Everlane proves a reliable source for well-made basics, according to reviews of Everlane, with standouts like Way‑High Jeans, Classic/Cheeky denim, cashmere, alpaca sweaters, and utility/barrel pants that hold up and anchor capsule wardrobes. Reviews also fault inconsistent sizing and boxy, unflattering cuts, variable fabric quality (thin tees, shrinking/pilling), and a drift from earlier simplicity—plus ethics concerns (union-busting) and limited size inclusivity—making the brand hit-or-miss depending on the piece.

I have several Everlane products, and I appreciate their minimal aesthetic because it fits seamlessly into my wardrobe. They aren’t as transparent with their manufacturing and materials sourcing as I would like though, which takes some of the shine out of their quality promises and made me shift to buying the brand mostly secondhand. That being said though, certain pieces of theirs only started breaking down after five or more years of constant use, so if you’re looking for a solid basics brand this is a good one.
I really like Everlane clothing and find their clothes to usually be pretty comfortable. I also think they have such cute styles!! My biggest complaint is the cost of the clothes - I do like that they’re sustainable and have styles that won’t go out of style (and that will last!), but I wish they were a bit more affordable.
Sooo worth it!!! If you find the size you need buy it!!! I deeply love every product I've ever bought from Everlave. The raincoat I have from them is almost 7 years old!!!!
I feel sort of meh about everything I've purchased from Everlane. I love the idea of selling high-quality, well-priced basics that serve as the foundation for every wardrobe, but the fit of every item I've bought just feels slightly off. They don't have free returns, so it's made me hesitant to order more items. I've visited the stores in person too and just feel underwhelmed by their offerings. I would love to see them freshen up the brand to make it more exciting.
I haven't been blown away with anything I've bought from Everlane, and though they were good quality, I was dismayed to find that the shoes I purchased, which were a full size bigger than what I wear, had absolutely no chance at fitting me. I also have a bodysuit and a blouse from them, and unfortunately, these are just not items I reach for, I don't find them very comfortable as well made as they are.

I love my sweaters I have gotten from Everlane, as well as my bags and shoes

I don't understand brands that are in 2023 where the largest size is a 14? I'm limited to what I can buy because I'm tall and a size 16
I've ordered from Everlane at least 10 times. I absolutely love the brand, the transparency, and the products. They ship incredibly fast, even worldwide, and their sizing is inclusive.

I gave Everlane 4/5 stars because I've noticed that recently the quality of their items are going down. For example, I ordered a black crop top (knit), and it felt like I bought it from Shein - poorly designed and made. It has made me second guess purchasing more 'going out' clothes from them.
I have purchased several Everlane cashmere sweaters over the years and they have held up with minimal pilling much better than some of my other more expensive sweaters (Naadam for example). I’ve also purchased their men’s and women’s t shirts and they are very high quality especially for the price. I also love their transparency. It’s refreshing to see a clothing company open about their costs and pricing.

Keep an eye on Everlane’s sale section for some really great deals. High quality, great design, relatively low pricing.
The quality is defo there, experienced the slightest size inconsistency year to year but sheesh the products are great. Really solid essentials.

I love Everlane products. I own a couple sweaters, one dress, and a few summer tank tops. Everything is extremely high quality and has held up. The brand tends to be pricey, but they often have good sale opportunities. Excited to continue to grow my Everlane collection
I've mainly only bought accessories from Everlane but enjoyed them! The transparency process was a huge selling point in the past for me.
No interesting styles and questionable quality. They also had a branding fiasco a couple years ago. They basically Invented radical transparency but didn’t live up to those values down the line.
I like Everlane's branding but it could be seen a bit like greenwashing. It is also notable to mention they are not as sustainable as they present and could strive to make more efforts in offsetting their carbon footprint.

I got a pair of trousers from them and did have to get them tailored to shorten them. I'm 5'2 and the 30" inseam was way too long which I knew before ordering. I had expected to need to tailor them but I'm still sad they don't offer a short length. They need more petite sizing, their inseams for trousers were either 30" or 32" neither of which is very petite friendly or tall friendly I imagine. I'd recommend they offer 3 variety of heigh sizes, 27", 30", 33".
I’ve been buying from Everlane for years, and the products are always good, but the brand has strayed from what originally appealed to me about their products. They used to make a very limited number of products and to make them extremely well and price them extremely appropriately. But as time has gone on, they’ve retired some of the pieces that I considered staples (RIP modern penny loafer) and started producing an overwhelming number of new styles and products. The products remain super high quality and reasonably priced, but I miss the simplicity of the original selection of products. It feels like they’ve strayed away from producing a handful of “forever” pieces to following trends too closely.

I love Everlane clothes and have a closet full of their apparel, shoes, and bags. What I appreciate is the minimalist, no-fuss, and comfortable nature of their clothes, but with a slightly more chic and modern look than other "minimalist" companies.

I don't buy into their transparency and sustainability information as much as when they were first introduced. Their prices have increased and the quality does not necessarily match, so I would like to see them being more innovative in that sense. Also, their buying and inventory varies -- sometimes hot items go quickly and don't restock for months until the season is over.
I've been buying clothes from Everlane for years and they consistently make stylish basics that I wear regularly. For the most part they have reasonable prices and do a decently good job at transparency. The clothes are good quality and generally fit well. Returns are pretty easy. They have sales a lot more regularly now, so you can find some good deals for certain items. They also make really nice fitting and quality jeans! If you are looking for some nice casual clothes or some entry level work basics, this is a great place to start!
I love their basic tank tops and athletic wear. My favorite leggings that I own, because of the smooth feel. I like my other clothes from Everlane, but they do not stand out. Great for basics.

Update the fit of some of the looser styles.
Maybe a controversial opinion, but Everlane is just expensive Gap. That being said, I love the Gap and I like Everlane. Prices are a bit high for simple pieces. Clothing is made "sustainably" which is great - I am just a skeptic when it comes to sustainable clothing companies.

More transparency in the sustainability aspect of the company. More fun pieces!
I love Everlane and their whole brand (transparency and sustainability). I’ve liked all the clothes I have purchased from them which mainly consists of t-shirts and sweaters. The quality and price point is pretty unbeatable (especially when you take into consideration the fact that they are NOT a fast fashion brand and have a strong focus on sustainability).

It feels like everything is always out of stock which is a bummer but also a good sign of not over producing. Maybe stock up more on basics like tees which sell out so fast and are always back ordered.
