    I think it’s absolutely sweeping the nation!! it’s such a game changer when you’re doing a workout class or just a general activity that you want to add a little something to improve the workout. I love it.

    I find the wrist/ankle weights easy to put on and fun to use! I like that they easily wrap on and come off easily. They’re great to use during Pilates or walking on the treadmill/outside. The colors and collabs bala offers are just a plus.

    I have had my set of pink bala bangles for about 5 years now. I usually wear them on my ankles when walking the dogs or doing house/yardwork. The extra weight ups the light workout. My legs feel it and are more toned! They are comfortable, convenient and durable. Highly recommend!

    I got the weighted arm/ankle bracelets to do workouts from home and they really helped me make it feel like I was doing a bit more. They are comfortable and look nice enough that I don’t mind leaving them out.
