    I find the wrist/ankle weights easy to put on and fun to use! I like that they easily wrap on and come off easily. They’re great to use during Pilates or walking on the treadmill/outside. The colors and collabs bala offers are just a plus.

    I've had this for nearly a year and it has remained crucial to my routine! I use it like you would a kettlebell, but can also stick a leg into it for a little more weight on leg raises. The material has stayed intact and it's overall in great shape (no pun intended!)

    obsessed with the smooth touch feel on these, they never irritate my skin. great to add a little extra weight on the wrists or ankles during a workout. easy to wipe clean and have held up well for years.
