Great look, but not comfortable at all! They only work for really low intensity moves.

Sleek when not in use, but when the 2lb bangles are worn on the ankles, the weights end up wonkily spread out.

Love my Bala Bangles for adding to my workouts in an easy and stylish way. I can also youtube a bala bangles workout for some quick movement in my day. My favorite workout class/app (B The Method with Lia Bartha) incorporates this in a lot of the videos so it works super well for me! It's very easy to operate and store as well. 

Some of the colors are not accurate depending on the product you choose. I had “Sand” and after spending $300+, all of the products were drastically different as they were tan, tan-orange, tan-pink so I returned them and got all black. 

I love the aesthetic of the brand and products! It makes you want to work out and move your body. Obviously if you need heavier weight, this brand wont work but if you want lighter weights and looking to tone it's overpriced but great!

Super! Me he cmprado el Power Ring 5 kg. Lo he comprado por recomendación de amigos. Diseño y packaging muy cuidados. Me encanta tener herramientas para entrenar diferentes y con atención al diseño. El tacto suave es de otro planeta.  

Love wearing these bands on my ankles during walks! I have the bands in the teal color. Super easy to put on and take off. Just simple, which is perfect for adding something to your workout.

I feel like the look and feel while I'm on a walk.      They are such a geek for beautiful clean colorways and a sleek design and they nail it on both fronts.   

Functionally - gives me just enough extra weight to feel the burn, which is greatly appreciated.
