Love this suitcase and the best part is the lifetime warranty

Use this carry on every time I travel. Has held up very well and easy to pack in. Also looks great

Honestly, this brand is way too overhyped. It's an average quality of plastic. I'm not thrilled with my bag.

Got the suitcase without the battery to avoid those travel snafus. It’s nice and high quality only experienced minor issues.

Decent quality and amazing price

I went to a store to actually buy these. I saw all the adds and was so impressed. Plus they look so cute! Functionally is high, great laid out interior. Packing cubes are not necessarily innovative or included but a nice add-on. I was willing to pay a higher price for a higher quality product that would last. I keep my luggage for years. But when I went to the store they had several models of various sizes (not just 1 suitcase) that were all dented. The corners seemed to pop inwards. The outside is made of a hard plastic, which should be durable but it makes me suspect the quality of the hard shell. Especially for that price! It shouldn't do that. I don't want to have that ugly problem in the future. Also they will customize your suitcase to have your initials/name printed on the outside of the bag. I thought that would be really cute. They had a whole display with several suitcases monogrammed. But a majority of them (not just 1 or 2!) had the words peeling/chipping off. All these suitcases are just displays in a store, imagine how their suitcases would stand up to being checked in at the airport or on the luggage carousel? Dented and chipped? I asked the sales person and she said "Oh that happens sometimes". I told her "Really? Seems disappointing". She just shrugged! Didn't even speak to defend her product. If people who work there do that, that is a sign. I left the store. Honestly for $275 I can go to Macy's get a standard boring suitcase that would be a lot more durable. And now there are other suitcases on the market with even more innovative pop up closet interior for packing... so Away needs to step their game up in the luxury travel space.

Great suitcase! Super easy to walk anywhere with the convenience of the portable charger.

I started off with the small carry-on in pink which got me through so many 3-day-weekend trips and 2-week vacations. It was incredible how much I could fit in such a small bag. I eventually upgraded to the big carry-on in beige as I refuse to check in a bag since I started traveling more and it’s been amazing! I love how easily I can organize everything into the 3 compartments and I’ve never felt like I was lacking space. Did I mention the ease or rolling?! I can never go back to another bag.

Exceptional luggage that is sleek and stands the test of travel. These bags are spacious on the inside, and the cleanable, rugged exteriors are strong enough to stand any tossing or throwing baggage claim may send its way. The charging blocks are high quality, mine has held up and still holds a full charge after 4 years of use.

love this larger carry on suitcase - it truly is the perfect size. the interior pocket design / system is so practical! looks great for travel as well, and very durable (doesn’t show wear).

I’ve had my Away luggage (bigger carry on, medium, and large) since they launched. Customer service is incredible and fixes any issue. Love these more than more expensive brands!

I've had my away carry on for over 2 years and its still going strong! Even though its not the bigger size, the hard shell fits quite a bit and I've never had issues with the zipper or any of the compartments when its fully packed. Built in charger is insane and holds a huge amount of power - have used it for myself and my friends without it ever dying.

I just got the checked in luggage but have not used it to travel yet. First initial thoughts is that it is extremely lightweight. I've also gifted my best friend the carry on and she seems to like it alot

The quality and durability of these suitcases are amazing. I have it in pink and my only wish is that it didn’t look scuffed up on the outside so quickly. It can’t be wiped off. I appreciate that the material is flexible instead of ridged. It allows for a high capacity.

I've had mine for forever - still pretty much in perfect condition except the handle is loose. Will send it in to get fixed since they have a lifetime guarantee, which I love.

I have had my away bag for almost 3 years now and it is still in perfect condition. The store is super helpful and they even gave me a replacement battery when mine stopped working. Definitely worth it and it glides very easily in travel compared to other suitcases

Great suitcase! I have the green in the medium and love it. I also have a set of the packing cubes and they are great too. The compression is awesome. The handy laundry bag is a nice perk too. I've only had mine for a year but Wirecutter says it's durable, so I trust it.
