I have both the bala bangles and the power ring. I really like both, the material is great, and I love that I have the ability to choose my colors. The biggest issue I have with bala products is the pricing. While I know that these are high quality, it's hard to justify spending $55 on ankle weights that you can get for significantly less.

The Bala Bangles are truly the best way to up your workout AND add some difficulty to every day house tasks. Wear them on your arms while putting away dishes, folding clothes, etc. I've not tried any of their other products but I have gifted the bagels to other friends and family members.

I have the bala bangles and I love them. I like how they are adjustable and they fit well on my wrist. I use them to add more to my workouts at home, as well as walks and jogs.

These weights are more trendy than useful - while you'll certainly feel a difference wearing them, they don't actually do much for you. I wound up selling these secondhand after a while since weight training requires actually increasing weights.

Super cute and stylish weights! I've had my bangles since they launched and they've withstood the test of time. Love the fun shapes they've created for standard weights, like their beam and bars. Really great gift!

The bands are aesthetically pleasing and have their use cases, but they weren't any better than regular weights. I rarely reach for them.

Love this product! It's super fun and I will wear them out and about for a walk around my neighborhood. It's not heavy enough to really feel them while walking but I love the routine of it and find the product to be beautiful and well designed.

I loooove the bala bangles!! I’m a Pilates novice, but have found these so easy to use on either wrists or ankles for any workout- walking, too! They add just enough weight to intensify your exercise without overdoing it. The colors are cute too

I love my Bala bangles & pilates resistance bands! I have my eye on the matching mat. I appreciate the simplicity and vibe of the products, they are so easy to use and visually pleasing. I do find the price point to be high, but the quality and esthetic is there for me to pay the price point, since I won’t have to replace any workout gear again.

I LOVE MY BALA BANGLES! I've used them for years and they're great for my workouts. I recommend them to all my friends. And the colors are PERFECT.

Lots of hype but they’re pretty useful. I find them expensive for what they are but an easy way to have hand weights that look cool.

Heavy! Which is good!

I have the smaller bala bands that I use on both my ankles and wrists depending on what I am doing. They are the perfect weight for a light workout or even to wear going on a walk. Plus, they're fun colors and wonderfully made!

My boyfriend got me Bala weights for Christmas last year and I was ecstatic because 1. I wouldn't purchase this for myself due to the cost when compared to other weight products 2. I still was obsessed with the look of Bala bands and had been eyeing them for a while and trying to find reasons to justify buying them. Overall, these have been great to travel with and I love the colors and how cute they are. It makes it exciting to work out and I love putting them on. I never realized I needed a case for my weights, but it's been amazing to have.

Bala makes beautiful and functional fitness accessories. I have had the wrist weights for a few years now and they are a normal part of my fitness routine. I often wear them on my wrists or ankles when I am taking a walk or doing light work around the house to add extra resistance. And they are perfect for many of the workout routines I end up doing at home.
