COCOLAB earns strong reviews for Cocofloss, which users say cleans more thoroughly than standard floss thanks to its thick, grippy, textured thread and fun flavors, motivating daily use and even drawing praise from dentists. Reviews also flag drawbacks: the floss can be too thick for tight contacts and may shred, flavors skew subtle, and the brand’s high cost and refill quirks dampen enthusiasm.

I love this stuff - it is my all time favorite floss. The flavors are great - even if they seem a bit weird. Being able to just buy replacement floss for the container is amazing. But overall - being able to see whats coming out of your mouth with the floss (gross yes, but overly satisfying) is also a fun surprise each time.

It's floss! Not really sure what to say got a sample from my dentist so far I've liked everything I've heard about the brand and their mission statement and all that using it was great. Idk, it's floss?

Cocolab is a disruptor and made brushing and flossing actually fun and cool? The floss is amazing with the variety of fun flavors, and the fact you can literally see all the things you're yanking out from between your teeth (gross, but so satisfying!) Love that they have refills. Even though they are pricier, I can credit this brand to making me WANT to floss daily. Maybe I'm an elder millienial but I'll be gifting these for the holidays! I also picked up some of the toothpaste and I still miss the minty aftertaste from traditional toothpaste. Also, I'd be curious why they don't have flouride in their toothpaste. Would have been nice to have that.

We like both the floss and the toothpaste! The flavors make us more excited to use both, and I love that there are plenty of non-mint options (preference). The floss is gentle and good on my tight teeth! I think it’s worth a shot if you enjoy trying new toothpastes as we do 🙂

We really like it so far! "Luxury dental floss" is a strange term and the flavors are VERY subtle, but we love the quality and the look/feel of it! It's deff got us flossing more, too. I like the transparency around impact, too.

I tried the Oishii toothpaste collab and thought it was fun and refreshing without being overpowering; it's a milder flavor than expected but works. The regular whitening toothpaste is good and minty! I also tried out the Great Gums gum brushes, which really work at getting in between the teeth and cleaning the gums without being abrasive like my usual floss pick routine.

I go loco for some coco! I remember trying this floss several years ago and being so impressed not only with the results, but with the flavored floss itself. A huge selling point for me is that it doesn’t feel like I’m hacking away at my gums while flossing. The thread is soft and textured. While this floss isn’t cheap, I think it is well worth the investment! Plus you can purchase refills. Total gum changer!

I’m a fan! While I’m not as amazed as people who maybe haven’t used expanding floss, I do think it’s up to snuff with my current favorite which has been Dr Tungs smart floss. I think it’s slightly less thick than Dr Tungs. I like the flavor options though they smell strong but I don’t get a super strong flavor. These two flosses are comparable in price (about 21 cents per yard) though there’s the up front cost of Cocofloss because of the refillable case. I am a fan of the refill case which is more standard than others I’ve used, like Burst, and cuts cleanly. Design is fun and the juicy branding is appealing. I can see putting this in my rotation but probably won’t give up Dr Tungs either.

This floss is strangely addictive. It’s thicker and more textured than regular plastic floss and is really effective at removing plaque, which is so satisfying. Tastes great, is more environmentally conscious since it’s not using plastic for the actual floss, and has wonderful branding. Great stuff.

COCOLAB makes brushing so exciting with their toothpaste flavors!! - Oishii Berry Jam: tastes like joy! - Pina Colada: tastes like summer at the beach! - Delicious Mint: tastes minty fresh! As someone who has mental health challenges, keeping up with daily hygiene in the mornings and evenings can feel overwhelming. These *extra* fun flavors genuinely make the routine of brushing so easy and fun. The nHA powered, non fluoride toothpaste is really effective yet gentle on my teeth! At $22 a tube, this is definitely a monthly investment but I feel good about supporting a brand that is woman-founded and sister-powered! I also have the COCOLAB floss in an assortment of fun flavors and use that nightly. I recently ordered the kid’s reflosser because my hands tend to get cracked in the late summer / early fall season and pulling floss tight can be an icky situation. Yes, PSA: not for adults! but this reflosser is the best one in the market. Please make one for adults and I will buy that too! Good products matter, but it’s also about how a brand makes you feel. COCOLAB makes my hygiene routine 1000x easier and my mornings a bit brighter, which makes the higher price worth it (well… mostly!).

This floss is lovely. Yes, the packaging is catchy, but the floss actually does seem like it can accommodate a larger variety of mouth types than most flosses, since it can fit within various sized gaps and expands to grab all the gunk between your teeth. It leaves an extra good just flossed feeling, and the variety of unique flavors are also nice. The toothpaste is different than many other toothpastes. At the end of brushing, as opposed to feeling like your mouth is covered up by mint/whatever flavor of toothpaste you used, it actually just feels like all the bad has been neutralized, which is a really nice and different feeling. The biggest bummer with COCOLAB is the high price point, which can make it prohibitive for a lot of customers. They make great, but perhaps the price doesn't need to be quite so high.

I’m actually new to flossing so I’m super excited about cocofloss. I love the flavor and varieties they have. I have the mint, coconut, strawberry, and orange floss flavors. Although a bit pricy, I think they are worth it considering the materials used, coconut oil based, and eco friendly.

As someone who is constantly getting food stuck in their teeth (yuck!), it's refreshing to finally have a sleek, eco-friendly, and GOOD FOR YOU floss that I can tote around. I keep one in my car, kitchen drawer, purse, and bathroom.

I recently tried a few products from COCOLAB: the Cocofloss Happiness Set in the Legends Mix and the Whitening Toothpaste in Mint. First, the floss: I’m officially a fan! The texture feels effective at cleaning between my teeth but still gentle on my gums, which I really appreciate. The different flavors are a fun touch and are all enjoyable. As for the toothpaste, I was less impressed. I was intrigued by their unique flavors but ultimately opted for the mint because I wanted that classic fresh-mouth feel. Unfortunately, even the mint didn’t leave my mouth feeling as refreshed as I had hoped. Overall, I’ll definitely keep coming back for the floss—it’s a standout product that I now prefer over any other brand. But for toothpaste, I’ll likely stick with other options.

Look, there is no other floss that compares. You will extract plaque from crevices of your teeth that you never thought possible. It will disgust you how much plaque these sturdy little strings grab hold of, but you will be happier for it. I will never use another type of floss.

This is my favorite floss and I've tried many. I used to use a popular waxed floss brand, but the unusual texture of this is simply better. It gets the most gunk out between the teeth and does it in style. I love the packaging and it's satisfying to floss at each night. And look at the packaging - it's so cute. I got the Everything Set to last my family a while. Everybody gets to pick a flavor.

Cocolab has truly been a hero in my oral care routine. I’ve been using their floss for years and always come back with a clean bill from the dentist. Although their floss costs more than drugstore brands, the luxury feel and scents encourage me to floss, and what could be more valuable than that?

I’m not sure if I have just been living under a rock but the refillable flossed is the coolest idea ever! I don’t know why they are only marketing it as a kids item. Im contemplating buying two more for my husband and I. I also ordered the toothpaste and again it could be a me thing since I’ve never used nHA toothpaste buttttt I’m not a fan. Ultimately, I don’t finish brushing my teeth with that feeling fresh and clean taste. I need a little bit of foamy toothpaste while brushing - this is too much like I’m washing just water around when brushing.

I really like the coco floss because it expands so it really feels like it is exfoliating within the gums. It has also made me feel more clean. I wanted a toothpaste that was whitening and this seems to really do the job with the nano hydroxyapatite to restore mineralization.

I don't usually splurge on dental stuff but I'm so delighted by this brand! I got the Young Coconut Floss - it comes in a cute plastic dispenser thats clear with a top lid (writing is colored so a little hard to see) with a swirl on the back showing how long it'll last. The floss is blue and has a really nice scent. But what really sold me is the feel of the floss!!! It's *luxury*, very soft but firm and has a really nice feel when you use it. This would be such a cute add-on gift for students going away for college or camp.
