Its fine.... Suitcase is great, but customer service was super lacking... Needless, they are simply fine... Cheaper than rimowa but I recently switched to solagard which i like more... So there..

I’ve had the bigger carry on for years and it’s been a great companion on many international trips. It seems durable and is stylish. When airlines changed restrictions about in-suitcase batteries, Away updated mine for free during a quick visit to the store to one that pops out easily. Great customer service.

I just like don't need this ya know? I get that it charges thing but idk its like just save a little more and get a rimowa or something people in first class appreciate and you'll be happier.

If I could buy one brand of luggage for the rest of my life it would be Away. Such amazing quality and it last so long. Also they fit so much clothes for all of my friends who love to over pack like myself.

Five stars! Not because the quality is the greatest thing in the world (mine did get destroyed twice), but because of their customer service! When I got my Away suitcase off the luggage carousel I think I started crying in the terminal because I was so upset. After I wiped my tears, I emailed Away support and sent them the sad pictures. Within a few hours they had already sent me an order confirmation of a new suitcase being mailed to me! Sure, the suitcase is great. One of the largest carry-ons on the market and the interior design helps maximize space. But I do think the customer service really makes the product!

At first sight, Away suitcases look amazing, but that price huh? Anyways, details do matter and those little things add up with time: maximized space, pocket with used-clothing bag. And the weight! It's really-really light. You can live without it, sure, but if you have a spare dollar (okay, a bit more than that) it's definitely a great buy.

I actually got a suit case from them from Ellen two years ago. Definitely the sleekest and most modern high quality luggage ever. I still have it and use it till this day, and if time permits and it gets old, or not useable I will definitely be buying one!

My sister and brother have away suitcases and love them. They are durable and have a great warranty. I don’t travel enough to see the value in getting my own.

My big carry-on is so cute, lightweight, and easy to travel with. The battery pack takes up more space than I would have liked. I've also heard negative press about them, so I won't be purchasing again despite enjoying the product.

I have been eyeing Away luggage for a while and finally bough a checked bag for a trip to the UK. The overall quality of the luggage exceeded expectations. The lock is airport friendly and the overall design was very thoughtful.

I got the carry on size, and I absolutely love it! Really high quality, smooth rolling experience, and love all the little pockets and inserts that help keep things organized (it even has a little bag inside for laundry!).

Truly a perfectly-rated suitcase. I have the smaller carry-on, the larger carry-on, and the medium. I also own one of the minis, which I use to keep my cords and chargers organized while traveling, and the packing cubes, to maximize my clothes space. The warranty on these is impressive and as someone who travels regularly for work and personal trips I cannot recommend enough.

I tried away suitcases and loved them. They are such good quality and durable alongside being cute while functional. The 100 day guarantee is the best!

I do adore my Away carry-on luggage but beware, you're going to want to make yours discernable as it has become the most popular luggage at any airport!

Love love love Away! The carry-on is such a great size and made of extremely sturdy material. I also have the portable charger insert and the convenience of that is so nice while traveling. Love the colors and how great the sales associates are in the store.

Away really took a simplified approach to luggage and maximized the effects. Their luggage is modern, luxe, and most importantly: effective. With just the right sizes and features, they really help increase the enjoyment of travel by making packing and transit easy and breezy.

My boyfriend got me their large carry-on suitcase for a christmas gift and I've used it for every trip, even non-flight trips. The portable charger is good quality tech and the shell is thin so I can pack in a lot. I've had it for two years and it's held up super well even after being checked for a few flights. A really great gift for a family member or someone you're willing to spend the money on, especially with the lifetime warranty!
