  • I have heard a lot about the Crown Affair and have attempted to buy the dry shampoo from Sephora but it's always sold out. I'm very happy to have snagged this and the others to try out. The overnight repair serum seems to make my hair feel softer, and as an oily hair girl I didn't feel like it weighed my hair down too much after application. I've owned so many dry shampoos and I love that the dry brush applicator which isn't terribly messy - and the best thing is it doesn't have the typical strong dry shampoo smell. The texturing air dry mousse is really nice as I've been trying to accept my wavy-ish hair but don't like my hair to be crunchy. It doesn't feel like a lot of product in my hair so I don't have to wash it out in the evening. The finishing gel is great for when you want your hair to not be frizzy but once again, not hard and crunchy. Lastly, I picked up a hair towel because seriously what can make a towel so amazing? Well I loved the size and the fact it did make my hair dry faster and less frizzy. I'll be picking these up for my in-laws and sisters!

  • beautifully designed products - the brush helps avoid any caking or white streaks, while the powder and twist close design makes it easy to travel with (especially on flights where aerosols can't be brought).

  • I wish I could give this a 3.5. I don’t have any issues with this brand but it isn’t going to be anything I will repeat but and probably wouldn’t have bought without the thing drop discount. However, all of my issues are a preference thing-not anything problematic with the products. It may be the perfect product for other people. I purchased the bristle/nylon brush, dry shampoo, and scrub. Everything is beautifully packaged and designed with a luxe, minimal feel. The brush is well made and seems on par with other luxury brushes. Like all these brushes, the bristles don’t really make it through my thick, Asian hair to really get to my scalp like I’d like. I’ll keep it and use it but I still like the cheap Conair brushes for a good scalp scratch. The dry shampoo is an interesting package design that I was excited about. The brush fits in the jar-a nice detail-and there’s a top area separated from the bottom where the majority of the powder is stored so you have to tap/shake to get some powder into the top section. The powder is very white so I use it at night and really have to work it into my black hair for it not to look grey. Thus, the brush and powder jar are a little fussy considering I need to work through my hair anyway. It seems comparable to the Oribe powder I normally use but the oribe is a simpler shake on and not a big plastic jar but rather a metal canister. Oribe wins for me. The scrub is very similar to the Christoph Robin scrub I use. The Crown Affair scrub has a very perfumed smell which I don’t love (again preference) but the scent fades quickly and I don’t really mind it. However, it takes at least twice as much Crown Affair compared to the Christoph Robin to get the same lather and clean. The product is about the same price but the Christoph Robin lasts twice as long so a much better deal there. I also like the feel of my hair after more than with Crown Affair so Christoph Robin wins. Again, all just my preference and it may work great for others.

  • This brand has really grown on me and continued to impress me. From the real silk hair ties and pillowcases to the real boar bristles on the brushes, I am impressed with their quality. I also loved that they’ve collabed with cool companies DS&Durga but still have remained true to their brand identity with the colors and merch that is all aligned. Would definitely recommend and have been happy with everything of theirs that I’ve tried.

  • I LOVE this brand. Every product I have tried works so well and just smells so clean and amazing. I recently just got the powdered dry shampoo- which I have only used aerosol before. I like the powder way more however. It's so easy to apply and control. Leaves no white residue and I like that it doesn't have that sticky texture. It feels just really clean. I'm so excited to add this into my routine.

  • I'm here to cheer for the dry shampoo! I have thick, long hair, and never liked the way aerosol cans or spray bottles from other brands applied their products. I also found most other formulas to be lackluster. Not this product. I'm obsessed with the brush and being able to apply the dry shampoo exactly where I want it. The product itself is high-quality and feels nice, with just the lightest scent. I make sure to brush it through my hair thoroughly, or use my fingers and tousle. I love that I really don't need a lot, and it's immediately effective in helping with oil control, without leaving a trace.

  • I bought the Texturizing Air Dry Mousse and The Dry Shampoo. First of all, the packaging is even more luxe than I was expecting. Feels so nice to use. The brush for the dry shampoo is beyond what you would expect, so very soft. The Air Dry Mousse lives up to the hype, no doubt. I bought it to air dry my hair, but using it before blow drying also made a very noticeable improvement. When I use this, my hair has volume, control, no dryness and the perfect amount of texture. It checks every box. I love it. The Dry Shampoo is easy to apply and more precise than a high powered dry shampoo spray. I’ve never felt right using an aerosol and am relieved to find this product for when I can’t shampoo. Plus, it is talc free and you can look up how irritating or bad talc can be. I’m a new fan of Crown Affair.

  • In short, I love everything I have tried from this brand. Every product feels intentional, from the formula to the packaging, and I am continuously impressed. The scents are especially beautiful. They are uplifting yet comforting, refreshing without being too much. I pick up lemongrass and bergamot right away, but then there is also lily, sandalwood, and cedar. It makes everything feel elevated and luxe. The Leave In Conditioner This was the first product I tried, initially as a sample. I have fine but long hair, so I am always cautious about products weighing it down. This one somehow does not. It makes my hair softer and smoother without any heaviness, and it tames the frizz I usually get after blow drying. I have already repurchased and plan to keep it in my routine. The bottle is glass which feels LUXE. The Texturing Air Dry Mousse I was not sure about this one since I rarely air dry my hair, but it ended up surprising me. It gives a really light hold and brings out my natural texture. My favorite way to use it is to blow dry, apply the mousse, and braid my hair overnight. In the morning, I get soft waves that actually last. I almost never finish bottles of mousse, but I can see myself finishing this one. Not entirely sure if I would repurchase yet. The Dry Shampoo I usually go for aerosols, but I picked this up because I love dry shampoo and I am tired of losing aerosols at airport security (my b). This powder version is genius. It comes with a built in brush that tucks into the packaging, so it feels neat and easy to use. The scent is fresh, it revives my hair without buildup, and I love that refills are available. I will be repurchasing. The Clips These are honestly some of the best clips I have ever used. My favorite clips for years were a pair I found in an Italian pharmacy that had two rows of teeth, which kept them from slipping. I lost them over time and it’s been so hard to find anything similar. Crown Affair’s clips feel truly luxurious. The acetate is thick, the claws are sturdy, and they hold either all of my fine hair or a half up style without sliding out. They are amazing, and I recommend them to anyone with fine hair. The Brush No. 003 I bought this after reading that boar bristle brushes are great for distributing natural oils, keeping roots fresh while nourishing ends. Using it has become part of my night routine, and it makes me feel like a fairy princess brushing my hair before bed. It has not replaced my detangling brush, but it has earned its own place in my routine. Could I live without it? Yes. Would I want to? Haha, no.

  • I have the dry shampoo and it works great! I have dark hair, so I have to work the product in a bit more/ let it absorb overnight to get the best effect. The only reason didn't give it 5 stars, is because the packaging makes the use a bit messy and I feel like I waste some product every time I use it.

  • After some research on the best dry shampoos, I was excited to try the Crown Affair’s version. It comes in a beautiful jar with a brush that’s sort of crescent shaped, so that when you apply it you can kind of dab it onto your scalp/part and it feels like it’s really getting in there. You do have to shake and mess with the jar a little bit to get the powder to come out. It smells great and actually works really well. And as always - the gorgeous packaging is chefs kiss 💋

  • All time favorite hair care brand. My absolute hero product is the dry shampoo which I am constantly pushing on my friends and is the only dry shampoo I have found that works consistently, doesn't leave a white haze (once letting it work in), and doesn't make my hair feel stiff after using. The Ritual shampoo & conditioner duo is also my most consistently used shower product, with the hair towel after for easier drying process. I wish I could spray the hair fragrance everywhere, all the time (praying for the return of the Nette collab candle). Recently bought the new overnight repair serum and have been enjoying a lot, even if just for the smell. I think the hair oil is good, but have found other products that I like just a teeny bit more.

  • Best new dry shampoo. Love that it is simple and easy to apply. It blends in very easily and smells great. It is lightweight so it doesn’t weigh you down a definite repurchase and gift for friends and family.

  • Have been on the hunt for a non aerosol dry shampoo to prolong between washes. I was attracted to Crown Affair's due to the brush applicator and because of my love for their shampoo and conditioner. After using the product for a month + I give this dry shampoo a ten out of ten. It does the job of soaking up oil, not leaving a residue, and easy to apply. Bonus points because it smells great too! I have been able to go longer between washing and it helps style my hair like a just washed vibe. Photo shows at least 4 days between washes!

  • Incredible scent paired with products that not only look nice on display but also work well. My favorites are the microfiber towel (gentle and stays in place easily) along with the dry shampoo. I like the mousse but I don't feel that it's doing anything that another mousse couldn't do. Overall the scent is the real winner.

  • I have been a big hater of dry shampoo for years because I hate the buildup and smell, this has changed everything. It smells amazing, doesn't leave a residue and works!

  • I am excited to try the new shampoo & conditioner line from Crown Affair! I have loved every product I’ve used so far. The dry shampoo is innovative and smells delicious! The leave in conditioner leaves my hair soft without weighing it down. I have been eyeing the brush, although extremely pricey for a hairbrush!
