I love my suitcase! This was my first hard suitcase that I've ever had and I've been convinced to never go back to soft suitcases. It came with so many cute extra accessories and features - laundry bag, a travel outlet pack, etc. Also, I got the battery pack and bag label which has been super useful!

Have the black carry on. Originally ordered the white bigger carry on and was nervous about bringing it on certain airlines/it getting dirty. Exchange was super easy. The compression part has broken twice on me and they’ve mailed me a new one free of charge both times.

I got an Away suitcase recently and have used it on a few trips. + really like the separate compartments so that you can have two more shallow compartments vs one large one + rolls pretty well when all 4 wheels are down + generally an attractive bag - the outside scuffs pretty easily, which is a bummer but doesn't impact the function - if you're pulling the bag on only two wheels, the one side will hit the ground pretty easily which is kind of annoying if you're wheeling the bag outside especially (potentially not relevant for some, but if you live in a city and need to walk to the subway to get to the train or plane, that may be kind of annoying)

Great company mission and overall product. Customer service is responsive and helpful, as well.

These suitcases are very nice, but I prefer Monos .

I expected great things from how much hype there was but for the high price I found other brands which offered much better quality products at better prices. They're not bad by any means but I felt like for backpacks especially they were super expensive for a bag which had no internal pockets or anything so opted for a different brand (Knomo) which I've been super super happy with.

I love my black away bag - so stylish and handy. I travel often and have hardly noticed any wear and tear. The inside compartments and straps also help me pack more than I usually need!

Great product. Been my go-to carry on suitcase since 2015. When certain airlines outlawed fixed external batteries, they upgraded my suitcase for free to the detachable design.

Bought a backpack from the NoHo location and the customer service was excellent. The bag is super high quality and I get compliments often!

Love my away bag. Sturdy & lightweight at the same time

It seems everyone traveling through JFK or LGA has the same suitcase as me — a classic, Navy Away — and I get why! It's super easy to pack, stuff to the brim, toss around, and all while looking sleek.

I love my AWAY carry-on! It's truly the best suitcase I've ever had. Each luggage item comes with a sponge to scrub away scratches or other external damage from travel. The quality is best-in-class and the compartments are optimal for organization.

I really wanted to like my Away luggage given all the hype, but it just didn't do it for me. The shopping experience was great, and I loved the look of the suitcases. Unfortunately, after one trip with my large carry-on, the outside was all scuffed up despite me buying the black color. I learned that I am not a hard-luggage kinda guy, as I didn't like having two equal sized compartments, because it means you need double the counter space to "live out of the suitcase" when you're travelling vs. soft luggage where the lid is at the top and can sit against a wall.

Love my away suitcase! My only issue is that they scratch easily and tend to look bad over time

Ok - so I wanted to like these but given the price and quality, it was really hard to justify how they are better than other roller suitcases. I had mine for a few months, and one of the wheels already became lopsided. I switched over to my Nomatic backpack, which is also a pain since its not necessarily a roller, but it works for all the travel I do. Also, now learning about the founder and the way she treats employees makes it hard for me to fully support this brand.

Another brand that I'll admit I thought was all hype but I absolutely love my Away suitcase. If you buy a good piece of luggage, you shouldn't have to think about it at all. We've had ours for YEARS now and it still looks brand new. I love the functionality and ease of use.

I loved my bag when I first bought it, but if I could do it over again, I would choose a darker color. The eggshell color I chose has a ton of black markings on it from travel that are really hard to clean. Aside from that, my Away roller is perfect for carrying on the plane, I am able to easily pack a ton and love that I can charge electronics on the go.

I have several Away luggage. I love the aluminum edition the most. It looks as nice as Rimowa's luggage although I think the quality is a bit lacking. I think it's not as sturdy as Rimowa's but the looks are as nice as Rimowa's.

I have a small hard-cased dopp kit from Away that I travel everywhere with. It's a good size and keeps everything in it safe on my travels.

I love the limited edition collections they drop around the year. I bought my first pair of suitcases with them and I cannot be happier. I love the color that I got. I get compliments every time I travel, I managed to grab the two color suitcases on the green.
