky denim, cashmere, alpaca sweaters, and utility/barrel pants that hold up and anchor capsule wardrobes. Reviews also fault inconsistent sizing and boxy, unflattering cuts, variable fabric quality (thin tees, shrinking/pilling), and a drift from earlier simplicity—plus ethics concerns (union-busting) and limited size inclusivity—making the brand hit-or-miss depending on the piece.

Been buying Everlane now and then for 8+ years at this point. Really appreciate the price point, supply chain visibility, brand ethos. Like to see them branching out a bit in recent years with some (gasp) patterns, fashion items.

Sizing is not infrequently off.
I have always loved Everlane's price transparency and classic, minimal products. I've shopped them for many years and have purchased many staple products from them that I wear regularly. The products have held together through many wears/washes as well.

I definitely think they have gotten more expensive. Because of their price transparency, I can also tell their costs have not gone up at the same rate. Expected as brands grow and become more successful, but it definitely has stopped me from making purchases since they used to be much more competitive in my opinion. I don't love having to pay for returns, but appreciate that they use happy returns so I can often find a free return location.
I love Everlane. The quality of the sweaters is amazing! Especially the thick sweaters. Their sales are also pretty phenomenal. They have great quality tee shirts "100% Human Being."
Feedback
The thinner sweaters -- I have had some problems with pilling and moth holes.
The BEST jeans and basics. Worth spending the few extra bucks compared to Zara for pieces that are ethically sourced and quality. I try not to buy new denim, so I try to look for everlane jeans on Poshmark or while thrifting. I swear they are the best I've ever come across (and I am a jeans LOVER.)

I would love to see more everlane collabs!!
Love the brand, ethics, mission, quality. Everything. A must have in my wardrobe.
I'm a fan and have found some of my favorite pieces at Everlane this year. I bought a pair of cotton shorts at the start of summer and they've been in *super* heavy rotation. I also picked up a couple of pairs of Reknit mules and wear them constantly. I suggest opting for the pieces that cost a little bit more. The t-shirts and basics haven't quite landed for me personally.

I've noticed they've started adding an 'E' to several of their pieces. It was better without that. The nice thing about Everlane is that it's not branded.
First, I really love Everlane shoes. I've purchased several different styles over the years -- loafers, heels, flats -- and have found them all really functional and, aesthetically, just what I'm looking for. Second, I think their jeans are good if you can find a size that works for you. I have a pair of 100% denim ones that have worn really nicely, but they gape a ton at the waist. Haven't tried the curvy fit -- maybe that would help. Finally, I think their other stuff is fine but nothing super special. I also kind of wish they'd focus more on the basics than try to do really ~interesting~ styles, because the latter always seem just a little bit off, but that might just be a question of personal style.
I loved the brand in their early days, but like many others, I do feel like the quality has become lower or inconsistent in recent years. I do still buy the occasional sweater or shorts though. (Some of their shorts and jeans are my most worn still.)

Aside from ethics, “radical transparency,” and their constant release of new products (fast fashion, hello?) ... my partner has several shirts that now have twisted hems/collars even following the wash instructions.
I used to love Everlane more back in the early days, but they're still a great destination for wardrobe staples especially for college and new grads. I do like some of their basics and denim, but their overall quality has gone down.
Feedback
As a brand, the scrutiny surrounding Everlane's "radical transparency" has really taken the brand down a couple notches in my book, but I still find myself browsing what's new every so often. Their inconsistent sizing is my biggest gripe about their clothes. I generally don't like the hassle of returning, but I do appreciate their return credit policy where you can spend the dollars you are returning immediately while waiting for your replacement shipment.

Everlane has taken over my wardrobe in the past 5 years. It's my go-to for solid basics each season. I'm especially a fan of their sweaters (love the alpaca ones) and jeans.
Feedback
They could be more consistent in sizing. Their jeans seem consistent, but the dress and sweater and jacket sizes seem way off at times. I'm 5'4", 125lbs, and I've been a 00 in some items!
It has some of the highest quality sweaters I have ever worn! They still hold up nicely after many years of wearing them and putting them through the wash (which you technically should avoid doing to maintain sweater longevity). A bit pricey so I usually try to get it secondhand though
Excellent quality items, worth the higher price you pay.
The quality seems good, but the shape of all their clothes are very boxy and not flattering to me. Plus it's quite expensive.
I really like the quality of some pieces, but others are just not great and specially the fitting. And for some of these products that the fitting is just off, the higher price just doesn't make sense. It would be better to discontinue them completely. What I truly love about this brand is its transparency in showing its costumers the cost of production and the what the company is profiting from each item.
Every piece I have ever had from Everlane is both amazing quality and timeless, AKA I can continue to wear them season after season. As many of my fast fashion pieces begin to fall apart after just a few washes and wears, my Everlane pieces have stood the test of time, while also being incredibly high in my rotation. The eco friendly aspect is just a plus. I will continue to shop with this brand and recommend to my family and friends. Can't say enough good things about Everlane!
Writing this review wearing my everlane sweater! comfortable, high-quality, sustainable clothing. That's all there is.
I wear SO much everlane but I also feel the brand has lost its core recently--they started with a focus on sustainability that included their smallish product line, now they crank out as many styles as all the other higher end fast fashion companies do. Their sizing has also gotten unreliable. So I love the basics I have from them but am wary of new and emerging styles because of differing quality, sizing, and cut.
I think no other place can beat Everlane in terms of basic everyday wear, especially basic cotton T-shirts.
My boyfriend needed some new khakis that were a more comfortable/athletic material, these are such great quality and comparable to big athletic name-brands. They fit well and look great. Awesome company.
Everlane’s 100% cotton jeans don’t get baggy after multiple wears and they are the only jeans I’ve found that don’t create annoying “gap” in the waist.
